Adam Ezra Group Announce THE GETAWAY SESSIONS, TOUR, RAMBLE, GATHERING SERIES

The Third Annual Getaway Sessions:

The last two years we’ve organized a 3 day trip in Ogunquit, ME that has been an incredible experience for us.  We’ve decided to find a new location and date so that we can fit more people, have access to more activities, and make the trip more affordable.  ♥️

We will now be hosting The Getaway Sessions at Snow Pond Center for the Arts, in Sydney, ME: September 17-19.  We'll be staying in private cabins and dorms on a lake with an incredible staff ready to feed and take care of us while we hang!  More info coming soon!

TICKETS GO ON SALE FEBRUARY 23!!

(while there should be enough room for all who want to attend, lodging options will diminish quickly as the nicest spots will undoubtedly go fast) Tour Announcements:

We are about to jump on the Sail Across the Sun cruise with a bunch of amazing bands including Train, Fitz and the Tantrums, G-Love, Lisa Loeb, Delta Rae, and many others!  Before departure we decided to schedule a last minute show in Boca Raton, FL on Thursday, February 16th, and it’s already down to standing room only!  Come and hang with us, Floridians…let’s sell this place out, and while we’re at it we’ll be doing a clothing, shoes, and accessories drive to benefit the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.  Find out how you can help here!

The Road To The Ramble:

OK, small details (like location) to come, but...

The Ramble will be taking place on Saturday, August 26th!!

Mark your calendars.
Book your flights.
Get your affairs in order.
You are all invited.

Last year we helped 100 veterans into safe and dignified housing.
What will we accomplish in 2023?!?!

In what can only be described as a bizarre and unexpected turn of events, our incredible community organized a golf tournament last year through RallySoundto benefit The Ramble that was simply put, tremendously successful. (Adam’s golfing not withstanding)

Save the date for our

Second Annual RallySound Golf Tournament
Tuesday, June 27th in Stow, MA!

We’ll spend the morning playing and spectating, making fun of Adam as he attempts putts on the 18th green, eating a delicious lunch, and listening to AEG.  …and in case this wasn’t apparent already, you do not need to play golf to attend.  

Gathering Update:

For those of you who haven’t tuned in lately, Adam's Gathering Series is up to episode #661!!  While he’s no longer Gathering every night, he is live-streaming twice a week:  every Tuesday at 7pm EST, and once a weekend, usually from stage with AEG.

The Gathering Series continues to be a free service for everyone who wants to participate, but it is powered by an incredible community of member-supporters, all giving what they can each month to keep The Gathering Series alive.

For you member-supporters:  Last year you received some treaters (small tokens of thanks) for your incredible generosity.  We want you to know that we’ve been working on this year’s treaters and will be sending them to you shortly!!  We can’t wait til you see’em!!  Thank you so much for helping us keep this series going for anyone around the world who wants to Gather with us. ♥️

For those of you who want to learn more, head to our Gathering Series pages to dig in !

Accepting Live Gathering Applications For Spring Through Fall of 2023:

During the height of COVID, before there were vaccines, we decided there had to be a way for us to continue to share live music in-person while still keeping each other safe.  We played over 100 "Live Gatherings" in various backyards and parks, organized by Gatherers who wanted to be hosts, and through a monumental effort on everyone's part, not one person got sick throughout the entire series 💪

Nowadays, one of our favorite things to do is sneak away between tour stops to do a Live Gathering or two when we can.  We can't fit a ton of them in, as we are back on the road pretty hard these days, but when we can, it's always an inspiring way to share music.

If you'd like to apply to be a host in 2023, submit an application here and you may just end up getting picked to have a concert unfold at a location of your choosing.

Spotify & Streaming:

Huge thanks to all of you who have been streaming and sharing our music.  Because of you, these music platforms are more and more often recommending us to other music listeners!

George Strait Raises Record-Setting $2.4M For Veterans at 12th Annual Vaqueros Del Mar Benefit

George Strait's 12th annual Vaqueros del Mar golf tournament and benefit concert, hosted at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort together with longtime friend and Texas businessman Tom Cusick, raised a record-setting $2.4 million for the Feherty’s Troops First Foundation, bringing the all-time total to over $17 million.

"After George and I acquired Tapatio, we had our Grand Re-Opening on 11-11-11, which was Veterans Day," notes Cusick. "We decided holding an event for our military heroes was perfect and then we met David Feherty with Troops First, and the rest is history. I believe we both would agree that this has been one of the most fulfilling experiences we have been involved in, and have grown so close to so many that have sacrificed for our country and all of us!"

In keeping with annual tradition, the event featured a golf tournament as well as a benefit concert, with performances by Strait along with Asleep at the Wheel, William Beckman, Wade Bowen, Dean Dillon, Keith Gattis, Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson and Randy Rogers.

The funds raised directly benefit wounded military service men and women. Learn more about the cause at www.troopsfirstfoundation.org.

