As Everything Unfolds Share New Single 'Hiding From Myself'
British melodic post-hardcore 6-piece As Everything Unfolds share their new single 'Hiding From Myself' along with a music video.
Stream 'Hiding From Myself' here:
https://aseverythingunfolds.lnk.to/hidingfrommyself
Singer Charlotte Rolfe about the new song and the video:
"With 'Hiding From Myself' we wanted to ensure our lyrical content encapsulated the atmosphere of the piece; the chaos, intensity and pace of the song directly relates with the feelings that ensue when battling your own self worth, whilst trying to come out stronger the other side. We are worth every breath we take, every person deserves to feel safe in their own head.
We felt like the single needed a relentless visual to compliment the dynamic ferocity of the song. We wanted chaotic and intense lighting, highlighting the disparity between the usually tranquil setting of a theatre; also utilising highly contrasting colourful visuals to cement the mania you can feel during such pressuring times.”
"More than just a family, more than just a subculture, we stand with everyone who feels like they don't belong. We are hope for the hopeless and joy for the joyless, we are everything you didn't know you needed. We are As Everything Unfolds."
As Everything Unfolds are a 6-piece melodic post-hardcore band from the High Wycombe, U.K. The band is comprised of frontwoman Charlie Rolfe, guitarists Adam Kerr & Owen Hill, bassist George Hunt, synth player Jon Cassidy and drummer Jamie Gowers.
Since the release of their EP, “Closure” in late 2018, now sitting at well over 1’000’000 streams, the band have grown from strength to strength. They’ve toured heavily across the UK & Europe, including performing alongside acts such as ADEPT, Dream State, Our Hollow, Our Home and more.
The success of their previous release saw the band sign to the esteemed Long Branch Records label in 2020. With huge anticipation building for their follow up to “Closure”. Alongside their dedicated fanbase and hard working ethos, the future is strong for the band, the future is As Everything Unfolds.

SKÁLMÖLD Releases Third Single and Live Video, “Árás”
New Release Date Announced for Live Album – October 16, 2020
10 Year Anniversary - Live In Reykjavík | Pre-Order NOW!
Viking Metal giants SKÁLMÖLD will release their second live album and their first as a solo band, 10 Year Anniversary - Live In Reykjavík, on its new release date of October 16, 2020 via Napalm Records.
Today, the six-piece reveals the third video taken off the new live album:
“Árás” leads all the way back to SKÁLMÖLD’s origins in January 2010, when they recorded their first demo on music cassette, which included only two songs. Ten years later, the Icelanders are on stage at the three days in a row completely sold out Gamla Bíó in their hometown of Reykjavík, celebrating their jubilee with their most dedicated fans.
Menacing vocals, fast riffs and protruding drums underline the impressive evolvement the band took since their first demo - clearly audible and viewable on their new live album, 10 Year Anniversary - Live In Reykjavík.
SKÁLMÖLD on “Árás”:
“The third track we present to you from our upcoming live album is 'ÁRÁS'. This song has always been special to us. It is from our debut album and was one of the very first songs we ever wrote. It has been an integral part of our setlist throughout the years. And in a live environment is where it is at its best, with its slow build-up and big choir parts. It is safe to say that this one is very dear to us. We love it and hope you do as well.
Skál!”
10 Years of Pure Viking Spirit - Live On Stage in Reykjavik
Three consecutive sold-out shows at the Gamla Bíó in their hometown of Reykjavík were the adequate setting to celebrate the 10th anniversary together with their devotees. 10 Year Anniversary - Live In Reykjavík transports a mythical atmosphere directly into their fan’s homes.
SKÁLMÖLD on 10 Year Anniversary – Live In Reykjavík:
“In late 2009 we started SKÁLMÖLD. Nothing serious. Was just supposed for the pure fun of meeting up once in a while to play some metal music. Fast forward 10 years and we are celebrating the release of 10 YEARS OF SKÁLMÖLD - Live in Reykjavík. Recorded in the heart of Iceland's capital at one of our 3 amazing sold out shows. Here is SKÁLMÖLD in its purest form - on stage, feeding on the energy of our beloved fans. We feel really proud and happy to present this to you. Enjoy!”
Pre-Order your copy of 10 Year Anniversary - Live In Reykjavík NOW!
Starting off with their chant-worthy song “Heima”, SKÁLMÖLD had concert-goers screaming along from the first second. Quickly transforming into “Árás”, fans almost immediately got to see the wild side of the band which manifests in menacing vocals, fast riffs and protruding drums. SKÁLMÖLD classics, like the story of Loki's son, “Narfi”, and just how dangerous and manipulative Loki’s children truly are, were essential for the setlist. “Niðavellir”, the obscure home of the dwarves, tells the story of tombs and caves, underlined with propelling drums and heavy rhythms. This is pure Viking Spirit!

