The Los Angeles based rock trio, Fencer, have today announced a Christmas benefit livestream for nonprofit, Life Rolls On, on Friday, December 16th at 4PM PT / 7PM ET. All profits will be donated to Life Rolls On, a non-profit foundation that advocates for improving the quality of life for people living with various disabilities through adaptive surfing and skating. Fans will also be able to donate throughout the stream for the Life Rolls On cause. Tickets for the benefit livestream on December 16th at 4PM PT / 7PM ET can be purchased here.

Speaking on today's announcement, the band shares:

"We’re stoked to be kicking off a new era of Fencer Live with some new and upcoming music. It’s gonna be a blast, and we thought what better way to do it than with an amazing organization like Life Rolls On? They’ve been a big part of our lives for the past few years, and we hope our fans can come to appreciate the work they’ve done just as we did. Can’t wait to see you all in chat!"

In support of the livestream announcement, Life Rolls On Founder & Executive Director/CEO, Jesse Billauer adds:

"Happy Holidays Everyone! I'm so grateful for the support. We're rolling into our 21st season of surf and skate events for thousands of people with disabilities...and it's only possible because of YOU. We don't have big, flashy sponsors. But we do have family. People all over the world who give what they can. And because you're here, you are part of our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing hope! And enjoy the live stream!"

The upcoming benefit livestream will feature music from the band's recently announced self-titled debut album, set to drop on February 3rd, 2023 via Blood Blast Distribution. This marks the trio's first self-produced release, composed of 10-tracks and what is considered to be their most authentic work yet. Fans can pre-save the album here.

Not only was the band's most recent single, "Joseph Courtney", and the upcoming album self-produced, but it was mixed by Henry Lunetta (5 Seconds Of Summer, State Champs, Grayscale) and mastered by Zach Fisher (Weezer, Rancid, Bad Religion). Prior to today's announcement, Fencer had previously dropped tracks "Junebug""Sanitarium", and a cover of Morphine's "Buena" which had racked up over 1.5 million listens across all streaming platforms. Be sure to stay tuned for more Fencer news coming soon.

ABOUT FENCER

Fencer, the self-defined garage opera band, is leading a new era of rock music with their own undeniably, dynamic sound. The Los Angeles-based trio consists of vocalist and guitarist Field Cate, bassist Scott Sauve, and drummer Cameron Sauve. Only two years after their inception, they became fan-favorite openers for notable acts such as Badflower, The Wrecks, and Dead Poet Society. Tackling the stigma surrounding mental health and its struggles, Field’s emotive and frenetic vulnerability resonates with listeners to further solidify the band’s electric presence. The trio have racked up an impressive 1.5 million listens across all streaming platforms, despite having not even released their debut album. Field’s synesthesia (seeing music in color), Scott’s vigorous bass-lines, and Cameron’s expertise in self-producing flow together to create an eccentric style that is certain to become rock’s newest novelty.
