April 22, 2022 will see Bergen-based heavy rock outfit, AUDREY HORNE, release their much awaited new album, entitled Devil’s Bell. Four years after their critically acclaimed Blackout record, the band’s seventh studio album will drop on April 22, 2022 via Napalm Records!

As with every AUDREY HORNE album, there are no duds or misfires as the songs flow together seamlessly, making Devil’s Bell a delight to play from the first note straight to the end. Devil’s Bell offers nine fist-pumping songs that will shake concert venues worldwide. Kenny Chesney Opens Up Singles For Near SRO Tampa Opener

For Kenny Chesney, taking his music on the road is his way of making the promise of his songs come to life. It is how No Shoes Nation was built, and it’s the way friendships have been forged summer after summer since kicking off his true headlining life at the Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach in 2002.

Having been put on sale 932 days from when he will finally raise the pirate flag at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium, Kenny Chesney’s Here And Now 2022 Tour will finally hit the road! With reigning Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Female Vocalist of the Year Carly Pearce on all dates, plus five-time Academy of Country Music and four-time Country Music Association Group of the Year Old Dominion and three-time GRAMMY-winning Vocal Duo/Group Dan + Shay on the stadium dates, it promises to be quite a summer.

“I can’t believe how long it’s been,” Chesney muses. “I close my eyes, and I can hear the roar of No Shoes Nation, but to not feel that energy in my veins. It’s been so long, I can’t wait to get back out there to see the faces, to hear the voices singing these songs – and to share the love that’s like no other.”

Three years since playing many of his favorite places for three years, the man The Los Angeles Times deemed “The People’s Superstar” wants to make sure everyone who wants to come can be a part of what so many have been waiting for. With surprisingly limited ticket returns, a hard ticket count of well over 50,000 – excluding suites – finding seats and opening up slices of the stadiums has been a challenge Chesney’s been at work on.

“I’ve asked my friends at Messina Touring to find more seats more than a couple times,” says Chesney of his shows. “We are a month out from kicking off, and I don’t want anyone who’s missed this music as much as I’ve missed them to not be able to be there. So, once again we’re less than a thousand open tickets...and a lot of them are singles, maybe a few pairs...

“But I want to throw this out there: No Shoes Nation is one of the friendliest places in the world. I can hear the tail-gating from the bus, the music and the laughter. I kinda wanna call it Club Singles, for the people who’re willing to just buy a ticket, come sit where they sit – even if they’re not with their friends – and make some more friends along the way.”

With twenty-two stadium plays, the Here And Now 2022 Tour will run straight through the summer – including stops at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, Denver’s Empower Field at Mile High, Detroit’s Ford Field, Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field – before closing out with a two-night-stand at Boston’s Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. on August 26-27.

For Chesney, the only country artist in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top 25 Live Artists in 25 Years, whose “Everyone She Knows” celebrates free-spirited women blazing their own path, it’s all about celebrating the triumphs, the friendships, the new things and the songs everyone loves by heart.

REPENTANCE Release Brand New Music Video for "Down In The Water"!

Last November, Chicago, Illinois based metal outfit Repentance released their latest Ep Volume I - Reborn via Noble Demon. Five tracks of tracks of aggressive, fast-paced and technical compositions, amplified by a tight and sharp production, which were praised by fans and critics alike. From said EP, the band has today released a brand new music video for the track "Down In The Water", which was directed, shot, and edited by Alex Zarek, with lighting design and programming by Brian Olivo.

With this track the main verse riff set the pace for a dark heavy groove that doesn’t let up and brings the listener in a twisted journey… Adams King-Kong-sized vocals put the stamp on this song and also this is my first song that I actually also handled the guitar solo which is a nice tribute to Dimebag Darrell (Pantera) & Jeff Hanneman (Slayer) - RIP."