SONG FEATURES CHARLIE STARR OF BLACKBERRY SMOKE
NEW ALBUM PRESSURE ARRIVES OCTOBER 16 RELEASE VIA SNAKEFARM RECORDS
Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown have just dropped the lyric video for the new song "Holdin' My Breath."
"'Holdin' My Breath' was written long before the pandemic," Tyler Bryant says. "It was written before any of the madness. When we started compiling songs for the new album, this song stood out. The lyrics hit us harder than they did when the song was originally written. While it felt pertinent to the times, it gave us a sense of hope. Adding our friend Charlie Starr from Blackberry Smoke only elevated this feeling. We hope it can evoke the same for the listener as we all hold tight for better days."
The Nashville-based band dealt with a world tipped into turmoil during the global pandemic by creating new music amid lockdown conditions. The end result is their fourth album Pressure, out on October 16 via Snakefarm Records worldwide. Pressure is career-best work forged during turbulent times.

EYE OF THE DESTROYER Announce New Studio EP 'The Wolf You Feed' Out October 9th Check Out New Track "Colder"
New Jersey death metal outfit EYE OF THE DESTROYER have announced that they will release their new studio album, 'The Wolf You Feed' on October 9th via their High Potency imprint. The record serves as the follow up to the band's highly acclaimed 2019 effort 'Baptized In Pain', which received high marks from outlets like Metal Injection and saw regular airplay on SiriusXM's Liquid Metal. Led by multi-instrumentalist Joe Randazza, who performs all of the instrumentals and vocals for 'The Wolf You Feed', Eye of the Destroyer is a furiously focused project that aims to bring the scathing animus and unshakable resolve of the Hardcore genre into the dire times faced by the millennial generation.
Fans can pre-order 'The Wolf You Feed' over at highpotencyproductions.com
"The Wolf You Feed" is Eye of the Destroyer’s darkest album to date. The record comes on the heels of the critically acclaimed "Baptized in Pain". Eye of the Destroyer’s new EP comes into its own with an evolved writing style that utilizes elements of the band’s New Jersey hardcore roots, controlled chaos, and raw emotion.
The album provides crucial commentary on the plights that millennials face from childhood trauma to archaic political dogma. Joe Randazza dug deep into the trenches of his subconscious to write and produce this album that rips the band-aid off the festering wounds that plague a whole generation. Shadow work in musical form, this album is a reminder that taking your power back requires a deep and uncomfortable inspection of the dark recesses of your mind.
This album was written and produced by local New Jersey scene legend Joe Randazza and almost failed to make it to press. Joe wrote the album in a really bad place while battling addiction and loss. The release of this album was fueled by bass player Dan Kaufman’s unrelenting belief in the spiritual awakening "The Wolf You Feed" delivers. It was recorded at the Soap Factory in Roselle Park, New Jersey and mixed and mastered by Keegan Okazaki from Nocturnal Audio based out of Toronto Canada.
Eye of the Destroyer is:
Joe Randazza - Vocals, Guitar, Bass & Drums
Dan Kaufman - Bass

Dry Kill Logic release heavy new single “Don’t See Ghosts”
Today, New York metal outfit Dry Kill Logic returned with the hard-hitting new single “Don’t See Ghosts”. Premiering on Revolver, the track stays true to the band’s masterful blend of nu-metal and metallic hardcore that has captivated fans over their 25-year career. “Don’t See Ghosts” flows through Cliff Rigano’s deep, soaring vocals cut between heavy breakdowns and top-shelf guitar shredding. Lyrically, the track is meant to conjure interpretations from each individual listener, creating a more personal attachment to the song. You can listen to "Don't See Ghosts" now on YouTube and find the track on Spotify and all streaming services tomorrow (9/18).
On the track, vocalist Cliff Rigano told Revolver:
“We’ve always tried to write songs that come from a personal place, but frame them in a way that can be interpreted to mean something different and unique to each listener. “Don’t See Ghosts” was recorded last year, right after we put out "Vices", but we were unsure of when to release it. After looking at the lyrics recently, the song actually started to mean something different to us as well, and we realized that this was the right time to put it out.”
The single was recorded at Intension Studios in Astoria, NY and Silver Bullet Studios in Burlington, CT. It was produced by the band’s guitarist, Jason Bozzi, and mixed by Greg Thomas (Misery Signals, Shai Hulud). “Brendan (Kane Duff, bassist) brought Greg into the mix when it came time to record the new songs, and being fans of his other work, we were stoked that he wanted to get involved,” Rigano stated.
