Washington, DC punk duo TEEN MORTGAGE — guitarist/vocalist James Guile and drummer Ed Barakauskas — have teamed up with Revolver to premiere the lyric video for gloriously discordant, grimy punk new single "DISAPPEAR."
Watch and listen Below.
"'Disappear' was inspired by The Almanac Singers 'I Don't Want Your Millions Mister,'" Guile states. "The subject matter is as relevant now as it was back then. Soulless technology barons continue to bring about a second gilded age for the USA. History shows us this type of feudalism goes hand in hand with fascist control. We present a very easy solution: These fascists must disappear."
"Disappear" is featured on the band's debut album DEVIL ULTRASONIC DREAM, out now via Roadrunner Records. Get it here.
Teen Mortgage, who have shared stages with the likes of Weezer and Smashing Pumpkins. are in the middle of a headline tour. Get tickets here.
They will hit the road hard in 2026, as well, as they are set to tour with Joyce Manor, Militarie Gun, and Combat next spring. All dates are below.
