The Neal Agency Signs Jacob Hackworth for Booking

Chart-topping songwriter and rising country artist Jacob Hackworth has signed with The Neal Agency for booking. The West Plains, Missouri native, who has become known for his rough-hewn honesty and raw storytelling, caught the attention of the industry with his releases, “When I Don’t,” “You Ain’t” and “Bad As I Do,” which landed him on a slew of “Artist To Watch” lists including Country Now, Country Minute, Fort Nash and more.

“I couldn’t be happier to have The Neal Agency as part of my team. I’ve watched them build an incredible reputation — not just for the success they’ve achieved, but for the way they genuinely champion their artists. Seeing what they’ve done for friends of mine who are already on the roster made the decision feel like a no-brainer,” said Hackworth. "From my very first meeting with Jake, we just clicked. He understood the vision, the long game and who I am as an artist. And honestly, my dad’s one of the best judges of character I know — he met Jake and immediately said, ‘That’s your guy.’ When your gut and your circle both say yes, you listen.”

“We’re excited to add Jacob Hackworth to TNA’s roster,” shares TNA Agent Jake Moore. “He is a proven hit songwriter and we can’t wait for the world to see what an incredibly talented artist he is as well.”

Hackworth has been singing since before he could reach his grandma's piano bench. He participated in choir as a kid and began writing songs in high school, eventually forming a local band that would perform on his days off from working on the railroad. Encouraged by the reaction, in 2019 he left his small town life to pursue music in Nashville. To make ends meet, he worked at some of Nashville's most renowned bars, Amazon and even on a party boat DJing while he found his musical footing.

In 2022, Hackworth signed a publishing deal and has been on a creative tear ever since, attaining roughly 60 major label cuts and releases as a songwriter (with more on the way), including Bailey Zimmerman's six-week No.1 hit, “Rock and a Hard Place,” Corey Kent's No. 1 hit “This Heart,” three songs from Jelly Roll's GRAMMY-winning No. 1 album Beautifully Broken, Morgan Wallen's “Jack and Jill,” six songs from Tucker Wetmore's debut album including the career-launching smash “Wine Into Whiskey” and more.

As a songwriter he amassed more than a billion streams in 2025 alone. He is currently on tour with Wetmore and is working in the studio on new music. For more information follow along on InstagramTikTokFacebook and YouTube.

Schmitty Signs with The Neal Agency

As Midwest native and Warner Chappell Music singer-songwriter Schmitty prepares to release his debut six-song EP, Office With A Viewavailable everywhere this Friday, he’s signed with The Neal Agency (TNA) for booking.

"I couldn’t think of a better home for my booking than The Neal Agency. Jake, Ryan, and the team feel like family and share the same values I grew up with back home in the Midwest,” shares Schmitty. “With a roster that looks like my playlist and a winning culture all around, it’s a dream come true. Let’s get to work!"

TNA agent Jake Moore added, “We are thrilled to welcome Schmitty to our roster. His mix of raw talent and storytelling instantly stood out.”

Office With A View blends Schmitty’s wild child spirit and the down-home morals that shaped him during his years growing up and working on his family farm in Washburn, North Dakota, along the rural banks of the Missouri River. Inspired early on by stories of his paternal grandpa’s Hall of Fame barbershop quartet, The Schmitt Brothers, he was taught his first guitar chords at 13 by a bluegrass-picking neighbor, he recalls: “That’s where the music bug bit me.”

Leaving behind his tractor seat as a third-generation grain farmer to chase his dream in Nashville, Schmitty draws from the influences his family instilled - The Eagles to The Allman Brothers - while shaping his own jam-band storyteller aura.

Heartfelt lyrics and candid honesty have elevated his social media presence, with one YouTube share sparking millions in conversation - affirming his belief that God truly put him on this earth to create music. Pulling from his own journey - the highs, lows and lessons learned - he writes with a grounded authenticity that connects heart to heart with listeners.

With previously released songs like “Cadillac,” “This Side of the Porchlight,” and debut album title track “Office With A View,” Schmitty keeps one foot planted firmly in the dirt that raised him while building a foundation for what’s ahead. With new music on the horizon and a growing calendar of shows, Schmitty is represented by Warner Chappell’s Jessi Stevenson for publishing and Fusion Music’s Dylan McGraw and Daniel Miller for management.