“Don’t See Ghosts” serves as the follow up to Dry Kill Logic’s 2019 single “Vices”, which marked the highly-anticipated return to the studio for the band after a prolonged absence of new music dating back to their 2006 full-length, Of Vengeance and Violence. The band will continue to release singles through their own label, Psychodrama Music Group, in partnership with eOne Music.
SERUM 114 Releases New Single & Official Lyric Video
Im Zeichen der Zeit to be Released Tomorrow
Pre-Order NOW
SERUM 114 doubled down their musical power: punk meets modern rock!
Just in time for the upcoming release of their new album, Im Zeichen der Zeit (out September 18 via Napalm Records), German rock group SERUM 114 proves that their heart still beats for pure, dirty punk rock! Their fourth single, “Meine Band” (engl. my band), showcases SERUM 114’s pure intention for brash lyrics and catchy riffs, underlined by Eche’s scratchy vocals. The accompanying official lyric video opens a box of memories and features some shots of their explosive and captivating live shows, which can be experienced again at their release concert in Gelsenkirchen (GER) today. With a light-footed, tongue-in-cheek attitude, SERUM 114 takes a closer look at the music business, underlines that they are not taking themselves too seriously, and demonstrates that they have not lost their sense of humor throughout their years.
Following their chart-topping full-length Die Nacht Mein Freund (engl. “the night is my friend”) (GER #3), the new album includes 14 energetic tracks, careening towards a rock break-out. With their new offering, they double down on their musical power and present themselves stronger than ever before: lyrically, musically and stylistically!
The new album, Im Zeichen der Zeit, presents 14 energetic modern rock tracks: In an honest and authentic punk rock manner, "Freiheit" (engl. “freedom”) invites the listener to reflect on moments filled with happiness, to center themselves and find balance within, even if it’s just for a short amount of time. The mid-tempo anthem “Abgefucktes Leben” (engl. “fucked up life”) is driven by its unmistakably catchy chorus and dedicated to the simplicity of daily life. Esche’s rough vocals classify the band’s unique trademark, whilst pushing their songs, such as “Meine Band” (engl. “my band”), to a highly energetic level.
Despite wearing their punk rock attitude on their sleeves, SERUM 114 is also capable of slowing down: “ Wir scheitern voran” (engl. “we fail”) is a powerful ballad of failure and unveils an unusually calm side of the band.
SERUM 114 Line-Up:
Esche - vocals / guitar
Markus - bass
Nils - drums
Thorsten - guitar

DRACONIAN Unveils Fourth Single and Lyric Video for “Moon Over Sabaoth”
New Album, Under A Godless Veil, out October 30, 2020 via Napalm Records
Pre-Order NOW!
Today, DRACONIAN, the sovereigns of melancholic Gothic Doom Metal and far-reaching lyrics, release their fourth single, "Moon Over Sabaoth", cut from their upcoming studio album, Under A Godless Veil, out October 30, 2020 via Napalm Records.
The seventh full-length of the Swedish five-piece and second one with talented Heike Langhans on vocal duties, appears exactly five years after DRACONIAN’s latest album, Sovran, and guarantees a complete immersion into the band’s essence. Starting off with a soft guitar intro, DRACONIAN's new single "Moon Over Sabaoth" soon breaks off into Anders Jacobsson’s ghastly growls paired with a stomping doomy rhythm. Complemented by Heike's angelic voice, the vocals will touch deep inside your soul and interweave with stunning melodies and bone-crushing riffs. An artful conceptualized lyric video underlines these atmospheric tunes of melancholic beauty.
Lead guitarist and main composer Johan Ericson comments:
"Moon Over Sabaoth is a perspective song that crawls in towards its end destination. Monotone doom riffing accompanied by some heavy drums. Together with Anders harsh, desperate vocals leading up to an almost anthemic chorus. We stand tall..."
A haunting doom spirit covers the world underneath a melancholic Godless Veil
Under a Godless Veil delivers a captivating mélange of dreary doom and contrasting vocals. The first notes of the opener will immediately draw the listener into a void of interweaving beauty, coalescing with paralyzing depression that leaves nothing but the desire of total immersion in the whole record. Under a Godless Veil carries the legacy of gothic doom metal à la My Dying Bride into a new decade of the genre.
DRACONIAN states:
“To DRACONIAN, Under a Godless Veil is by far the most diverse album we have created. Inspired by some of the music closest to Johan’s heart; everything from traditional Doom to scaled-down, Gothic rock-inspired pieces and more. Some will perhaps describe the songs as more refined and meditative. Some ambient elements have been added to the mix without overshadowing the traditional characteristics that are DRACONIAN.
