UNDEROATH'S VOYEURIST CELEBRATES ITS FIRST ANNIVERSARY
ALBUM HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY FOR ITS STRIKING PACKAGING
BAND TO KICK OFF HEADLINE "BLIND OBEDIENCE" TOUR THIS SPRING
Grammy-nominated rock juggernaut UNDEROATH — Spencer Chamberlain, vocals; Aaron Gillespie, vocals + drums; Christopher Dudley, keyboards + synthesizers; Timothy McTague, guitar; Grant Brandell, bass; and James Smith, guitar — are celebrating the first anniversary of their ninth album VOYEURIST. The album, which has garnered over 30 million streams, is available here from Fearless Records.
The album, heralded by KERRANG! "as arguably the most cohesive and coherent record of Underoath's career to date" and as "home to some of the best music the band has released since their 2000s heyday" by Brooklyn Vegan, has also been nominated for a Grammy for Best Packaging, thanks to its striking artwork and design.
"Voyeurist, in so many ways, is a culmination of our entire career into one album and the response has been humbling," says Dudley. "Being the first album we've completely self-produced, and seeing how all of that has translated to a live setting, is so insane. We can't wait to bring these songs onto stages in 2023 and get loud with them."
Underoath will return to the road this winter on a much-anticipated headline tour, with Periphery and Loathe serving as support. The Blind Obedience tour kicks off on March 3 in Silver Spring, Maryland and runs through April 2 in Nashville, Tennessee. All dates for the tour are below. Get tickets here.
