NECROFIER Announces New Album, Shares First Single + Music Video

Texan black metal outlaws NECROFIER will be releasing their second full-length, 'Burning Shadows in the Southern Night,' on June 2, 2023 via Season of Mist Underground Activists! The album artwork, tracklist, and details can be found below! In celebration, the band is now sharing the vicious new single, "Burnt by the Sacred Flame," along with a music video! The song and video can be found below.

The record was recorded at legendary Studio G in Brooklyn, NY by  6xGrammy nominated and 1x Latin Grammy nominated engineer, producer, and musician Joel Hamilton (UNSANE, IGGY POP, TOM WAITS).

Deep within the scorching cauldron of Texas, the alchemists of Necrofier have brewed another potent dose of American black metal with their sophomore full-length, ‘Burning Shadows in the Southern Night.’ The Houston four-piece honors the time-tested virtues of traditional black and heavy metal, even taking an organic sonic approach, tapping seven-time Grammy-nominated producer and engineer Joel Hamilton (Unsane, Tom Waits, Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown, etc.) to lend his magic touch for a natural sound. 

“The goal going into the new record was to start setting ourselves apart from our contemporaries,” explains Necrofier drummer Dobber Beverly. “One of those ways was changing what the record sounded like. Moving away from the clinical and sterile nature that most productions suffer from and back into a real room with real instruments and performances. Our friend and esteemed producer/engineer Joel Hamilton had expressed interest in venturing back into the metal world and offered to make the record with us at his facility, Studio G Brooklyn. With a full vintage Neve front end and a host of Telefunken and Neumann microphones we tracked a record the old way, mostly. The results will speak for themselves hopefully, as this record breathes and spits fire wherever it’s played.” 

“Joel is one of the world's best engineers,” adds Necrofier guitarist and vocalist Bakka. “Dobber and Joel have become good friends since they recorded the last Oceans of Slumber album with him. After that, Joel wanted to record something heavy, so we made the trip to New York City to record in his legendary studio. It was an amazing experience in a great studio; besides having all the gear, he also created an environment where we challenged ourselves and brough everything up to the next level.” 

‘Burning Shadows in the Southern Night’ doesn’t just simply pick off where Necrofier’s debut album left off, but displays a conscientious effort to double down on the elements that made ‘Prophecies of Eternal Darkness’ successful. The solos are more plentiful and intricate, the hooks are more anthemic, and the overall musicianship is bolder and more daring. Speaking of the band’s evolution, Bakka explains, “I think this collection of songs represents us very well. We have grown together as a band and it shows in the new songs. Also, for this record we flew to NYC and recorded all day long for 10 days straight. I love recording this way because it captures a certain magic. The whole band is immersed in the process and it's all we would think, do, live and breathe during the process.” 

Another core facet of Necrofier’s allure is being a black metal band from Texas. “Where you live always helps shape someone,” says Bakka. “It helps shape our style and tone in ways, it’s hot most of the year, so as we burn, it gives us warmer tones and more of a heavy metal influence than when compared to our brothers from the North. Also, Texas has a style all of its own; everything is heavier, louder and we are always trying to outdo the rest of the world.” 
To that avail, Necrofier isn’t your typical black metal band, and so this isn’t your typical black metal record as there’s a healthy amount of traditional metal influences, particularly within the guitar work. While conceptually, the band doesn’t heavily rely on Satanic themes, exploring deeper human philosophies and the occult like burning for your dreams or spiraling out on a psychedelic trip and exploring the beyond. “While there isn’t overt satanic worship in the lyrics, I would still say that he is a friend of ours,” Bakka cheekily says. “There are Occult themes on this record, but at the same time, it does take a philosophical approach.” 

