Genre-bending New York City outfit Ecce Shnak will join platinum-selling legends EMF for their North American tour, bringing them up and down the East Coast and even further into Canada. The two bands are also teaming up for a series of UK shows in June.
Forged in NYC's experimental scene, Ecce Shnak has a reputation for "high-wire" performances, their music a volatile yet meticulously crafted ecosystem, where technical precision meets a sense of inspired mayhem. Pronounced Eh-kay sh-knock, the band is made up of David Roush (composer, bassist and one of two singers), Bella Komodromos (vocals), Chris Krasnow (guitar), Gannon Ferrell (guitar), and Henry Buchanan-Vaughn (drums).
2025 set the stage for these developments when the bands toured the US West Coast, along with Spacehog. More recently, Ecce Shnak featured on EMF's stellar indie dance track 'LGBTQ+ Lover' with both Davey and Bella contributing vocals. The video footage was filmed during the 2025 tour.
"'LGBTQ+ Lover' is a friqq’n collaboration between EMF and Ecce Shnak! It's a loving homage to the LGBTQ+ community worldwide, and we will be bumping it as hard as possible on all nights," says frontman David Roush.
"We - EMF and Ecce Shnak - are absolutely ecstatic mofos to announce our East Coast US tour this May (with two dates in Canada as well). We’ll be rockin & shnakin’ on 10 stages over 11 days. EMF have also invited us to be the opening act for 6 joyful days in the UK early this June! So trampuce along with us. To quote EMF, “You deserve more than this world could ever give!”"
