ENTHEOS ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM TIME WILL TAKE US ALL

ALBUM ARRIVES MARCH 3 ON METAL BLADE RECORDS — PRE-ORDER

BAND SHARES "I AM THE VOID" VIDEO

Pushing progressive death metal in ever more imaginative directions, Entheos continue to stand apart from the pack. Incorporating elements drawn from myriad genres - including death metal, groove, grunge, electronica, slam, gothic rock, jazz, prog and more — they have evolved with every release, and now they return with the follow up to 2017's landmark Dark Future, the diverse and exhilarating Time Will Take Us All. It arrives March 3 via Metal Blade Records. Pre-order it here.

Today, the band has shared the video for "I Am the Void." Watch it below.

"We're incredibly proud to announce our new album Time Will Take Us All," the band states. "The album's concept is one of growth and self-reflection that focuses on the true human commonality — that our time on Earth is fleeting and what we choose to do with that knowledge is up to each of us as individuals. This is beautifully reflected in Eliran Kantor's surreal cover art."

The band furthers, "We're excited to share a new single 'I Am the Void.' This song begins the second half of the album and represents the weight of feeling as though you cannot escape your own fears and anxieties. The video was shot by the incredible David Brodsky, Allison Woest and their team at My Good Eye Visuals.

"We knew when we started writing that we really wanted to make something darker and heavier that was still uniquely Entheos, and we knew that we wanted to make a record that really came from our hearts and captured where we want to take this band," explains vocalist Chaney Crabb.

"The new album also has a strong 'trippy' vibe, not in a generic sense but meaning when you are done listening to it you feel like you’ve gone on a journey," adds multi-instrumentalist Navene Koperweis. "I've always loved albums that gave me that feeling. I can't say we set out to have the experience, it just sort of happened and that's something I'm proud of."

Having stripped down to a two-piece in 2020, this has helped to streamline the band and allow the core members to make the music they want to with no compromise, which is clearly to their betterment. Koperweis — who takes the role of drummer in the band's live lineup — has long written most of the guitar parts, so it was not a radically different writing process, but allowed him the freedom of complete control. "I tell people this album is more of everything that we do, except this time it’s deeper in all directions," says Koperweis. "We're no longer dipping our toe in the pool on certain aspects, when we decide to go somewhere, we fucking go there."

Relying less on synths and electronic production than on previous releases, a lot of the more atmospheric elements are contributed by guitar, and there is even an acoustic guitar for the first time on an Entheos record. Crabb has also pushed herself harder than ever before, interested in consistently practicing to find new pitches and timbres in her voice, and she has most certainly extended the range of her screaming. Using pitched screaming to add melodic lines in many places, this is also the first Entheos record on which she has sung.

When it came to penning the lyrics, Crabb knew that she was going to write about her own "experience as a human" and approach the album based on the lingering awareness many people have, that there is so much world out there and there are so many different experiences to have — but there is so little time. However, this idea really hit home in August 2021 when she got into an accident on her electric scooter on the day she started tracking vocals.

"I do not remember how I fell, but when I woke up I was really badly hurt. Gravel was embedded in my lower lip and had severed the inside of my chin from my face, my upper lip was completely split open to the point that my teeth were visible, my nasal septum bone was split in two and my nose was completely bent to one side — I ended up with 100 stitches in my face and was unable to do vocals for three months. I lost all abilities to move my nose and lips for those months, and to this day I still haven't regained complete control."

Because of this accident she found herself in a strange place mentally, juggling between feeling truly happy and grateful for every second that she was alive and got to spend with the people who she loved, but also feeling completely depressed, because of all of the uncertainty surrounding her injuries. She shares, "The album took form as a journey from the depths of depression into gratitude, but ultimately as an examination of our time and how precious it is."

With Koperweis handling production duties and Mark Lewis (Whitechapel, The Black Dahlia Murder) mixing the record, all of the drums were tracked by Zack Ohren at Castle Ultimate, and Koperweis tracked guitars and vocals. They also recruited former member Evan Brewer to supply the bass. Though committed to their status as a two-piece, the band does have a live lineup with Brian James (ex-Fallujah) and Robert Brown (ex-Slaughter to Prevail) providing guitar, maintaining their reputation for being a killer live band. Having delivered the best record of their career they are also in a very good place mentally, but they do not get ahead of themselves.

