9TH ANNUAL METAL HALL OF FAME GALA TO BECOME TELETHON TO HELP VICTIMS OF LOS ANGELES WILDFIRES

The 9th Annual Metal Hall of Fame Gala will now transform to a 2025 fundraising telethon to help raise money for displaced families of the recent Los Angeles County wildfires.
 

The Gala will be held January 22, 2025, at the Grand Theater, Anaheim, CA.  A Celebrity Red Carpet will take place 7:00PM, and the Telethon’s Induction Ceremony, Live Performances, and All -Star Jams will commence 8:00PM. 

Rockstars, celebrities, music executives, supercross motorcycle racing stars, and surprise guests will join forces at the Gala to help this great cause. Radio/Television Legend Eddie Trunk and entertainment personality Cathy Rankin will Host the event. Poison’s Rikki Rockett, Kill Devil Hill, former Megadeth members Chris Poland and Jeff Young, Southern California’s Alibis, and Rochester New York band Wicked will perform, along with All-Star Jams and surprise performances.

A direct live stream link to a disaster relief fund will be provided the day of the Gala, at www.facebook.com/officialmetalhalloffame. 100% of all funds raised from the livestream link will be donated to the Los Angeles County wildfire victims, to help them re-establish their lives once again.

ACCLAIMED DRUMMER PAT GESUALDO FEATURED ALONG ICONIC ROCKSTARS ON CHARITY CD TO HELP BRING FREE MUSIC PROGRAMS TO SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS

Acclaimed Studio/Touring drummer / Author / Clinician Pat Gesualdo has recorded the drum tracks on the Metal Hall of Fame All Stars CD/DVD. The charity project is a release from Deko Entertainment / ada / Warner Music Group, and helps bring free music programs to special needs children in health facilities and community centers. This once in a lifetime collaboration of rockstars is huge news for music fans across the globe!!
 
The Metal Hall of Fame All Star Charity CD features Rudy Sarzo, (Whitesnake), Bruce Kulick (KISS), Bob Daisley (Ozzy Osbourne, Rainbow), Chris Poland(Megadeth), guitarist Tony MacAlpine, and Chris Impellitteri (Impellitteri), It also features a jam from the Annual Metal Hall of Fame Celebrity Gala that includes Steve Vai (David Lee Roth), Geoff Tate (Formerly Queensryche), guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani, Bjorn Englan (Yngwie Malmsteen/Dio Disciples), Chris Poland (Megadeth), and studio/touring drummer Pat Gesualdo. Studio/touring drummer/author/clinician Pat Gesualdo has performed and/or recorded with members of various Columbia, Sony, Atlantic, RCA, and Paramount Pictures artists and special projects. He has also performed/record with numerous iconic musicians for the Metal Hall of Fame All Stars CD/DVD, a charity release that brings free music programs to help special needs children.
 
Gesualdo is the pioneer of the "Healing Art of Drum Therapy," and non profit organization D.A.D. (Drums and Disabilities). New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his Administration, and the New Jersey Education Commissioner, helped Gesualdo launch D.A.D. as a special education program in the communities.

STEVE VAI AND MIKE PORTNOY TO INDUCT TWISTED SISTER INTO THE METAL HALL OF FAME

Celebrated guitar virtuoso Steve Vai, and legendary drummer Mike Portnoy, will Induct the classic lineup of Rock Icons Twisted Sister into the 2023 Metal Hall of Fame, at the 6th Annual Metal Hall of Fame Charity Gala.

"The most important night in Hard Rock and Heavy Metal," takes place January 26, 2023, at the Canyon Club, Agoura Hills, C.A. It is presented by ROCAVAKA - The Vaka That Rocks!

Both Mike Portnoy and Steve Vai will share their stories of how Twisted Sister influenced them in their early days on the music scene.

Twisted Sister's classic lineup of Dee Snider, Jay Jay French, Eddie Ojeda, Mark Mendoza, and late drummer, A.J Pero, will be Inducted at the ceremony, alongside one of the biggest selling Hard Rock vocalists of all time, Lou Gramm, influential British speed/thrash metal band Raven, and world renowned guitarist Chris Impellitteri,among other Legendary Hard Rock and Heavy Metal Bands. The 6th Annual Metal Hall of Fame Gala will include the World Premier of former Black Sabbath/ Dio drummer Vinny Appice's new band Scream Taker, featuring vocalist Jim Crean (Vinnie Vincent, Carmine Appice) and bassist Tony Franklin (Jimmy Page, David Gilmour).