PHARMACOSE Releases New Single, "Cleanse You"! New Concept Project, 'Ascension’s Constraint,' with Monthly Releases

Jacksonville, FL Alternative Rock project PHARMACOSE has revealed the first song in their latest project, Ascension’s Constraint, a series of monthly song releases to be accompanied with one part of a serialized novel of the same name. Each song will be based around the events and/or themes of the accompanying installment of the novel. Ascension’s Constraint is a science fiction work set in the 22nd century at a time after the collapse of the US’s financial system. As a result, mega-corporations have assumed the responsibility of both local and federal government operations. The first installment will be released in April 2022 with the next single, “Obey.”

Originally premiered on Ghost Cult Magazine, "Cleanse You" was written, performed, and produced by the band's multitalented front-man and songwriter WES JONES.

"I have always loved concept albums, and one of my major goals has always been to do one. I didn’t think it was going to happen this soon, but the lockdowns happened, and all of a sudden I had nothing to do. We had been gearing up for some shows to promote the intended release of Prescription Fiction, but obviously none of that happened. I didn’t want to sit around doing nothing, so I decided it was as good a time as any to start work on that record.

I had been kicking around some possible concepts for years, but it wasn’t until the lockdowns happened that I was able to commit to one. Even before the pandemic, I found myself ordering more and more things online, and it made me wonder just how dependent I’d become on corporations as well as how big and powerful many have become or are becoming. I’ve also been concerned about how wage stagnation and inflation are going to affect your average person in the future, and so I just combined the two ideas and that became the setting of the novel.

As far as music production goes, 'Cleanse You' is the first song I’ve ever released that I wrote, performed, produced, and mixed on my own. Our past songs were all produced by Lu and were mixed by a very talented guy named Joe Rickard. It became hard for Lu and me to get together during the lockdowns, so I made it a goal to get better at production. Although I have done some production over the years, I was nowhere near as good at it as Lu. That had to change because I’m not a person that can sit still. For whatever reason, I always feel like I need to be getting better at something. So that took me down a two year journey where I spent countless hours trying to get better. A lot of the songs coming out were the result of those efforts. Lu and I are still working together, though. In fact, he produced and recorded the song we’re releasing next month, called 'Obey.' I have learned so much from him and I hope to continue to do so since I feel like I can’t hold a candle to him, but also I feel like I’m never going to be able to take the next step unless I release material that I’ve produced and mixed." - WES JONES - Singer / Songwriter PHARMACOSE

Pharmacose is a collaborative alternative rock project hailing from Jacksonville, FL, that combines steadfast analog sounds with cutting edge flair. The project– a portmanteau of “pharmaceutical” and “comatose” –began as a collaborative effort between Jones and producer and bassist Lucio Rubino. Frequent collaborators include drummer Albert Cruz and guitarist Kevin Horne, who also round out their live act. They have previously released material under the name Digital Array.

Jones, a Memphis native, formed Pharmacose in 2017 with producer Lu Rubino shortly after moving to Jacksonville to pursue new career opportunities. Rubino, a veteran producer and bassist, has worked with Paramore, Storyside B, and The Showdown, among many others. Their creative process was chiefly inspired by Jones, a medical doctor, and his past struggles with mental illness.

Drawing on such themes as reintegration to life in the wake of acute mental health episodes and the side effects of psychiatric medication, Pharmacose wields their brand of rock to let those suffering from mental illness to know that they are not alone. The result is a powerful, explosive lyrical journey into the depths of existence that would appeal to fans of Queens of the Stone Age, Porcupine Tree, Starset, Chevelle, The Mars Volta, and beyond.

By confronting anger, shame, and ultimately galvanizing hope, Pharmacose advocates for the awareness of mental health. Through vibrant soundscapes suffused with riveting synth. The group hopes to empower people to seek help, push through, and move from isolation toward connection.

Pharmacose released Prescription Fiction, Part 1, in 2020. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were gearing up to play live shows in anticipation of the release of part 2. With the subsequent lockdowns canceling those shows, Jones decided to begin working on new material and used the time to explore new sounds and assume a greater role in production. The result is several new songs, which ultimately completed Prescription Fiction as an entire album, rather than a separate chapter.