The album will be available in the following formats:

Vinyl — Dark Gray & White Marble (US exclusive)

STONED JESUS Premieres Music Video for New Song, Reveals New Album Details

Ukrainian psychedelic rock trio STONED JESUS will release its new album, 'Father Light,' on March 3, 2023 via Season of Mist, making it the band's debut to the label! The band is now sharing a music video for its brand new song, "Thoughts and Prayers." The song and video can be found below!

Lead vocalist and guitarist Igor Sydorenko comments: "I wrote these songs mostly in 2019, we worked on them through 2020, recorded them in 2021 and were ready to release them in 2022...and finally the first batch of them is coming out as 'Father Light' in 2023! So this is neither our 'pandemic' nor our 'war' record, this is something I was really obsessed about many months ago – climate change, media numbness, corporations' impact, social divisions...

"But revisiting these issues years later shows that they're still important and this is still something that resonates with us – and hopefully will resonate with many other people, too. Musically, I think this is our most diverse and mature record to date, but there's a good dose of old school Stoned Jesus there too!

"Anyway, enjoy this one and fingers crossed for 2024' release of 'Mother Dark' - the moodier, more personal, more experimental sister album to 'Father Light.'"

For those who might be unfamiliar with STONED JESUS, the band is well-known for their explosive single, "I Am The Mountain," which reached a whopping 15 million views on YouTube! The iconic clip can be found HERE.

Pre-orders for 'Father Light' are now live and can be found HERE.

STONED JESUS recently announced their appearance on the mighty Hellfest of 2023! More information on tours/festival for 2023 will be announced on a later stage.

Ukrainian prog-stoner trio STONED JESUS held their first rehearsal since the Russian invasion in the middle of July 2022. It was a moment the band dubbed as “surreal” and justifiably so — the regular ritual of band practice was made impossible by the war. The members of STONED JESUS — Igor Sydorenko (vocals/guitar), Sergii Sliusar (bass) and Dmytro Zinchenko (drums) — captured the moment for their social media channels. A broad smile of defiance and satisfaction can be seen on their faces. Regardless of the senseless havoc and destruction reaped upon their homeland, STONED JESUS would play on. It was the resumption of a music career temporarily thwarted but not defeated by evil.

Since 2009, STONED JESUS has served as one of Ukraine’s leading forces in heavy rock. Sydorenko, a veteran of the Ukrainian music scene, formed the band after stumbling upon some heavy and angry riffs that would become the song “Occult.” He fed off his Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin influences and was soon turned onto Electric Wizard and Sleep, two bands who mastered the art of bold, lurching heaviness, thus creating a sonic template to abide by.

The band was initially dubbed “STONED JESUS from the Outer Space” but shortened to the much crisper Stoned Jesus. The name was trimmed down out of necessity — Sydorenko wanted to legitimize the band immediately. “I realized that this may cause some problems,” he told the Psychedelic Baby webzine in 2010. “Some people wouldn’t take our music seriously, then. I don’t mind jokes and having fun, but music is always the most serious thing for me.”

Two demos ensued before STONED JESUS’s debut LP, 2010’s First Communion. Recorded in two hours, First Communion was a promising offering that dove headlong into the world of heavy stoner rock, with three songs going over the ten-minute mark for hypnotic effect. The album eventually saw a proper reissue in 2020, introducing it to a new group of fans. Seven Thunders Roar followed in 2012 and included “I’m the Mountain,” a 16-minute epic jam that has since become a live staple. The album also introduced a bevy of acoustic guitar and softer vocal approaches from Sydorenko.

The Harvest came next in 2015, deftly transitioning Stoned Jesus from sludge into new terrain, including alternative and progressive rock. This is a credit to Sydorenko’s evolving songwriting style and desire to never allow STONED JESUS to repeat itself. “It works brilliantly for the likes of Motörhead or AC/DC, but we’re not that legendary yet,” he told Outlaws of the Sun webzine in 2015. “So, let’s experiment, shall we? Let’s play with the genres, the sound, the song structures, the melodies, the timings — yes, my favorite trick!”

