Autumn Kings Sign to Hopeless Records // Listen to "SLEEP WHEN I'M DEAD" + "HELLBOUND"

Rock band AUTUMN KINGS, who have been steadily buzzing for the past year and with over 40 million streams and counting, have a landed a brand new label home.

The trio, known for crafting unforgettably hooky anthems, has officially signed to Hopeless Records, and will commence working on material imminently.

"We are so excited to officially sign a record deal with Hopeless Records," the band says. "We've admired the label's fierce independent spirit for over a decade and they helped give careers to some of our favorite bands who changed our lives and inspired us to do music — Avenged Sevenfold, Sum 41, and Yellowcard, to name a few. We feel that our new label partner and our team there truly understands our creative vision and supports where we want to go into the future."

The band continues, "Our most recent releases, 'SLEEP WHEN I'M DEAD' and 'HELLBOUND' both touch on the spirit of conquest — both physically and mentally. We are a band that wants to champion a warrior mindset in our fans, to strive for more, become the best versions of themselves they can possibly be, and have the best time doing it. Conquering victim mentality, championing independent thought and courage... these are the pillars of the Autumn Kings experience, and we are excited to work hand-in-hand with Hopeless Records to bring this to the world."

The aforementioned "Sleep When I'm Dead" and "HELLBOUND" are out now.

Both tracks have garnered airplay on SiriusXM's Octane, among others.

But that's not all.

Autumn Kings have had their music played on Football Night In America; at Detroit Red Wings games; in Major League Baseball stadiums; and on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.  They spent the summer of 2023 touring Pacific and Japanese military bases and have opened for Bush, Dorothy, Tea Party, X Ambassadors, and Mutemath.

Autumn Kings Drop Video for New Single "Hellhound"

Pop-rock band AUTUMN KINGS have dropped the video for their latest single "HELLBOUND," as heard on SiriusXM's Octane.

Watch the video, directed by Henry Nadasdi, Below.

"'HELLBOUND' speaks to the story of an individual who is fighting their demons, and digging to discover the root cause of the psychological bleeding they are experiencing," says the band's Jake Diablo about the track. "After digging long and hard, they realize that the solution is right in front of them. Wake up, cut out the 'victim' mentality, and utilize the gift of choice that we each possess to do what is necessary to improve our lives."

The band's prior single "Sleep When I'm Dead" clocked over 1.2 million streams on Spotify and has been top 20 on Octane since February 1, amassing over 500 spins during that period and reached No. 37 on the Mediabase Active Rock chart, including official adds at WRIF/Detroit, Music Choice, WIIL/Chicago, WHXR/Portland, and many more.

Last fall, the band dropped their video for "Go For Gold." Watch it here.  It's a super catchy jam that will live rent-free in your brain. The accompanying visual strings together performance footage and tells the band's story. It's like a digital bio set to music.

"We are so excited to share the story of Autumn Kings to the world, how we came from a small town of LaSalle, Ontario, where music seemed like a pipe dream in a sea of normal jobs," the band states. "It's the story of all of the rejections, all the times we were told 'no,' all the years of grinding for no pay, all the lost girlfriends, and all the time away from home… "

The band continues, "But it's also about the highs of touring the world with our friends and fans worldwide singing our songs back to us, and putting out three albums worth of music that we wrote ourselves with no industry backing, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Unkillable, unrelenting grit. This is the identity of Autumn Kings."

Autumn Kings continue to grow at a furious pace, collecting over 300,000 monthly Spotify listeners and over 45 million cumulative streams without record label assistance. They have had their music played on Football Night In America; at Detroit Red Wings games; in Major League Baseball stadiums; and on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

They spent the summer of 2023 touring Pacific and Japanese military bases and have opened for Bush, Dorothy, Tea Party, X Ambassadors, and Mutemath. With all this momentum, they plan to release new music in 2024.

You may not have heard of Autumn Kings before, but aren't you glad you did? There is plenty more to come.
