Structured as a two-part composition, the Hispanic metal band’s new single opens with “Verdiales”, which pays a fleet-fingered tribute to the folk traditions of Málaga. Then with the draw of their axe blades, “Bajo las Tizonas de Toledo” charges into a blistering retelling of the legendary Spanish hero El Cid.
