Dethwish Released "Ruby" on 10/31 + Touring This Fall

DETHWISH, a 26-year-old nu-metal x hyperpunk artist hailing from Connecticut and who traffics in the same scene as bands like Symposia and Cheem, has rapidly gained recognition for high-energy live performances and innovative soundscapes. The music is as gnarly as it is nihilistic, but it's delivered with purpose and the kind of earworm hooks that take up real estate in your brain for days at a time. Think Nine Inch Nails for the Gen Z and TikTok generation — and beyond.

On Halloween, Dethwish released the new album RUBY. Get it here. Ruby is essentially an extension of Dethwish's debut album, The Disappearing Act, which arrived this past spring. Two albums in one year? Yes, Dethwish is that prolific and that good.

"Ruby is an album about losing a friend, yourself, and a girl from New Jersey on the early internet," Dethwish states.

Dethwish, who has shared the stage with notable acts such as Wargasm, Cheem, Flatwounds, Lip Critic, My Upside Down, and MKultra thus far, has announced the Ruby's Revenge Tour, which will culminate in a record release show in his native Connecticut on November 28. Get tickets here.