Pilgrim came next in 2018, which until now, has been the band’s career-defining moment. Stoned Jesus’s original plans were to record its follow-up in 2020. That, of course, was sidelined by the pandemic. The band then entered Spivaki Records in Kharkiv in July 2021 to record nine songs at 75 minutes. Two-thirds of the material was mixed and mastered before the invasion, leaving the final run-time of six songs at 43 minutes.

The result is Father Light, the band’s first for Season of Mist. The album catches Stoned Jesus in full bloom. The foundational elements of STONED JESUS’s sound remain (fuzzed-out rock, driving bass lines and maximum groove) and are once again augmented by the combination of Sydorenko’s gentle clean vocals and hook-laden chorus choices, along with an array of ornamental guitar melodies. And, in true STONED JESUS fashion, the journey is often the reward: The cuts on Father Light expand and shift — all the while, the band’s trademark heaviness serves as the guide.

STONED JESUS subsequently resumed live activity in July 2022 with European festival dates and runs with countrymen (and labelmates) Somali Yacht Club and then VOVK. The shows provided the band the opportunity to air two of the songs that would end up on Father Light: “Con” and “Porcelain.” Moreover, the dates were an outlet for the band to connect with waiting audiences who supported their music and cause of raising money to help those impacted by the war.

The idea that music is the ultimate escape has never rung truer in light of what happened to Ukraine in 2022. The prospect of brighter days lies ahead, making the Father Light album title even more appropriate.

As 2022 drew to a close, the members of STONED JESUS posted their final message for the year, epitomizing their resilience and optimism:

All the missiles in the world can’t destroy freedom. Nothing will stop truth.

Angel Vivaldi Drops Brand New Track & Video "Eight"; Announces New Album, 'Away With Words Part 2';

Guitar virtuoso, Angel Vivaldi, has announced the long-awaited release of his new EP, the second part of his concept album ‘Away With Words’ and follow up to Part 1, released in 2014. Accompanying the announcement is the release of his first single taken from the new opus, Eight.” The track can be found on all streaming platforms HERE and the official music video can be viewed below. Speaking on the release, Angel shares

“This first single comes not only from how artists like Chick Corea, Santana and Snarky Puppy inspired me, but also from my early experiences playing music in a hispanic church ensemble back in New Jersey as a teen. Having the opportunity to use my love for early 70's latin fusion has been both fulfilling and challenging. I learned a lot about myself as a composer and how to reinvent my phrasing in a way that is new but still authentic."

A Way With Words: Part 2” will be released on April 7th.  Part 1 (2014) consisted of heavier yet melodic rock and metal while the newly announced Part 2 explores a wide range of genres including funk, latin, classical and acoustic genres. The concept is based on the yin/yang of what we are capable of - that we are more than just the one thing people see us as. Elaborating on the album news, Angel continues,

“Few words can describe what it feels like to finally share the full scope of this concept record 9 years after I started it. While the seeds I initially planted took longer to bear fruit, I’m grateful it took this long as it helped to make the grapes that much sweeter. Part 2 is an unexpected musical journey that has something on it for any lover of music.”

ABOUT ANGEL VIVALDI

Across his five solo releases, Angel Vivaldi’s blend of spell-binding guitar anthems and tasteful yet virtuosic playing have reached and inspired tens of millions. Vivaldi, starting his independent solo career in 2003, joined forces with the newly reformed 40 Below Summer in 2008. He continued to release multiple solo albums including The Speed of Dark (2009) and the critically acclaimed Universal Language in 2010, which has become a staple in today’s modern instrumental album catalogue. In 2012, Vivaldi joined supergroup Vext featuring Tommy Vext (ex-Bad Wolves) as well as members from Mutiny Within. After the loss of his best friend to ALS in 2014, not long after the crowd-funded release of Away With Words Part 1, Angel realized that the only thing worse than living with regret would be to die with it. So in 2015, putting his confidence and trust in his audience, Vivaldi quit his day job, committing himself fulltime to his career in music and touring.