Resonating with the compositions, Anders’s lyrical direction is ambiguous and a progression of the first two-three albums, yet more subtle while embracing the Gnostic philosophy more directly. One could say Under a Godless Veil is an act of contemplation; About living and dying and remembering who we are in a strange, abrasive world far from home.“
DRACONIAN is:
Anders Jacobsson - vocals
Heike Langhans - vocals
Johan Ericsson - guitar
Daniel Arvidsson - guitar
Jerry Torstensson - drums

New Album, Vanitas, Out October 2
Pre-Order NOW!
"My traces on this earth will remain for eternity"
NACHTBLUT, a flagship of German dark metal, show off with their gloomy new offering, Vanitas, out October 2 via Napalm Records, and unleash the third single, “Meine Grausamkeit Kennt Keine Grenzen” (engl. My Cruelty Knows No Bounds) to the world, along with a harmoniously conceived music video.
Ever since their debut release, Das erste Abendmahl (engl. The First Supper), in 2007, the four-piece has been shaping the dark metal scene with its unique sound. “Meine Grausamkeit Kennt Keine Grenzen" is yet another spine-tingling spawn of the band’s unmistakable work: NACHTBLUT’s third single quickly enfolds its harsh compelling sound of riff driven blast beats, right after the eerie intro. Completed by Askeroth’s pervasive voice, the song draws the listener deeper into their new album Vanitas.
NACHTBLUT on the new single:
“Right into your face - our new single and video “Meine Grausamkeit Kennt Keine Grenzen” (My Cruelty Knows No Bounds) is unleashed! The song is a hymn to everyone who's full of hate and wants to see the world burning down. “Meine Grausamkeit Kennt Keine Grenzen” doesn’t take any prisoners, shows no mercy. Screams and growls, filthy riffs and blast beats will be the support for your anger!”
A dark work of art between transience and infinity.
The new album Vanitas draws the listener into the band’s musical maelstrom in a classifying NACHTBLUT manner.
Songs like “Das Puppenhaus” (engl. the dollhouse) is reminiscent of scene giants such as RAMMSTEIN, with brutally honest lyrics and rhythmic guitars. “Die Toten vergessen nicht” (engl. the dead don’t forget) shines with an unmistakably dark and orchestral sound that will cause shivers to run down the listener’s spine, while the folk-influenced song “Leierkinder” (engl. children of the lyre) convinces with an addictive rhythms and moving lyrics that will carry the listener away to days of yore. With Vanitas, these dark metal giants create a symbolic work of art somewhere between transience and infinity.

Rochester, NY band OVTLIER have signed with Zoid Entertainment who will be releasing the band's single "Who We Are" on October 23rd via INgrooves
Ovtlier is a band that the Zoid Entertainment team believes in:
“When their manager (Dennis Sanders) played Who We are, we felt this was a project on which we wanted to work,” said Zoid President Peter Tsiolis. “As we continued to discuss what role we could play in the band’s future,” he continued, “we decided we wanted Ovtlier to be part of what is an extremely limited roster of bands that we want to have on the label side of Zoid Entertainment Group.”
“We believe Who We Are is a beginning full of promise,” Tsiolis said. “The hook is infectious, and the lyrics will speak to today’s youth in a way that has been missing in recent years."
“With the release of the track on October 23rd, we start the journey together with Ovtlier and INgrooves.”
The band premiered their official music video for single "Who We Are" on Alternative Press on July 17, 2020.
"Who We Are" is about accepting the individuality of ourselves and others. Understanding that trauma, especially stemming back to childhood plays a vital role in the years to come of ones life. We all have things that shape and make us into who and what we are."" says Arena.
Ovtlier has grown into a roaring rock band of stadium ambitions. Led by the enigmatic frontman Joey Arena, Ovlier has already captured the hearts of more than 60K daily followers online, more than 2.1 million views of fan-curated content on YouTube, over half a million streams Spotify, appearing in Revolver Magazine, Alternative Press, Loudwire, ABC News and has been selling out shows around the Northeast. Their latest release, What Doesn’t Kill You takes the listener on a roller-coaster jaunt. Drawing influences from Breaking Benjamin, 30 Seconds To Mars, Korn, Periphery and others, Ovtlier brings the rock and metal edge to a new height of intensity.
Inspired by everything 80’s to 90s grunge and NuMetal, Arena began playing guitar at the age of 11 on an old 3-string guitar. After achieving commercial success with his band, Young Bloods, Arena re-centered himself and began traveling 8 hours from Rochester to Cleveland in search of an identity and definition for what would become Ovtlier’s debut EP, What Doesn’t Kill You. Playing sold-out hometown shows, touring the states and rapidly growing their fan-base among all types of music fans. Housing a hybrid sound that cross-pollinates into other sub-genres, giving a formula to freedom in songwriting and forever being able to validate surprise in their releases to come. Ovtlier is set out to deliver their most personal and intense work yet.

