Shelby Short brings over 15 years of multifaceted music industry experience to Cupid Theory, having built a career spanning live event production, tour management, regional promotions, and artist development. Throughout his career, Shelby Short has taken on touring roles alongside some of the most respected names in heavy music, including The Used, Falling In Reverse, PVRIS, among many others, and is bolstered by his work as a regional promoter operating across Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets.
Arriving with momentum behind them, Shelby Short's roster of Not Enough Space, Pretty Pity, Summer Hoop, and VCTMS join Cupid Theory as formidable forces in their respective rights. Not Enough Space surpassed 25 million streams on their debut record within four months and earned multiple festival slots at Louder Than Life, Welcome To Rockville, and Sonic Temple. Pretty Pity hit over 60 shows across a full US run in support of their debut EP, and will be performing at Summer School and Summerfest this year. Summer Hoop closed out 2025 with her highest-streaming song to date and is currently supporting Arankai on a handful of sold out shows. VCTMS hit one million streams in two weeks with the release of their latest EP and are currently direct support on a nearly sold out tour with Jiluka.