Since beginning to headline national US and European tours in 2015, he has shared the stage with icons such as Yngwie Malmsteen, Andy James (Five Finger Death Punch), Nita Strauss, Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne) as well as modern titans such as Plini, Intervals and Devin Townsend. His last full-length album, Synapse (2017), is a conceptual opus that immerses listeners with an introspective sonic adventure coupled with stunning visuals massing millions of views. Vivaldi’s commitment to his art is total; during the recording process, he painted and repainted his studio to correspond with the mood of each song. Tracks like “Adrenaline,” “Oxytocin,” “Dopamine,” “Endorphin,” and “Serotonin” musically elicit the exact type of emotions implied by connotation. Later that same year, he launched his annual Guitar Collective tour which has featured artists such as Nita Strauss, Scale the Summit, Andy James, Yvette Young and more.

2019 saw the debut of Angel’s signature guitar, the Charvel Nova. The line continues to expand with multiple models, including both 6 and 7 strings versions. He’s since appeared on numerous records with the likes of Marty Freidman, Nuno Bettencourt, Alex Skolnick (Testament) and Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy). He continues to operate as a self-managed, independent artist.

Angel Vivaldi takes the foundation laid down by the icons of heavy guitar and builds upon it with his unique speed, sophistication, futurism, and ambition. The result is a body of work that’s increasingly immersive and sublime, maximizing modern technology and raw instinct to expand the boundaries of instrumental rock. Angel has racked up over 40 million YouTube views and 70 million streams across his solo catalogue and has appeared on records with Marty Freidman, Nuno Bettencourt, Alex Skolnick (Testament) and Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy).

in the UK & Europe!

TRAGEDY - one of New York City’s most famous tribute bands and the undisputed inventors of “disco metal” - recently announced their new, upcoming full-length album, 'I Am Woman', out March 3, 2023 via Napalm Records. Flipping the script on sleaze rock tropes, 'I Am Woman' pays tribute to the most powerful force in the band's lives, celebrating womanhood in all forms on 14 newly-reinvented disco and soft rock anthems!

Today, following their latest cover of legendary track "Venus", the band showcases their heavy metal take on The Pointer Sisters' classic anthem, "I'm So Excited". Follow the band in the Cara Maria O'Shea-directed music video to their Halftime Show performance at the Big Bank SuperDuper Dome - you won't be able to contain yourself as you rock out to a metallized version of this iconic track with half-timed grooves, squealing solos and energetic vocals.

Frontman Mo'Royce Peterson says about "I'm So Excited":

"Anita Pointer sadly passed away very recently, and this is our tribute to her and her sisters' impact on music, as well as, of course, their everlasting and unbridled enthusiasm for 'pleasures in the night' on this track.

"The song is about the building, burning anticipation of impending carnal satisfaction. The heart races, hormones surge - gratification is imminent! In the video, the "excited" band members pack themselves into the family minivan, then play the Halftime Show at the Big Bank SuperDuper Dome - an event viewed live by over 700 Billion people worldwide!"

Watch the official music video for I'm So Excited

TRAGEDY had a glitter-encrusted grip on the entertainment world when they emerged in the early 2010’s. Now, following the 2015 breakout viral music video for their cover of Grease’s You’re The One That I Want” and 2017’s second viral hit, a cover of “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees, TRAGEDY are back with a brand new twist on I Am Woman!

Having introduced their raucous trademark stage show to audiences in the USA, the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland and beyond, and releasing several albums of metallized disco, soft rock and pop covers before even tasting their first viral hit, TRAGEDY proved early on that they were never just your everyday satirical cover band. These six warriors of wacky fully embody the soul of the original and reimagine it from the top down, infusing the tracks with an undeniably infectious energy that can be felt both on stage or on wax. And while their 80s hair metal image would imply that plenty of misbehavior is to be seen on the surface, one only need witness TRAGEDY live a single time to understand that the band’s true overarching message is one of carefree joy, humanity, acceptance and the simple pursuit of a damn good time.

"...Shiny costumes, dramatic eye makeup and headbanging hilarity…”

- The Village Voice (US)

“Hard riffs, tight white flares, and even tighter octave-scraping harmonies… essential listening"

- The Sun (UK)

Pre-Order 'I Am Woman' HERE

On 'I Am Woman', TRAGEDY turn the energy up to 11 with recharged dancehall favorites like “Le Freak”, “Respect” (featuring soul powerhouse Marcy Harriell) and I’m So Excited”, and double down on the drama with heavy, recomposed covers of belt-worthy classics “Memory” (featuring legendary drag performer, singer and guitarist Mrs. Smith), “Goldfinger” and “Roar”.