Further illustrating the influence of their environment, Necrofier also heavily explores one of Southern America’s most fabled myths. “The new record touches on selling your soul at the crossroads,” adds Bakka. “I like to take a different approach and touch on the elements of the esoteric world and dive into the forbidden or hidden that surrounds us in our lives every day.” 
As the Texan black metal outlaws saddle up for record two, they are leading the charge as one of the contemporary purveyors of black metal revivalism. ‘Burning Shadows in the Southern Night’ is certain to elicit a sense of nostalgia for those who dare to lay ears on this vicious new offering.

The song tackles a deeply personal topic and invites some intense introspection. The visual finds the band performing while once again cloaked in neutral attire and surrounded by florals that represent the ebbs and flows of nature. 

"'Without a Whisper' is about my grandmother dying, and me having to confront death for the first time," says guitarist Keaton Goldwire. "As someone who's not religious, it was the first time I had to really ask myself what happens in the after life. The song is me hoping, even though I don't believe, that she's in a place like heaven. 'I know I've been there before with you' is my way of saying I know we've been together in happiness, in a state I imagine as heaven before."

Overall, this track allowed us to evolve the softer side of our band and we're incredibly proud of it."

In 2023 HAMMERFALL are celebrating the success of Crimson Thunder achieving Platinum status in Sweden. Continuing their retrospective series, the band will be releasing their very own 20-Year Anniversary edition via Nuclear Blast on April, 28th.

Their fourth studio album has been remixed and remastered by Fredrik Nordstrom, and this definitive version will include previously unreleased pre-production tracks, a brand-new medley and live acoustic songs.

´Riders Of The Storm´, in remixed and remastered version.

Frontman Joacim Cans comments on the song: "This mid tempo, riff based song instantly became a live hit for both the band and the fans. I just love it when the crowd starts to jump in the beginning when the beat kicks in! Even though the lyrical theme is a bit on the dystopian side there is a positive vibe and energy, with a feeling of hope, within the music. A feeling of hope that eventually also can be found in the lyrics."

The lyric video is created using the illustrations from the Crimson Thunder comic book which comes included with the vinyl formats.

North Carolina indie pop outfit The Mystery Plan present the single 'Big Bliss', previewing their forthcoming 'Haunted Organic Machines' LP (their seventh full length album and 13th major release), to be released via American boutique label 10mm Omega Recordings.

This new single, which features Amy Herring on vocals, takes us to the opposite end of the spectrum from their recently-released lead track and 'What A Day' EP, a scrumptious dose of bliss-pop.

"'Big Bliss" is about feeling all the horrible things that humans do to each other while simultaneously feeling so grateful for the art that my husband brings to my life. (Regrettably) we arere news junkies in our home. The constant stream of sadness and devastation was breaking me down. I was crying daily and had to switch to waterproof mascara in an attempt to hide my tears," says Amy Herring.

A staple on the local music scene, the Charlotte-based collective started in 2010 as a duo with Jason Herring and Paul Jensen (Fetchin' Bones / the Interstellars)writing and producing everything. Jason's wife, Amy Herring, then joined. Several years later, the line-up was rounded out with Otis Hughes, Patty McLaughlin Thomas and Jefferson Chester. 

Produced and mixed by Jason Herring and Rob Tavaglione, 'Haunted Organic Machines' finds the band exploring new, but familiar territory from spacey dance grooves, to spooky, moody dream pop and everything that goes with it.

The Mystery Plan is very prolific, their latest releases involving legendary producer John Fryer (This Mortal Coil, Black Needle Noise), known for seminal releases by Love and Rockets, Dead Can Dance, Nine Inch Nails, Swans, Clan of Xymox, Xmal Deutschland and Stabbing Westward, among others. This collaboration shaped The Mystery Plan albums 'Queensland Ballroom', 'Zsa Zsa' and 'You Also Have Eyes', plus an epic remix on the 'Thought Bubbles'record.

'Big Bliss' is now available digitally via Bandcamp, while the 'What a Day' EP is also available via Spotify and Apple Music. On March 31, the full ''Haunted Organic Machines' album will be released, both digitally and on CD.

