On July 17th on Long Island, NY, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame bassist, vocalist, and songwriter John Lodge graced the stage at the Patchogue Theatre. With no opening band, the audience was treated to two remarkable sets. The first set featured beloved hits like "I'm Just a Singer (in a Rock and Roll Band)", "Gemini Dream", and "The Voice", during which guest vocalist/guitarist Jon Davison from Yes joined the band. It wasn't just the songs that captivated the night, but also the timeless stories shared by Jon in between performances. One memorable tale recounted the time when the Moody Blues were replaced as the headliners by a promising young band from Liverpool – none other than The Beatles.

With bandmates Alan Hewitt on keyboards, Billy Ashbaugh on drums, Duffy King on guitar, and Jason Charboneau on cello, the band delivered an electrifying performance in the second set, captivating the audience as they performed the iconic album Days of Future Passed in its entirety. Amidst the stellar lineup, a standout moment emerged during the rendition of the timeless classic "Nights in White Satin," where Jon Davison's vocals truly shined. The evening was a delightful trip down memory lane, creating lasting memories that remain etched in our minds.