Tracks like “I Will Survive” evoke the spirit of Queen with choral harmonies and blazing solos, while unabashed anthems like “She Bop” and Venus” fully convince with authentic 80s hair metal flavor. Power metal reigns on the band’s opus-like version of “Flashdance… What a Feeling” and the theatrical Maiden-meets-Meatloaf-esque “Lay All Your Love on Me”.

THE ABBEY Shares Music Video for Ethereal New Song, "Starless"

Progressive doom rock new-comers THE ABBEY, ft. Natalie Koskinen (SHAPE OF DESPAIR), Jesse Heikkinen (HENGET, ITERUM NATA, etc), Vesa Ranta (SENTENCED, THE MAN-EATING TREE), and Janne Markus (THE MAN-EATING TREE), are now revealing another haunting song, "Starless," along with a music video! The song is the latest single from the band's forthcoming debut full-length, 'Word of Sin,' in which Koskinen's bone-chilling powerhouse vocals are front and center! The song and video can be found below.

THE ABBEY comments on the offering: "It's the darkest song in the album, both musically and lyric-wise. Composed by guitarist Janne Markus, 'Starless' shows the heavier side of the band. The lyrics by singer Natalie Koskinen contemplate the inner emptiness and the loss of will to live."

In conjunction, THE ABBEY is now launching pre-sales for the CD and digital formats of 'Word of Sin,' which are due on February 17, 2023! The vinyl counterpart will be released on July 7 and pre-sales will be revealed at a later date.

Aleister Crowley’s Abbey of Thelema was located in Sicily, Italy, and functioned as ground zero for many of the occultist’s most complex and groundbreaking hedonistic pursuits. Here, Crowley codified his ritual practices and took his concept of “Magick” to new, unforeseen levels. He rebranded the temple as “Collegium ad Spiritum Sanctum,” translating to “A college towards the Holy Spirit.” But the Abbey of Thelema was not without its controversy: A young disciple died in 1922 after contracting typhoid fever from the drinking water. And a year later, Crowley was evicted by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini’s regime, yet the mystery and intrigue behind the Abbey of Thelema remain.

It was only appropriate, then, that Jesse Heikkinen, a veteran of the Finnish music scene and a solo artist under the Iterum Nata banner, branded his newest musical pursuit as The Abbey. Drawing lyrical inspiration from esoteric organizations, their beliefs and his own practices, Heikkinen and co-lead vocalist Natalie Koskinen (Shape of Despair) weaved ritualistic tales from the darkest corners of themselves to pair with music that is a provocative, alluring kaleidoscope of dark, heavy rock. The result is the mystical Word of Sin, The Abbey’s nine-song debut long-player.

The Abbey tale began when Heikkinen generated the sudden urge to try his hand at singing in a doom metal band after laying down guest vocals for fellow countrymen Fuzzifer. His idea was to form a doom metal band with “big vocals” — a project for fun’s sake that would thrive off writing from the heart and improvisation. Those plans involved former Sentenced and The Man-Eating Tree drummer Vesa Ranta — the first name that came to Heikkinen’s mind for the project.

Ranta, now a professional photographer and filmmaker, provided the steady backbone behind Sentenced’s groundbreaking career that was brought to its conclusion in 2005. According to Heikkinen, Ranta plays “like a battalion of marching giants,” a not-so-subtle nod to the drummer’s mastery of the quarter-note. Ranta quickly took to Heikkinen’s early demos and suggested they add a female singer. Enter Koskinen. Koskinen knew Ranta from a video shoot where she was serving as a makeup artist. Reluctant to try a new band considering her Shape of Despair and career obligations, Koskinen listened to Heikkinen’s first demo and decided to give the project a go. Janne Markus (guitar, also of The Man-Eating Tree) and Henri Arvola (bass) were soon tapped to complete the band’s lineup.

Word of Sin was recorded between April and November 2021 in several locations across Finland. Drums, bass and Markus’s guitars were tracked at Kratio Studio in Oulu by Kyösti Rautio. Rautio also served as co-producer and mixed the album, becoming the unofficial sixth member of The Abbey. Heikkinen, who recorded most of his vocals and guitars in his stepdaughter’s room, surrounded by My Little Ponies, Disney figurines and a pile of esoteric literature, is careful to point out that The Abbey fails to drop into any neat, little subgenre.