The Wolves of VARG Release Third Single, “Fara Til Ránar”, and Official Video
New Album, Zeichen, out September 18, 2020 | Pre-Order NOW!
Melancholic and captivating - An authentic highlight on Varg's musical route to the origins of Pagan Metal!
Today, the wolves of VARG are once again howling the origins of true Pagan Metal, continuing their story of the legendary Viking era. The band has unveiled the third single, "Fara Til Ránar", from their upcoming full-length, Zeichen (engl. signs), to be released on September 18 via Napalm Records.
"Fara Til Ránar” starts off with a captivating chorus, offering a new facet of VARG: The additional vigorous female vocals by Fylgja mirror a perfectly-fitting contrast to Freki’s shattering screams. The third single is a mournful metal ballad featuring the melancholic, captivating saga of the Nordic goddess of the sea, Rán, who uses her net to pull wandering sailors down into her watery grave. The wolves' third audio-visual creates a mystical surrounding in the trademark VARG style, but also includes some additional atmospheric elements.
Singer Freki about the single:
"To us, "Fára Til Ránar" is one of the songs that represent the "new" VARG the best way. All eyes here are definitely on Fylgja, our official new band member. She has already appeared on Wolfszeit II, took part as a singer on our last tour and made a huge impact on our development and direction. It felt absolutely right and just like a natural process to officially welcome her into the band. In "Fara Til Ránar" her singing embodies the tempting calls of the sea goddess Rán. With every note, you can feel our heart and soul as well as common dedication for our music. We’ve finally arrived, and "Fara Til Ránar" and Zeichen as a whole are the best proof for that.”
The wolves of VARG set an uncompromising sign and
deliver their most furious work to date!
On their authentic masterpiece Zeichen, the wolves of VARG return to their roots and embark on a journey further down a new road. Within the first seconds of the album opener breaking loose, VARG draws the listener into the year “793” that heralded the ferocious era of the Vikings. "Verräter", on the other hand, emphasizes the suffering and vengeance towards former allies with rapid guitar leads, and ultimately, the album culminates in the mighty title hymn “Zeichen”.
In addition to the ten new tracks, the mediabook contains a bonus CD featuring alternate versions of each song the band recorded with renowned guest musicians such as Chrigel Glanzmann (ELUVEITIE), Robert „Robse“ Dahn (EQUILIBRIUM) and Askeroth (NACHTBLUT). Looking at the final opus, it's not surprising that VARG took four years after the publication of Das Ende Aller Lügen (which hit number 17 on the German charts) to regather their forces, and today, Zeichen shows that Freki, Fenrier, Morkai and Garm consciously took their time to realign their inner compass and are not afraid of musical and intellectual freedom.
VARG are:
Freki - vocals, guitar
Fenrier - drums
Garm - rhythm guitar
Morkai - lead guitar
Fylgja – female vocals

AUÐN Shares Official Music Video for New Song, "Ljóstýra"
Icelandic black metal formation AUÐN has shared the official music video for their brand new single, "Ljóstýra!" The song is taken from the band's upcoming full-length, 'Vökudraumsins fangi,' which is due on October 30. The video, which was created by Aimed and Framed.
AUÐN comments on the track: "'Ljóstýra,' meaning 'Faint light,' is a metaphor for loneliness and the never ending jaded grind our world is spiraling towards, we hope for brighter days that never seem to materialize. Set in a frozen waste (Auðn) a shimmer of light flickers in the distance in an old house. This faint light represents the hope of change, that the seasons will return and this perpetual darkness and cold will cease. As the years go by you grow bitter and cold like the world you are forced to inhabit, the feeling that the world will get brighter ever fading into memory. When darkness falls and all hope seems gone the faint candle light brings solace and for a brief moment the world feels bright again. This is 'Ljóstýra.'"
Pre-orders are now live in the Season of Mist shop HERE.
As the country's vibrant black metal scene has proven, Iceland can be a beautiful and sinister place where furious elements rage teaching fear but also inspiring human creativity. Emphasizing melodies rather than dissonance and approaching their music from a dramatic, classical black metal angle, AUÐNdeliver another mesmerizing piece of art with ‘Vökudraumsins fangi’.
Hailing from the village of Hveragerði in the south of Iceland, AUÐN deliver haunting melodies and beautifully frozen atmospheres – as opposed to the jarring and caustic blunt force trauma that has brought this remote place in the Northern Atlantic to the black metal forefront.
