Swedish Rock Band MARYLANE Release Music Video for "SEVEN", Sophomore Album Seventh Sense Out Now!

Following the successful release of their debut album Winners Write History in 2024, Swedish female-fronted rock band MARYLANE have returned with their highly anticipated sophomore album, Seventh Sense, Out Now. The band have released the official music video for the album's focus track, "SEVEN.".

A powerful and emotionally charged anthem, "SEVEN" explores the internal struggle of battling personal demons while searching for peace and clarity. Blending soaring melodies, hard-hitting riffs, and heartfelt lyricism, the track showcases the band's continued evolution while remaining true to the powerful rock sound that first captured listeners' attention.

 

The album was mixed and mastered by renowned producer and guitarist Andy La Rocque at Sonic Train Studios, bringing a polished yet dynamic sonic landscape that perfectly complements MARYLANE's energetic and emotional approach to modern rock.

Once upon a time, nestled in a corner of the bustling city, there existed a magnificent amusement park named Marylane, which was operated by Marymaker the Clown. He was perceived by the public as both terrifying and captivating, and there were rumors that he possessed the ability to attract both light and darkness simultaneously, as if he were a master of duality. During the park's prime, one could hear the excited cheers of visitors from afar and the sound of carousels roaring under the summer sun. However, as the years went by, fewer and fewer people found the time to visit the amusement park, leaving Marymaker with a deep sense of abandonment.

 

The very thing that he had once been so passionate about now seemed to wither away and rely solely on artificial respiration. Filled with desperation, Marymaker embarked on a journey to find himself, only to encounter chaos and despair at every turn. One evening, while lost in his own thoughts, Marymaker overheard a group of people gathering on the Tivoli stage to compose music. There was one particular melody that caught his attention, as it exuded both sadness and hope. Intrigued, he felt compelled to venture out and discover the source of this captivating music. Could it be that the songs were about him?

 

Marylane is a swedish rockband formed in 2023 and draws inspiration from vintage sounds infusing them with a modern intimate touch. With their music they delve into the depths of the human experience exploring the paradoxial and existential questions that haunt our minds. Their sound is a harmonious blend of captivating melodies, groovy rythms, ephic choruses and introspective lyrics.

Winger Release "Tears of Blood" Video — WATCH // New Album "Seven" Out Today

In celebration of today's release of their new album Seven, Winger today release the video for the track "Tears of Blood." 

The video, shot in Nashville, was directed by Jack Sawyers and is the third official video from Seven following "Proud Desperado" and "It All Comes Back Around."  The video can be seen below.
 

Having just completed their appearance on the Monsters of Rock cruise, the band play this weekend at the M3 Rock Festival and then head off to the UK to support Steel Panther followed by a month of U.S. shows supporting the Tom Keifer Band along with multiple headline shows. Dates are below.

Winger Release "It All Comes Back Around" Video — WATCH

Following the March release of the debut single and video "Proud Desperado" from the upcoming album Seven, Winger release today the video for the song "It All Comes Back Around." 

  As with "Proud Desperado," the video was filmed in Nashville and directed by Jack Sawyers. You can watch the video below. The track is available for streaming and download on all platforms here. 

Winger Seven will be released on May 5 and is the band's first release sinceBetter Days Comin' in 2014.  The album was produced in Nashville by Kip Winger and features all four of the original members — Kip Winger, Reb Beach, Rod Morgenstein, and Paul Taylor. Guitarist John Roth was added in 1992. 
 

Winger will be touring extensively in 2023 with a UK tour supporting Steel Panther commencing May 14, followed by a U.S tour supporting Tom Keifer in North America starting in Atlanta on June 15. The band will be doing a number of headline shows in addition to these tours.

Winger Announce "Seven" Out 5/5 + Band Shares "Proud Desperado" Video

In celebration of their 35 years as a touring and recording act, multi-platinum artist WINGER announce today the release of Seven on May 5. 

The 12-track album, produced by Kip Winger and recorded in Nashville, will be distributed worldwide by Frontiers Records.  
      
Seven, the band's first new release since 2014's Better Days Comin', is now available for preorder on CD/LP/Digital here. 

Additionally, the album's first single, "Proud Desperado," is now available for streaming/download on all digital music platforms and a music video can be seen below.

Winger are one of the only bands formed during the late '80s that still features all original members — Kip Winger, Reb Beach, Rod Morgenstein, and Paul Taylor. Guitarist John Roth was added in 1992. To support the new album, Winger will begin extensive touring beginning with a UK tour with Steel Panther in May, followed by a U.S tour with the Tom Keifer Band in June.