RANDY HOUSER HOSTS HOMECOMING GOLF & CONCERT EVENT BENEFITTING THE NIKKI MITCHELL FOUNDATION
AUGUST 14-15

Houser’s Sixth Studio Album Note To Self Set for November 11 as Title Track Climbs the Charts at Country Radio

Following the announcement of his sixth studio album Note To Self, Mississippi native Randy Houser will host the Homecoming Golf & Concert event benefitting the Nikki Mitchell Foundation August 14-15 at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, MGM Resort International’s iconic waterfront destination resort in Biloxi, Miss. Tickets are on sale now, and every attending ticket holder will also receive a $50 gift card to Icey-Tek Coolers.

The Nikki Mitchell Foundation’s mission is to provide comfort and relief to those affected by pancreatic cancer while raising awareness and searching for a cure.

“I’m honored to host this event benefitting The Nikki Mitchell Foundation,” shares Houser. “I always look forward to an opportunity to give back, and to be able to support this foundation along with so many of my friends means a lot to me.”

“Randy is an integral part of the Nikki Mitchell Foundation’s Artist Board,” shares NMF Director of Development Christa Bowles. “Although he has performed at more NMF shows than we can count, this will be his first time hosting an event for the foundation. We could not be more grateful to have such a generous, caring and talented board member as our Homecoming host.”

As the title track climbs the charts at Country radio, Houser recently announced his plans to release new album Note To Self on November 11 via Magnolia Music Group, the highly anticipated follow-up to 2019’s critically acclaimed Magnolia. Produced by Houser and Blake Chancey, Note To Self features 10 tracks all co-written by the powerhouse vocalist. Pre-order and pre-save HERE.

“Blake and I worked on this record a long time, and I’m really looking forward to sharing the rest of it with the folks who’ve already shown how excited they are for new music,” says the man dubbed as “one of the best voices in the genre” by Rolling Stone.

“This album came together at a time when I was reflecting on who I am and what’s important to me, envisioning the kind of future I’d like to see for myself and my family,” Houser elaborates.

Lead single “Note To Self” marked Houser’s “powerful return” with MusicRow boasting he “remains one of country music’s very finest vocalists. His return is most welcome, especially with such a strong song of regretful hindsight. His extraordinary voice is absolutely fierce as this hair-raising pile driver reaches its climax.”

Album opener “Still That Cowboy” was written by Houser, Matt Rogers and Josh Hoge as an ode to his wife Tatiana as the couple prepares for their second child together, with CMT.com sharing “Houser has never been afraid to sing country music, and ‘Still That Cowboy’ spotlights the genre’s tenets as much as anything Houser has ever released. His baritone rings against the backdrop of the pedal steel guitar as he delivers the song written for his wife.”

Written by Houser with Randy Montana, “Workin’ Man” illuminates the tenacity and persistence of America’s blue-collar workers among the struggles they face day-to-day to support themselves and their families, with Billboardpraising, “Houser yields his enviable vocals with a rough-hewn delivery that lends grit to this radio-friendly track.”

With multiple sold-out shows so far in 2022, including an at-capacity stop at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Houser wrapped his co-headlining tour with longtime friend Jamey Johnson in April and heads back out on the road this summer for a slew of headlining shows, festival dates and select performances with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cody Johnson and Travis Tritt. For dates, tickets and additional information, visit RandyHouser.com.

Along with preparing new music and a relentless touring schedule, Houser landed on-screen roles in Martin Scorsese’s upcoming film Killers of the Flower Moon starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro and more, as well as the inspiring The Hill starring Dennis Quaid.

ABOUT RANDY HOUSER
With an inimitable voice the New York Times describes as “wholly different, thicker and more throbbing, a caldron bubbling over,” Randy Houser racked up three consecutive No. 1 hits and more than four million in singles sales to date with his Stoney Creek Records album, How Country Feels. He topped the charts with the title track, “Runnin' Outta Moonlight” and “Goodnight Kiss” (also his first No. 1 as a songwriter) and earned critical acclaim for his powerful delivery of the Top 5 smash and CMA Song of the Year-nominated “Like A Cowboy.” Houser added a fourth No. 1 to his catalogue with “We Went” from his 2016 album, Fired Up. Following 2019’s critically acclaimed Magnolia, Houser’s sixth studio album Note To Self is set for release on November 11, via Magnolia Music Group, with the title track climbing the charts at Country radio. Friday, July 8 We'll be Releasing Our Version of The Band's "Ophelia"!

This song has been one of our favorites to play and sing in concert for a couple years now.  We love paying tribute to The Band, as they're such an influence on my songwriting and our approach to playing together, but I also love it because I feel like it allows each of my bandies to shine in the way they play and sing together.  This is the first release within the Album Project that tributes another band, I’m thrilled with how it came out, and I can't wait for you to hear it!

Starting next Friday, you will be able to find this anywhere you can stream music, and if you follow us on SpotifyApple Music, or Pandora they will let you know every time we come out with something new.  (Which is often these days!)

Golf! (Yes, Golf)

I continue to learn lessons in how resourceful and amazing this community is, and how many ways we can each contribute. Some of our Ramblers organized a Golf tournament in Stow, MA on July 12, supporting The Ramble and our veteran heroes, and before it's even begun we've already raised enough to help twelve of our vets into safe and dignified housing!

Wanna join us?  You don't even have to play golf.  You can simply hang with me and heckle (I mean cheer on) the golfers, and of course afterwards me and the bandies will be playing...