“The album was made purely for self-expressive reasons,” he says. “My music is the channel where I can be as true and authentic as possible. It is also a somewhat safe way to explore and express the dark side of myself and the collective consciousness. Word of Sin may seem like a tremendously dark piece as a rock album, but it’s pretty lightweight for a doom metal album! The material proved so strong that it was obvious that it wasn’t going to be another side project. I think using the means of improvisation made the music sound more like its creator instead of it being forced to be this or that — and that seemed to work really well for us!”

Regardless of where Word of Sin falls between the vast channels of doom and heavy rock, the vocal interplay between Heikkinen and Koskinen is undeniable. Each has songs where they take the lead, but their harmonies and trade-offs carry songs like “Rat King” and “Desert Temple” to the fore, creating a restless, captivating atmosphere resembling vintage rock from the 1970s. And, for his first go at singing lead in a band, Heikkinen proves to be quite the capable vocalist, carrying a smooth, almost airy delivery on “Crystallion” and “Widow’s Will.”

“I didn’t think of it that much — my vocals all came naturally,” he says. “I still think I’m more of a guitarist than a vocalist, really. During the writing and recording, I listened to King Crimson’s Red quite a lot, so I’m sure I got some influences from John Wetton’s singing on that album. The vocal harmonies were heavily inspired by bands like E.L.O, Queen and Yes.”

Heikkinen and Koskinen didn’t know each other before the formation of The Abbey. Heikkinen met Koskinen for the first time when she tracked vocals at his home studio, but their partnership generated immediate results. “Nowadays, I usually record my vocals at home, but in this case, as I had yet to meet Jesse in person, I wanted to record my parts at his place,” says Koskinen. “It’s very important to see what kind of energy is between the musicians I’m going to work with in the long run. It turns out that we are a perfect match musically. Later on, I traveled to Oulu to meet the rest of the guys [Janne and Henri] and I must say that we had a very strong bond from the beginning. Sometimes things just happen even when you don’t plan them.”

“The right lines for each were found really easily,” adds Heikkinen. “There already were dozens of vocal tracks in some of my demos, but every time Natalie found her place in the song, she added something new into it.”

The creative process behind Word of Sin proved so fruitful that the members of The Abbey are already thinking about a follow-up. It’s a testament to the material’s inherent strength and the immediate bond between all five musicians.

“The Abbey will most definitely be an active and serious project for me - I do hope it will turn out fun as well,” wraps Heikkinen. And closes Koskinen: “I do have a feeling this band will make a long trip together.”

IAN MUNSICK CELEBRATES WHITE BUFFALO RELEASE W/
HEADLINING DEBUT AT THE HISTORIC RYMAN AUDITORIUM ON
TUESDAY, MAY 16

The Performance Will Serve as the Official Album Release Show for Munsick’s
Sophomore Project, Due April 7 on Warner Music Nashville

On the heels of announcing his sophomore project White Buffalo, due April 7, Wyoming native Ian Munsick is bringing his free-spirited, awe-inspiring portrait of the American West to the bustling streets of Music City – setting his debut performance at the historic Ryman Auditorium for May 16, 2023. The hallowed stage serving as the backdrop for Munsick’s official album release show, he’ll tip his hat to his homeland, traversing the audience through the 18-track ode to its wild landscape and complex characters. Pre-order White Buffalo HERE.

“If there’s one building that embodies the spirit of country music, it’s the Ryman," shares Munsick. "I remember when I visited Nashville for the first time, my parents took me to see the Grand Ole Opry and it just so happened to be hosted at the Ryman that night. Watching Ricky Skaggs burn down the auditorium with Kentucky Thunder left me shook. 12 years later, I plan on doing the same thing, but this time, it’ll be Wyoming style. Playing my new album White Buffalo front to back for the very first time on the most legendary stage in country music is bound to be an unforgettable night. I hope I get to share that memory with you!”

