DIFFERENCES Premiere New Music Video For "Body"

Spread out across Southern California, Melodic Hardcore quartet DIFFERENCES
was built from pain and loss while still being able to express power and growth through music and lyrical content. The band advocates for change by meticulously crafting and sharing their image and messages via music. Their sound brings energy to an exhilarating performance while exploring taboo and often not spoken about subjects ranging from drunk driving to their “no means no” stance on sexual assault.

Today, DIFFERENCES partners with KNOTFEST to premiere the music video for 'Body'. The music video was filmed by Ryenn Lyons and Brad Eichar with additional footage from Blake Littell. The video was directed and edited by the band's very own guitar player Gene Ramirez.

DIFFERENCES comments, "We wrote 'Body' at a time when a friend of ours betrayed all our trust. It was a moment where we thought we had been clear to everyone around us that our bodies are our own, but it seemed we missed the mark. When we wrote the lyrics we wanted to make it absolutely and undeniably clear that you should only ever put your hands on someone intimately with their consent, and as time moves forward it proves true and true again that some people genuinely do not care about consent. My body is my own; there's a force to be reckoned with if you don’t understand that."

Stay tuned for more information on the new music!
