ABOUT STATIC DRESS:
Static Dress signed to Roadrunner Records and shared Rouge Carpet Disaster (Redux) a re-release of their debut LP accompanied by reimagined versions of every track from the album including "Lye solution" (ft. Loathe, BVDLVD, and Hail The Sun), "Di-sinTer" (Glitter Redux), "Courtney, just relax" [ft. World Of Pleasure], "such.a.shame" (smoking lounge redux), and "Attempt 8" [ft. Sophie Meiers]. Originally released independently, Rouge Carpet Disaster proved to be a watershed moment for Static Dress. Produced by Erik Bickerstaffe of Loathe and written by Static Dress, the album spotlights an imagination-capturing sound that transcends emo, screamo, metal, pop, electronic, and so much more; making for one of the most ambitious statements made from within the rock format in decades. Static Dress made an immediate impact upon the alternative music scene with the release of their 2021 EP, Prologue... (Comic Book Soundtrack). Voted by Kerrang! readers as the Best New Band Of The Year in 2021, Prologue... set the stage for Static Dress' most widescreen vision; a comic book and official soundtrack building the foundations for a parallel universe with innovative puzzles and lore that has captivated fans.