Founded in 2010, AUÐN's talent was quick to be recognized. After the release of the self-titled debut, the band got invited to Iceland’s main metal event, the Eistnaflug Festival. They participated and won the local Wacken Metal Battle contest in 2016, while making it to the top three during the infamous Wacken Open Air festival itself. Shows at the prestigious Inferno and Roadburn festivals followed in 2017.
The second full-length, 'Farvegir Fyrndar' was released in November 2017, continuing the band’s fast ascent. Highly praised by the international metal press, the sophomore record reached back to a more classic second-generation black metal approach combined with a sense of elegance and melancholy that one can feel while dwelling among the bleak, extraordinary landscapes of the island.
The Icelanders embarked on European tours with label mates GAAHL’S WYRD in 2017 and THE GREAT OLD ONES (2017 and 2018) and captivated festival audiences at the biggest European fests, such as Copenhell, Summer Breeze Open Air, Eurosonic Noorderslag, Roskilde, Eindhoven Metal Meeting and more.
Returning with ‘Vökudraumsins fangi’, AUÐN explore new soundscapes and push their music to new heights, thereby setting themselves further apart from their Icelandic contemporaries. The six piece draws inspirations from their natural surroundings, but also chart the territory of the mind. The album title literally translates to ‘prisoner of the daydream’, but rather refers to a perpetual state of delusion of a life that never took place.
Join AUÐN while traversing the blurred lines between reality and the supernatural and the otherworldly sceneries of their native Iceland.

Los Angeles (September 15, 2020) – AXS TV and Good Cop/Bad Cop Productions—the company behind Live From Daryl’s House—continue their strong partnership, bringing 10 additional episodes of the acclaimed music series to the Network’s lineup this fall. In addition to eight fan-favorite episodes, viewers will be able to enjoy two never-before-seen entries when the series returns to AXS TV with a new day and time, airing Thursday, October 1 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
The series kicks off with a pair of star-studded sets broadcast for the first time worldwide, starting with Hall’s jam session with STYX front man Tommy Shaw on October 1, featuring intimate performances of STYX signatures “Blue Collar Man,” “Too Much Time On My Hands,” and “Renegade,” as well as Daryl Hall and John Oates’ hits “Delayed Reaction”, and “It’s A Laugh". Then, on October 8, Hall joins Ty Taylor, lead singer of L.A.-based R&B quartet Vintage Trouble, for a night of music featuring Vintage Trouble originals “Another Man’s Words,” “Nobody Told Me” and “Can’t Stop Rollin’”. They also perform The Spinners’ “I’ll Be Around,” which was covered on the Daryl Hall and John Oates album “Our Kind of Soul.”
Live From Daryl’s House was created in 2007 by Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer Daryl Hall, who wanted a creative refuge from the grind of touring where he and his talented friends could hangout and rock out in a relaxed atmosphere. The Webby Award-winning program quickly took the music world and the internet by storm with its unique format, as Hall welcomed a new artist into his domain each week to enjoy some local cuisine and conversation, before hitting the studio for an unforgettable jam session. Since that time, Live From Daryl’s House has transformed into a nationally syndicated television series, attracting some of the biggest names in the industry and amassing a loyal cult following of fans eagerly anticipating the next new episode.
Other highlights include appearances and performances by guitar mastermind Joe Walsh (Oct. 15), chart-topping Goo Goo Dolls frontman Johnny Rzeznik (Oct. 22), jazz and soul songstress Kandace Springs(Oct. 29), Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick (Nov. 5), R&B trailblazer Smokey Robinson (Nov. 12), alt-rock mainstay Ben Folds (Nov. 19), legendary ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons (Dec. 3), and iconic soul outfit The O’Jays (Dec. 10).
In regard to the upcoming season’s lineup, Daryl Hall said, “There are so many great moments. The O’Jays one gets to the core of what I’m really all about.”
“I’m excited that AXS TV is debuting the Tommy Shaw and Ty Taylor episodes, as the fans have been asking for new episodes. Our partnership with the team at AXS TV keeps getting stronger, so I’m proud that we’re able to deliver new content, especially during these challenging times,” said Executive Producer Jonathan Wolfson.
“Live From Daryl’s House really resonated with our viewers when it debuted on our Network last April,” said Lucia McCalmont, Vice President of Programming and Scheduling, AXS TV. “We strive to give our audience the best seat in the house to unforgettable performances and unprecedented access to their favorite entertainers, and this series is a perfect reflection of that. We are proud to have the opportunity to feature it in our programming lineup once again, and we are pleased to be able to extend and build upon this successful partnership with Good Cop/Bad Cop Productions.”