Office With A View will be distributed by Cmd Shft.

The Neal Agency Signs Preston Cooper for Booking

When 22 year old Preston Cooper was first discovered in 2023 by the Warren Brothers’ Brad and Brett Warren while playing a corporate gig with them at a Holiday Inn in his home state of Ohio, the brothers took him under their wing, instantly recognizing the potential in Cooper’s soulful and blues-inspired vocals. Plugging into his relationship with The Neal Agency, Brett Warren connected Cooper with TNA, ultimately leading him to sign with the agency for booking.

Recalling the process that led Cooper to sign with TNA, general manager of TNA Ryan Beuschel recalls, “Brett called me in the summer of 2024 and was adamant he found someone special I needed to hear. Anytime Brett calls, you listen. His track record speaks for itself. Ernest, Mitchell Tenpenny, among others. He played me the music they recorded with Preston, and I was blown away.”

“When Preston came to visit our office, I was instantly struck by how genuine and kind he is. I had the thought beforehand, ‘how can I help this guy achieve his goals?’ Within seconds of him playing his first song, I realized he’s walking around with another superpower – his voice,” recalls Brian Carothers, agent at TNA. “Preston singing while strumming an acoustic guitar is stop you-in-your-tracks talent. I know I speak for everyone at The Neal Agency when I say we are beyond grateful to be on his team, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to support his touring career.”

“Its such an honor to see my name on The Neal Agency’s roster,” Cooper shares. “I came to town hoping to work with good people and that’s exactly what I found at The Neal Agency. Brian, Ryan, Austin and that entire team are rockstars.”

With a vocal so expressive it builds into jaw-dropping eruptions of power and emotion, Cooper represents the start of a new generation in Country Rock. The biggest voice to ever hail from the tiny town of Fredericktown, Ohio, Cooper is a potent force of nature, drawing comparisons to icons like Chris Stapleton and Bob Seger.

Cooper first picked up a guitar as a high school freshman. He joined the US Postal Service after graduation and found local fame as “The Singing Mailman” – walking up to 14 miles each day while belting out raw, raspy vocal runs, then clocking out to perform across the region.

With his debut album, Toledo Talkin’releasing May 30, the first chapter of this generational talent’s story unfolds. With 12 incendiary tracks – all but three co-written by the no-frills newcomer – Toledo Talkin’ was recorded with an old-school, full-band process, lashed together with sheer vocal intensity miles different from the Music Row norm.

The album wields a mix of raw, organic Country and edgy Alt Rock, as evidenced on his show-stopping debut track “Weak,” emotive “One More Place I’ve Never Been,” shot of nostalgia “Numbers On A Mailbox,” and highway rocker “One For The Road.” Preston is currently on tour as direct support for Kameron Marlowe’s  Keepin’ The Lights On Tour and will join Riley Green this summer on select dates of the Damn Country Music Tour

A songwriter’s songwriter, having already inked with SMACK and Worktape Music for publishing and TRACK mgmt’s Tracker Johnson for management, McCoy Moore announces the expansion of his team today signing an exclusive booking and artist development deal with The Neal Agency (TNA).

The Lakeland, Florida native moved to Nashville in 2020—just over a year after graduating from high school—to pursue a career in music. Now, his years of hard work are paying off as he hits the studio with Cornman Music/Warner Chappell’s Will Bundy at the helm and looks ahead to live shows with exclusive booking through The Neal Agency.

"I am so excited to work with Austin, Ryan, Evan, and the rest of the TNA family,” 23-year-old Moore enthuses. “When I moved to Nashville from Florida four years ago, I was praying the day would come where I would get to play shows and share the music I love all over the place. This is the best team I could’ve ever hoped for to help further my career.”

“The Neal Agency wants to give every artist every possible tool they need and want to be successful because that’s how much we care about our artists,” shares TNA’s Ryan Beuschel of the agency home to Morgan Wallen, HARDY, ERNEST, Riley Green, Ella Langley, Bailey Zimmerman and more. “We’re honored McCoy is joining TNA as he expands his team,” adds TNA’s Evan Kantor.

Moore says in conclusion, “I can’t wait to see what all we accomplish together in the years to come, and I couldn’t be more pumped to tour and meet everyone out on the road. I’m very grateful for these opportunities and all of my favorite people that are helping me steer this ship.”