White Buffalo now includes a live version of their standout track “The Witching Hour” and the re-release is accompanied by a live performance video of the track when it was recorded at Revolution Recording studio in Toronto last year.

This year sees Crown Lands returning to what they do best, performing live and this time they are taking it international. The band will be traveling to the UK and are scheduled to play The Hope and Ruin, Brighton, on May 12, as part of The Great Escape festival. They then go on to play their first-ever UK headlining show at Omeara in London on May 16. Crown Lands then go on to join artists like Nine Inch Nails and Mastodon at Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville, Kentucky on September 25.

Most recently, Crown Lands are excited to announce they will be joining Grammy award-winning rock band, Greta Van Fleet on their Dreams In Gold arena tour as support during their fall dates, starting October 18 in Raleigh, North Carolina. As anticipation grows around Whiskey Myers’ just-announced sixth studio album Tornillo, set for release July 29 via the band’s own Wiggy Thump Records with distribution by Thirty Tigers, the group celebrated by Esquire for their “straight-up, booze-swilling, highway-driving, heart-on-your-sleeve, blood-on-your-knuckles country music” is back with even more new music upon today’s release of “Antioch.”

Carrying forward the horns and gospel-tinged background vocals first introduced with lead single “John Wayne,” which prompted MusicRow to proclaim, “The six-piece band has taken their over a decade in-the-making foundation and pushed themself to explore new sonic landscapes,” “Antioch” offers yet another peek at the music to come on this summer’s full-length project.

Written solo by lead singer Cody Cannon, the heavy lyrics paired with a pulsing rhythm and fuzzed-out vocals on the four-minute rocker chronicle a young man’s journey through life anchored by growing up in an abusive home; from joining the military to getting in trouble with the law, all as he reckons with his violent paternal heritage:

Guitarist, vocalist, and lyricist Sotiris Anunnaki V. comments "A technologically advanced society, where morals decline and crime thrives, is the 'stage' of this song. The main character is suffering from severe neural damage. In order to receive a cure, and be able to physically reconnect to the global network, he accepts an obscure hacking mission. After all, the virtual reality data space, to him, is more like home.

The skeleton of the song was structured upon the 12 string guitar. The main melody and the various emotional tones of the song were crafted upon this more organic-sounding instrument. Then, after arrangement decisions were taken, the song turned out the way you hear it. Besides the strings, brass, and other standard orchestra sections used, a mandolin takes a lead role preparing for the climax of the addictive chorus and the ultra-heavy main riff. Also, there is a more theatrical interaction with the various vocal styles within our arsenal in this song."

“We go on a writer’s retreat every year southwest of Houston, Texas, and we do a little bit of hog hunting and write a bunch of songs. I was actually in the other room when this one started,” shares Gilbert. “Taylor Phillips called me over, and he, HARDY, Brock Berryhill and Randy Montana were in the bus writing ‘Rolex® On A Redneck.’ I put my two cents on it, and it was one of those songs that when you hear it for the first time, it’s just fun.”

To speak to Trevenial, the single-entity, multi-instrumentalist voice from the other side of the veil, is to speak to a spirit that transcends the veil of this world and crosses borders beyond time and place. But you will not speak to Trevenial, but hear the words put forth in IANAI. IANAI is the essence of music that will permeate culture and influence without thought of boundaries or convention. IANAI is mythos in the making.

With not much known of Trevenial’s identity or nature, IANAI’s music is imbued with flavors from indigenous musical cultures around the globe and clothed in darkly hued indie moods. CAPRICORN Release New Album 'For The Restless'

Swedish rockers CAPRICORN have released their sophomore studio album, 'For The Restless'. The new record offers listeners 10 tracks of burning rock 'n' roll!