REB BEACH ANNOUNCES NEW SOLO ALBUM
"A VIEW FROM THE INSIDE" DUE NOVEMBER 6, 2020
FIRST SINGLE, 'INFINITO 1122' OUT NOW
Reb Beach has announced that his long in the works instrumental solo album will now see the light of day. “A View From The Inside” is slated for a November 6th release via Frontiers Music Srl. A new single and video, 'Infinito 1122' is out today.
Pre-order/save "A View From The Inside" HERE: https://orcd.co/rebbeach
An album that showcases the dynamic talents of the guitar virtuoso, hard rock fans will be transported back to the days when giants like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani dominated the mainstream consciousness (and airwaves), while also simultaneously being shown a guitarist ever pushing himself forward into the future.
Reb Beach is one of the indisputable guitar giants of the current hard rock scene. His resume with ‘80s/’90s mega-stars Winger alone would earn him this distinction, but his legacy is cemented by his current membership and work with the legendary Whitesnake, his past efforts with Dokken, and his recent release with supergroup Black Swan, also featuring Jeff Pilson, Robin MacAuley, and Matt Starr.
Influenced by the legendary hard rockers of the ‘70s, Reb spent his teen years jamming along with the greats of that era like Aerosmith and Montrose, but it was when he discovered more progressive players like Steve Morse, Allan Holdsworth, and Larry Carlton that his musical world really opened up. The complexity and the speed of the more prog style of playing was a unique challenge compared to the blues-based playing of most musicians of that era. The discovery of these players was ultimately the catalyst that drove his playing to the level he is now so well known to music fans the world over for. Beach eventually graduated from his home practice space to the Berkeley School of Music, but after a couple of semesters he moved on and soon became one of the most sought-after session players in the music industry, working with such all-time great talents as Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Roger Daltrey, Chaka Kahn, Howard Jones, and Twisted Sister.
While living in NYC, he hooked up with his future bandmate, bassist and frontman Kip Winger. Reb and Kip formed the band Winger and the rest is history. The two proved to be incredible writing partners, crafting multiple platinum records that featured no less than six Top Forty singles. with music that was commercial yet complex.
After Winger went on a hiatus in the ‘90s, Beach’s career continued thanks to collaborations with Alice Cooper, Dokken and Night Ranger and he debuted as a solo artist in 2002 with the album “Masquerade".
Following the Winger reunion in the ‘00s, Reb heard that David Coverdale was looking for a new guitarist for Whitesnake. He reached out to him and since 2003, Reb has toured the world with the band as well as released multiple albums with them, including “Good to Be Bad,” “Forevermore,” “The Purple Album,” and the recent “Flesh & Blood,” plus a number of live albums.
Reb Beach will now release his first instrumental album, but this is not a mere exercise of self-indulgence. It is the culmination of over 30 years of study and extremely hard work on his craft. Fans of Steve Morse and Joe Satriani will find a lot to love in the 11 songs on offer here, but while there is certainly a lot of ear candy for the musician types, fans of hard rock in general will find a wealth of melodies and transcendent moments where the songs simply make you forget there are no vocals.
Line-up:
Reb Beach - guitars, bass on 4, 9, keyboards on 4, 6, 11, strings on 10
David Throckmorton - drums (except on 6)
Robert Langley - drums on 6
Michele Luppi - piano on 3, 10
Phillip Bynoe - bass on 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 11

GARGOYL Premieres New Song and Music Video
Progressive grunge rockers GARGOYL, which features guitar virtuoso Dave Davidson (REVOCATION) and guitarist/vocalist Luke Roberts (AYAHUASCA), have teamed up with Metal Injection to premiere the official music video for their brand new song, "Plastic Nothing." The song is the third single from the band's upcoming debut full-length, which is due on October 9! The video was created by Costin Chioreanu
Guitarist/vocalist Luke Roberts comments:
"Why am I so afraid that my body, my possessions, and even my mind are in a state of constant dissolution? Why am I so afraid of the idea that every atom in my body came from dirt and will soon return?
Maybe the tighter I hang on to being a person, being permanent, secure, the more I suffer.
Maybe the tighter i hang onto the idea of a perfect world the faster it burns.
Fear is like a bully that offers you protection in exchange for obedience.
Perhaps if I hang on less tightly, the sum of my short fleeting life could mean something more than just living in a constant state of fear right up until my inevitable death bed."
GARGOYL's self-titled album is available for pre-orders HERE.
Gargoyl is many things at once, which, automatically subjects the band to the journalistic and fan guessing game/rite of passage as to what style they actually are. Their 11-song self-titled debut is progressive, atmospheric, heavy, technical and avant-garde; a blend of sounds that ultimately coalesce into a body of work that engages and challenges. That, in itself, covers a broad spectrum, but further inroads into Gargoyl’s sound continually reveal new elements of intrigue and persuasion. It is the beauty — and purpose — of the project.