White Buffalo has already yielded the loping “Horses & Weed,” faith-driven love song “More Than Me,” standout duet “Long Live Cowgirls” with two-time CMA Award winner Cody Johnson and Munsick’s most recent release “River Run.” Lauded by Billboard for its “gorgeous fiddle,” the “organic musical romp” paints a vivid image of the beauty of love, longing and their natural symbolism. Listen to “River Run” HERE.

Munsick will kick off his Long Live Cowgirls 2023 Tour, named after the song that has gained over 72 million global streams to date and topped SiriusXM The Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown, this Friday. Moon Walker hits 25 million streams

Harry Springer may compose, produce and perform all of Moon Walker's music in his bedroom, but the electrifying and uniquely eclectic sound undeniably feels more fitting for a stadium.

When Springer formed Moon Walker at the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, he was merely looking for a way to pass time and make some extra money selling songs to music libraries. “I sold some, and it was going fine, but then I wrote some songs, and I was like, ‘I really don’t want to give these ones away." Those songs that Springer just couldn't part with ended up becoming his critically acclaimed debut record "Truth to Power". Thanks to sudden viral success on Tik Tok and praise from the likes of The Darkness's Justin Hawkins, the 7-track album quickly established Moon Walker as one of rock's most promising acts. Less than a year later, Springer is back with his more expansive sophomore effort "The Attack of Mirrors".

* SEPULTURA Closing

The time has come! Shadows loom over North America with an ominous silence hanging in the air as heaven and hell alike prepare to witness: “Klash Of The Titans.” German thrash legends KREATOR have joined forces with Brazilian metal giants SEPULTURA for an unrivaled North American co-headline tour in May and June of 2023.

Since the mid-80s, the two bands have shaped heavy music like few others by always sticking to their ferocious guns. At the same time, they’ve never shied away from re-inventing themselves: going from strength to strength and leaving a path of scorched earth in their trailblazing wakes. With new albums Hate Über Alles and Quadra towering strong at the peak of their respective discographies, these Titans are truly standing taller than ever in 2023.

KREATOR’s Mille Petrozza states, ‘I’m really happy to be back in the US this May with the mightiest of all…SEPULTURA. A new ‘Klash Of The Titans’ partnership and an absolutely stacked bill from start to finish. I’m looking forward to checking out SPIRITWORLD live – a great new band with big riffs. Plus sharing the stage with the legendary DEATH ANGEL. Awesome! Can’t wait…see you in the pit!’

SEPULTURA’s Andreas Kisser adds: “I’m very excited to be back in North America with our friends and my personal idols Kreator! They were a very strong influence in our early days, and it’s great to see they are stronger than ever, which is how I feel with SEPULTURA as well. It's going to be a historical run. Thrilled to have our brothers from DEATH ANGEL and the awesome SPIRITWORLD with us. Do not miss this, metal is alive and well, so let’s celebrate ‘Klash of the Titans North America 2023’ on the road! See you all soon!“

The track appears on their seventh album Remember... You Must Die via Century Media on March 10. Pre-order it here.

"'Alter of Self,' musically, is a step in a much more melodic direction than the tracks we've released as of late," says guitarist Mark Heylmun. "It's speaking a much different language, but still has all the bone-shattering groove and breakdowns you'd expect from us. Lyrically, the song isn't difficult to interpret. It's about doing such a large dose of mind-altering substance or substances that you begin to worship yourself as god. Tune in and drop out on this one."

Remember... You Must Die was produced and mixed by Taylor Young (NAILS, Xibalba, Vitriol). For the artwork, the band enlisted renowned Necrosurrealist artist David Van Gough to visualize the concept.

TEMPT ROCK QUEEN CLASSIC WE WILL ROCK YOU CELEBRATING SUCCESSFUL EUROPEAN TOUR

Tempt have released a new video for their cover of Queen’s, We Will Rock You that captures performances on their European tour at iconic festivals such as Hellfest, Download, Rock Im Park/Am Ring, Graspop and support dates for Iron Maiden, Shinedown, Tremonti and Theory. The band reworked the largely unknown “fast version” of the song as the encore for their set on the tour.