Doffe Ekberg (lead singer) comments on the album:

"For the Restless is by far the best 10 songs that we have ever done (to this day). Definitely a proud moment with this one, it felt like we were on our toes throughout the whole process. The deeply personal track, produced by Daniel Braunstein (Spiritbox, Volumes) and mixed by Henrik Udd(Architects, Bring Me the Horizon), represents the first new material from the band since their 2019-released, breakthrough fourth album Sleeptalk.

"'Neon Grave' is about my father passing in July of last year," says singer Rory Rodriguez. "It's about my relentless desire for heaven and earth to collide into one another so I can see him again."

Dayseeker will return to the road next month on a headline tour that runs from April 2 through May 13 The band will be performing Sleeptalk in its entirety on this run. Southern California's Dayseeker have been steadily building a buzz for several years and they have reached a tipping point. Dublin alt-rock / postpunk artist Ava Vox presents her debut album 'Immortalised', a collection of eight powerful and lush tracks. The pseudonym of Elaine Hannon, formerly of 1980s gothic rock / post-punk band The Seventh Veil, this is the first long-player since launching this project in 2020.

This long-player was previewed by two powerful lead tracks - 'Alone Again'features bassist James Blennerhassett (Elvis Costello, The Rolling Stones, Marianne Faithful, Van Morrison) and drummer Robbie Casserly (Elvis Costello, Mark Knopfler, The Commitments, Riverdance). 'Crash' is a post-punk banger with lively video, produced by Isaac Burke, echoing an ominous warning about environmental devastation as the world crashes down.

Original compositions include the stunning 'Silent Tear' and 'One Sweet Goodbye', which involves a 23 Piece String Ensemble/Orchestra by the Four for Music Ltd, Sofia Session Orchestra based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This album also features Ava's rendition of The Cure's 'Love Song', Soft Cell's 'Tainted Love' and David Bowie's 'Life on Mars'.

'Immortalised' was produced by Ray McLoughlin (RMC Recording Studios), who has performed or recorded with innumerable artists, including Cliff Richard, Daniel O’Donnell, Francis Black and Rick Astley, and also served as musical director for shows for RTE, BBC, PBS America and SKY.

A Dublin native, Ava Vox now lives in County Meath. With a unique vocal timbre and commanding delivery, her musical style ranges from goth rock and post-punk to slow melodic atmospheric and dynamic rock.

At 17, Elaine quickly graduating from backing to lead vocalist of The Seventh Veil, which disbanded in 1991 after significant airplay, excellent reviews and winning the Battle of the Bands competition, the prize for which was recording time with Dublin producer Paul Thomas (U2, Kate Bush, UB40, Status Quo, Davy Spillane and Clannad).

As of March 25, the 'Immortalised' LP is available across online stores and streaming services, including Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp. Together with her band members Agris Siksna (aka George), Rick Johnston and Nigel O’Driscoll, Ava Vox's album launch takes place that same evening at 86 Thomas Street in Dublin.

ONI Drop New Track 'War Ender' Feat City Morgue

Progressive metalcore project ONI, have today unleashed another incendiary new track, "War Ender", via Ironshore Records. The song features special guest vocals from NYC trap metal firebrands, City Morgue.

Speaking about the brand new song, band visionary Jake Oni shares;

"I'm so excited for the world to hear the collaboration of ONI and City Morgue. I've really liked their music for a while now. I was in the studio working with Mark Morton and we had the idea of getting Zilla and SOS on the track and I was so happy with how it came together. I think 'War Ender' is heavy as fuck."

Last month, the band released another new track, 'The Lie'. The ferocious new song marked the first new material from Jake Oni, ONI's frontman and creative mastermind, since the band's 2019 standout single, 'Alone' and their highly acclaimed 2016 debut album, Ironshore (Metal Blade). The track was co-produced by Jake's musical ally and good friend, Lamb Of God axe-man, Mark Morton, together with renowned producer Josh Wilbur (Megadeth, Trivium, Gojira).