Formed in early 2018 by guitarist Dave Davidson (Revocation) and guitarist/vocalist Luke Roberts (Ayahuasca), the groundwork for Gargoyl was laid when the two men met while on tour. The pair realized they shared a musical kinship and admiration for one another and made good on their word to see the project through. Gargoyl’s two-song Asomatous demo was released in March 2019, setting the stage for their eventual signing to Season of Mist and release of their debut LP this October. The album’s drums were recorded in July 2019 with Chris Johnson at GodCity Studios in Salem, Massachusetts; guitars were tracked with Greg Dawson at BWC Studios outside of Toronto. Vocals were recorded by Roberts at his home studio.
Gargoyl is completed by the virtuosic talents of bassist Brett Leier and drummer James Knoerl who collectively add further layers of intrigue and soul to the music. The collaboration between members opened up the creative floodgates and further expanded their sound. “The riffs were flowing out so fast,” remarks Davidson about the early stages of the writing process. “It was clear that these ideas were in the back of our minds waiting to come out.”
The music for their self-titled album was split evenly between Davidson and Roberts, with Roberts also penning the album’s lyrics and vocal melodies. “Working with someone in more of a 50/50 kind of collaborative style was new for me,” elaborates Davidson. “It’s nice having someone to split those writing duties with, someone who is just as invested in every little single intricacy and detail. It allowed me to function in a different sort of role, which was refreshing. I think that also led to more creativity because I’m writing in a different style, writing with all new members and taking on a different writing role in a band.”
The haunting and melancholic tonality of Roberts’ vocals is undoubtedly one of the primary facets of Gargoyl’s sound. Roberts’s layering, harmonies and inflection, at times, recall classic vocalists from the ’90s grunge era, but what really sold Davidson was his versatility and ability to contour his clean, distinctive vocals over unorthodox compositions.
As a result, Gargoyl’s debut successfully oscillates between unnerving, emotional segments, to progressive, Goth-tinged hard rock. Davidson and Roberts have crafted Gargoyl in such a manner that it refuses to be boxed-in. Davidson has already fielded quite a few assertions on Gargoyl’s sound — some have tagged it as grunge meets black metal, Queens of The Stone Age meets Voivod or even a jazzier version of Alice In Chains.
“Anytime a band has a lot of different influences…I think it’s important to have a clear vision and goal so that all those influences mesh together in a way that doesn’t sound forced,” says Davidson. “I wanted it to be a cohesive, artistic statement and I know that Luke does as well. I’ve always wanted to blend genres. In the truest sense of the word we’re ‘prog rock.’”

CREMATORY Releases New Video, “Like The Tides”
Latest Album, Unbroken, Out Now via Napalm Records
Order The Album NOW!
"'Cause love is changing like the seasons, changing like the tides It's somehow like the days turn into nights“
German pioneers of European gothic metal CREMATORY have released a heart-wrenching version of the 90s ballad “Like The Tides” along with an atmospherically arranged music video.
With the cover version of this !distain classic, CREMATORY showcases another aspect of their musical expertise. The accompanying audio-visual features original !distain shots leading up to a vigorous symbiosis of expressive CREMATORY ambience and Connie Andreszka’s vocals.
CREMATORY is well known for their harsh wave of industrial metal and gothic dimness – but this cover version proves that they are maintaining versatility in the latest stage of their long career.
The black and white music video presents both their passion for music and the melodic side of CREMATORY’s musical identity. Their latest release, Unbroken, connects all shades - on the one hand underlining the significance of strength and determination, while on the other, remaining faithful to the darker and existential roots of the scene the band was born in in the 90s. CREMATORY pursue their conquest towards the dark Parnassus of gothic metal finesse, their spirit unbroken ready to face the challenges of life.
CREMATORY about “Like The Tides”:
“This song has been a part of my life since the nineties and symbolizes an emotionally charged ballad, which is perfectly fitting for CREMATORY. I would say it’s like the 2.0 version of our ballad “Perils of the wind”!”
About Crematory:
One of the pioneering acts of the potent European goth metal scene in the 1990s, CREMATORY began as a strict death metal unit in 1991 before adding goth and industrial elements into their arsenal. During their 28-year-long career, the band around Markus Jüllich has released 14 studio albums, three live albums, various compilations and splits, has played hundreds of shows around the globe - and they are still hungry for more.
CREMATORY are:
Felix Stass - Lead Vocals
Markus Jüllich - Drums
Katrin Jüllich - Keyboards
Rolf Munkes - Lead Guitar
Connie Andreszka - Guitars, Vocals
Jason Matthias - Bass
