Los Angeles, CA (March 31, 2020) – AXS TV announced today that the network is airing 14 episodes of the multi-award-winning music series Live From Daryl’s House—premiering on Sunday, April 19 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. AXS TV has curated a roster of the popular series’ episodes, highlighting an eclectic blend of artists that will appeal to the Network’s diverse audience.

Live From Daryl’s House was created in 2007 by Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer Daryl Hall, who wanted a show where he and his talented friends could hangout and rock out in a relaxed atmosphere. The Webby Award-winning program quickly took the music world and the Internet by storm with its unique format, as Hall welcomed a new artist into his domain each week to enjoy some local cuisine and conversation, as well as an unforgettable jam session. Since that time, Live From Daryl’s House has transformed into a nationally syndicated television series, attracting some of the biggest names in the industry and amassing a loyal following of fans eagerly anticipating the next new episode.

DEFILED Releases Live Video for "Centuries"

Death metal maniacs DEFILED have shared a brand new live video for the track "Centuries," which is taken from their freshly released album, 'Infinite Regress.' The video, which was shot during the bands latest show in Tokyo.

The band comments on the video: "We just finished self-isolating at our homes for 14 days since we got back to Japan on March 14th and all of us are alright with our health. So we think it’s a right time to tell you our update. As many of you already know, our European tour was cancelled after 5 shows with mighty Vader, Chronosphere and Fallcie. That sudden cancellation happened by the government's decisions beyond our control. The tour was short but great and we sincerely apologise for all the fans who expected to see us in Europe. We’ll try to come back there when a normal life comes back and hope it’ll be coming in not so distant future. In the meantime, please check our live footage. Now it’s a difficult time for everybody in the world. Please stay healthy and be safe."

DEFILED come yet again, barging in like some crusty Godzilla made out of the stuff polished tech death nightmares are made from. The revered Samurai of death metal crush through the spiral ganglion with a sound rawer than shark sushi that still bites. 

This time it took the Japanese three years to deliver a follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'Towards Inevitable Ruin' (2016) which was not pretty, nor pretending to be. Instead, they reduced death metal to the bare bones and with this, showing its naked brutality.

'In Crisis' (2011), which came out eight years after 'Divination' (2003) shook the world awake to the band from the Land of the Rising Sun. DEFILED climbed to the top of Asia's death metal scene with the release of their self-financed EP 'Defeat of Sanity' (1994) two years after their inception. Founded in Tokyo, they quickly combined the brutal and technical aspects of this mad metropolis into their own unique sound. Their first album 'Erupted Wrath' (1999) was mixed by genre legend Jim Morris in Tampa, Florida, who returned to work on sophomore opus 'Ugliness Revealed' (2001) as well as third full-length 'Divination'. The Japanese opened for extreme metal legends such as CANNIBAL CORPSE, MORBID ANGEL and toured with INCANTATION and MAYHEM to name but a few.

DEFILED are back with a bang. 'Infinite Regress' is not for the faint of heart or intended for easy listening, but when giving the new monster some spins, the apparent fragments start to drift together once more– starting from a catchy fill, riff or grating grunt that morph into a strange hook relentlessly driving its spike into the brain.

Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the signing one of Sweden’s finest power metal acts Persuader to a multi album deal! Originally formed in 1997 in the north of Sweden, Persuader have delivered raw, melodic and in your face power metal since their inception and their upcoming Frontiers' debut promises no compromises in that department.

Thus far, the band has released four albums between 2000 - 2014 and has always presented a dynamic and aggressive slice of power metal. In 2019, the band reconvened in the studio and is now ready to release their fifth album which is going to be entitled “Necromancy”. The record will include seven original songs making up nearly 50 minutes of new music that may just might be their most ambitious effort to date.

OMEGA INFINITY Stream Entire New Album 'Solar Spectre'

OMEGA INFINITY, the new project of Xenoyr (NE OBLIVISCARIS) and Tentakel P. (TODTGELICHTER), are now streaming their entire new opus, 'Solar Spectre!' The debut album can be heard in full at THIS LOCATION.

OMEGA INFINITY comment: "Disciples of The Void - finally we are able to present you the full opus. Enter the cosmic darkness and listen to 'Solar Spectre' in its entirety. Should you make it back - your task is to find more disciples and convert them so we can grow and become the eternal blackness!"

OMEGA INFINITY: two words that embody the unimaginable blackness beyond the known universe, the endless cycle of birth and death, of creation and destruction. 

Founded as a studio project by Tentakel P. in 2018, after his long-term band TODTGELICHTER was put on ice indefinitely; OMEGA INFINITY’s purpose was to serve as an outlet to his own musical and conceptual vision, something that would have been deemed too dark and aggressive for his main band. Joining him is a vocalist who was not only able to convey the extreme notion and versatility required for this, but who also has similar limitations in his own main band, Xen of Australian Progressive Metal shooting stars, NE OBLIVISCARIS.  

Music firmly rooted and inspired by Black Metal of the 90‘s with furious blastbeats and cacophonous, spherical guitar lines, the main concept and lyrics transcend the limitations of this style as OMEGA INFINITY stands for something that is far greater, ancient or powerful than any god or demon humanity has invented; the darkness between galaxies - the equivalent of cosmic darkness – the Nothing beyond existence - The Deep Dark Void.

The debut album 'Solar Spectre' marks the beginning of an immersive journey through our solar system and beyond. Encountering the fierceness and fury of the red colossus Mars, our own terrifying yet miraculous existence on Terra or the vastness and coldness of Neptune, OMEGA INFINITY transforms each of these traits into versatile and entrancing compositions.  

'Solar Spectre' will only be the start of the duo’s explorations into The Deep Dark Void. Are you ready to voyage into the unknown?

The video was filmed during the band's captivating performance in Kiev in 2019 by Oleg Rooz (Suicidal Tendencies, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Enter Shikari).

Commented bass player Eugene Abdukhanov: "Back when we recorded this show we were on the tail end of a 6 month tour and somewhere in between all that madness we managed to write and record Macro... it was an extremely stressful time. But it was one of the most positive times of our lives. Things right now look pretty grim and no one knows what will happen next. We want to release this video with the hopes of letting people know that no matter how crazy, confusing and scary things get - BETTER TIMES are on the way. Let’s use the time at home in isolation to take a good look inside and learn about our true selves…"

FEUERSCHWANZ Announces Covers Album, Die sieben Todsünden, In Addition To New Studio Album, Das elfte Gebot

German medieval rock masters FEUERSCHWANZ have announced that they will release a covers album titled Die sieben Todsünden in addition to the band's upcoming album, Das elfte Gebot.

The album will include covers of German and other internationally acclaimed artists like Powerwolf, Sabaton, Rammstein and Ed Sheeran. See a full tracklist below.

Commented the band: "There are songs you should never ever cover. Completely over done evergreens or relics of alcohol-induced prom nights. Songs that are every metalhead's bête noire - but also songs that are already perfect and cannot be made better in any way.