The video and single release were inspired by the incredible response the band received from European music fans. “The entire tour, fans were just going all out and giving us so much support,” said Tempt’s lead singer, Zach Allen. At our first festival show at Rock Im Park the fans were going off and when we got to the chorus of We Will Rock You, we could hear them singing it back to us. At that point we decided we would end every show with it.” The video captures not only the breakthrough performances of the band but also celebrates the festivals and most importantly the fans reaction to the band through the use of crew and fan filmed footage, photographs and social media posts.

“I had heard the so called fast version many years ago growing up on a bootleg and Queen apparently used to open and close shows with it but it is relatively unknown even to hard core music fans so it was always fun when we would start the song and watch as Zach began to sing the lyrics and then we would slowly see the recognition sweep through the crowd until they were all singing We Will, We Will Rock You!”, said Tempt lead guitarist Harrison Marcello. “One thing I’ll never forget is being onstage at Download and looking across at our bassist, Chris then down at my guitar and then looking up and Zach was gone. He was off the stage amongst thousands of fans crowd surfing.”

The band will be launching a number of social media initiatives in support of the video and single including appearances by special guest guitarists and fan participation.

Tempt have a huge 2023 coming up with multiple single releases from their new record produced by Grammy Award winner, Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Muse), a tour of the United States followed by the full album release.

25TH ANNIVERSARY RE-MIXED EDITION OF DEBUT ALBUM SHADOW OF THE MOON OUT MARCH 10 VIA EARMUSIC

Hardly any musical piece in history has received as much attention from a wide variety of artists as the song "Greensleeves," which originally comes from the 16th century.

Without a doubt, the interpretation by Ritchie Blackmore and Candice Nightis one of the most beautiful and well-known versions.

The song was originally released by Blackmore's Night on their 1997 debut album Shadow Of The Moon. The "25th Anniversary New Mix" of "Greensleeves" — available as digital single and lyric video — is another exciting foretaste of the highly anticipated 25th Anniversary Album Edition of Shadow Of The Moon, in stores worldwide on March 10, 2023.

The band's debut album was converted in HD audio from the original recording and has been fully remixed, allowing the performance to shine in its original glory. The album's iconic artwork has been refreshed and reworked in the course of the anniversary.

To fully celebrate the occasion, two Limited Black Vinyl LPs of Shadow Of The Moon (25th Anniversary Edition) will carry a "Golden Ticket": Two lucky fans will win an original and signed Fender Ritchie Blackmore Olympic White Stratocaster guitar.

What already excited fans in 1997 is now fascinating again with the 25th Anniversary Album Edition.

Pre-order the reissue album here.

ABOUT ICE NINE KILLS

Decadent, devious, and fiercely insane, Ice Nine Kills celebrate pop culture’s darkest edges, mining a cinephile library’s worth of iconic horror on 2018’s The Silver Scream which spawned Top 10 Mainstream Rock single “A Grave Mistake” and Top 20 hit “Savages. The creative marriage made in hell of music and fiction began in earnest with the Top 5 Hard Rock album, Every Trick in the Book, which brought the previous three records’ themes to new levels and which the band have completely perfected on 2021's chart-topping smash hit ’The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood.

Since the release of 'The Silver Scream 2: Welcome To Horrorwood', Ice Nine Kills have seen phenomenal growth. Throughout 2022 they toured the US extensively on 3 legs of The Trinity of Terror, their hugely successful, mostly sold-out triple co-headline tour with Motionless In White and Black Veil Brides, supported Metallica at serveral US stadium shows, toured the US with Slipknot and launched the inaugural edition of their horror convention, The Silver Scream Con.

The band’s synergy of music and lifestyle draws favorable comparisons to Slipknot and Rob Zombie. Visionary trailblazers and multimedia raconteurs, INK built a thrilling world for a growing legion of devoted true believers, with theatrical shows, high-concept videos, and inventive band-to-fan communion. Their wildly creative output has seen them become recent recipients of the prestigious Clio Award for Music Marketing for their "Merry Axe-mas" mobile game and their live streaming event from October 2020, The Silver Stream be nominated for 5 awards at last year's Horror Hound Film Festival Awards in the categories of Judges Choice, Best Sound, Best Supporting Performance, Best Cinematography and Best Feature. With over 1.75 million monthly listeners on Spotify, 717 million career streams to date and over 204 million views on YouTubethe band are firmly cemented as one of modern metal's most vicious forces.