Jake and Mark previously collaborated on Morton's debut solo album, Anaesthetic, with Jake executive producing and co-writing the collection's #6 Active Rock radio track, 'Cross Off' with Morton, Wilbur and the late Chester Bennington.

ABOUT ONI:

In modern times, the demonic ONI figure of Japanese Folklore transformed into a personification of protection, often adorning rooftops or leading festive parades to ward off evil. In this same spirit, the crushing aggressive music of ONI, the band, acts as an empowering weapon. ONI casts out the cruel demons of self-hatred, addiction, and whatever destructive obstacles one might face.

The band Metal Injection described as “key figures in paving the way for a new wave of progressive metalcore,” is led by frontman Jake Oni, who summons cathartic anthems from personal pain. In 2014, Jake first conceived of ONI as “the band I never got to see,” recruiting different players with technical skills to make music that shook the foundations of the scene. Comparisons to genre heavyweights like Meshuggah, Between The Buried And Me, and Protest The Hero came swiftly.

ONI released Ironshore on Metal Blade Records in 2016, heralded by No Clean Singing as “maybe the most impressive debut I’ve heard this year.” Songs like “The Only Cure,” “Barn Burner,” and “Eternal Recurrence” whipped audiences into a frenzy as ONI traveled the globe. The band shared club and festival stages with Gojira, Turnstile, Code Orange, and Rob Zombie, among others.

Dinosaur Warfare Pt. 2 – The Great Ninja War sets off with a monumental introduction, cracking open this mystical world as it flows into “Victorious Dinogods”. The track initiates battle with relentless power metal as the mighty dinogods resurrect to protect mankind against the space ninja attack. Luckily, the dinogods don’t stand alone, as they are proudly joined in battle by the “Mighty Magic Mammoth”, awakened by a fiery comet. Manchester-based indie rockers Weimar (pronounced Vy-marr) present their new single 'The Girls of LA' for release via German Sheperd Records on March 25th. This is the first taste of their debut album 'Dancing On A Volcano'.

Stylistically fluid and expansive, this upbeat pop-rock anthem melds Weimar’s 70s avant-garde influences with traces of 90s college rock. Lyrically it is an ode to the bottle service girls, who work LA's clubs and bars, using tips gained from punters to finance their wider career aspirations in Hollywood and the business world. It is a celebration of their business prestige, and a positive reflection on the essence of the American Dream and the road to stardom. An optimistic and life-affirming oddity in the midst of Weimar’s mostly dark repertoire.

this single comes with the B-side 'Transatlantic Confusion', a reworking of a song by singer Aidan Cross and guitarist Stephen Sarsen’s former band The Bacillus(the original version available on The Bacillus album 'I Can't Adapt To This Prison You Call Society').

Produced by Adam Crossley and Chris Guest of Vibratone Sound Studio, the cover art for this single was created by acclaimed artist and writer Brian Gorman. Long-term Weimar collaborator Nikos Pavlou directed the accompaning video, which stars rising actress and model Ashley Marsh.

Weimar is a four-piece made up of bassist John Armstrong (The Speed Of Sound), vocalist/ guitarist Aidan Cross (The Bacillus, Black Light Mutants), drummer Anthony ‘Eddy’ Edwards (The Deceased) and guitarist Stephen Sarsen (Frank Is Dead, Playground).

Since forming in 2016, Weimar emerged on the live circuit in 2017, Louder Than War named Weimar amongst its 50 Bands To Watch for 2019, the year they debuted the single 'John Doe / Curse the Songs', followed by 'Marvel To The State / Undesirable Master'. Having worked with legendary post-punk producer Simon ‘Ding’ Archer, they've also played support slots with Tom Hingley (Inspiral Carpets) and goth legends Skeletal Family.

The eclectic progressive art-rock quartet's output encompasses a range of styles from post-punk roots to no wave, cabaret, chanson, jazz, funk, psychedelia, alternative folk and gothic rock, coming together in a distinctive fusion.
