'Blackbraid II' due July 7, 2023!
Indigenous Black Metal project Blackbraid will be headlining the Kaupangr stage at this year's edition of the mighty Midgardsblot Festival, joining the ranks of legendary bands such as My Dying Bride, Enslaved, Finntroll, Tsjuder, Kampfar, and more! The festival will take place in the Viking Gravemounds in Norway's iconic Borre Park from August 16-19. Passes are on sale now! The current lineup, passes, and more information can be found HERE.
Blackbraid is currently gearing up to release its highly anticipated sophomore full-length, 'Blackbraid II,' which is due on July 7, 2023. Pre-sale information will be revealed soon. The first two singles, "Moss Covered Bones on the Altar of the Moon" and "The Spirit Returns," are now available on all streaming services!
In addition, Blackbraid is currently on the road supporting Dark Funeral, Cattle Decapitation, and 200 Stab Wounds on its first ever North American trek as part of the Decibel Magazine tour. The band will perform its penultimate show tonight in San Francisco, CA and will draw final curtain in Los Angeles, CA tomorrow, June 10. Tickets can be found at HERE.

ICYMI: BLACKBRAID recently unveiled a pummeling live video for the song "Barefoot Ghost Dance on Blood Soaked Soil!" The clip was filmed during Blackbraid's sold out performance at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn, NY in conjunction with "A Sortilege of Hell" festival, which took place on October 7th, 2022!
