Alternative rock band Violet Breed released their fourth single, "Stay Away." The track features an electrifying collaboration with Brian Wheat, founder and bassist of the multi-platinum selling rock band Tesla, and rising singer-songwriter AleX.

AleX shares, "With our latest song 'Stay Away’ I think we’ve really captured a new darkness in our writing and overall sound. Brian has really pushed the boundaries with the production on this new track. It’s sonically heavier and grittier than anything we’ve released. It sounds huge! It’s probably the most relatable and personal song we’ve released too. It’s a song about how you would do anything possible to save someone from self destruction. It could be a partnership, family member or even a friend. There’s a fear of losing someone forever. But ultimately in then end, whoever this person may be, they choose to remain isolated from you emotionally and self destruct, because they can’t bare to see you fall alongside them as well. So they quite simply stay away…”