Avant Garde Black Metal Band HENGET Reveals Music Video for New Song, "Henkivallat"

Guitarist Jesse J. Heikkinen (The Abbey, Iterum Nata) and vocalist King Aleijster de Satan (King Satan, Saturnian Mist) have teamed up for a mind-bending progressive black metal project, HENGET. The emerging Finnish band is now sharing another dark and unnerving music video for the brand new single, "Henkivallat," which can be found below.

Drawing inspiration from the world of occult and the ways of ancient Shamanism, 'Beyond North Star' depicts a violent hallucinatory journey to the depths of the mind and beyond with a psychedelic outlook. 

HENGET comments: "Reflecting our musical roots in extreme metal, ’Henkivallat’ is the most straightforward song of our debut album. The creation process has always been a very fascinating riddle isn’t it? After all, there’s no strict formula. Some spent weeks, months or even years meticulously working on every tiny detail over and over again until it feels perfect while others just have to let it all out, no matter how it all comes out, it just has to. And no, no matter how hard you try, you can’t force it. You just can’t. You need to have that vision, that unstoppable yearning to turn your dreams into reality. 

King Aleijster de Satan has long stopped asking himself all those questions. Although he’s only thirty-four years old, the Tampere based Finn is a bullet-proof veteran of the black metal scene: he used to run and sign bands for Saturnal Records. He also ran the Blackvox studio from 2013 to 2020 where he recorded multiple bands. Purely on the musical front, besides being the long-time standing frontman of Saturnian Mist he also because various experiences, in Arvet among others. But with the industrial rumblings of King Satan, he’s learnt to expand his mind and look over all those useless fences to see what lied beyond. In the end, it’s all about being free both as an individual and as an artist, to go where your instincts and muse take you, no matter what.   

And nothing encapsulates more this quest for freedom than HENGET. As a matter of fact, it lies at the very center of it as most of the music AND lyrics were on purpose improvised on the spot. Ever tried to capture lightning in a bottle? King Aleijster de Satan and his comrade Jesse Heikkinen just did with HENGET first album, Beyond North Star, Heikkinen having proved to be quite a versatile artist since dabbling with ‘progressive esoteric folk’ with Iterum Nata, the equally ‘out there’ Hexvessel or The Abbey.

“When I got in the studio to do the vocals, I only had various notes, sometimes hastily written on a small piece of paper and more or less some kind of loose structures to go with it. Most of them I gathered in between 2016 and 2019 after, let’s say experimenting quite a bit. I admit natural psychedelics and other shamanic methods influenced me a lot to reach another level of consciousness, besides my long interest towards the occult and mysticism. Those weren’t meant to get lost into but instead to be used as mere tools to help me opening new doors in my brain, a bit like a shaman would do when engaged in a ritual to reach a trance like of state. That’s also why I booked a two weeks session just for the vocals: I needed that amount of space to really dive in my subconscious. Overall, that was one of most intense recording experience I ever had but I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone because the toll you have to pay once it’s done is pretty heavy.” 

Originally, the pair planned to unite in Saturnian Mist but then, Jesse “had to move to another city and it made things too complicated. But we still wanted to work together as he is probably the best songwriter I know. And since I had this idea for this other thing where I knew I wanted to push the limits and go over the edge in terms of songwriting, I needed somebody of his calibre.” “Indeed, Aleijster approached during summer 2021” confirms the multi-instrumentist. “He had a quite clear vision of what kind of concept he wanted to do lyrically speaking for a long time. It did coincide with my own desire to express something personal yet aggressively, an urge I hadn’t felt in a long time. Based on his background, we agreed this should happen within some kind of black metal frame but without still paying attention to much conventions or rules. I was given free rein to do whatever I felt like and I quickly realized I wanted it to be quite intuitive while making sure the music would be as crazy as possible, like some typhoon swallowing everything in its path… So using mostly vintage instrumentation, I recorded most of the music by myself in my own studio, pushing the button ‘rec’ and then totally letting myself go, following Aleijster ‘automatic writing’ method and ending up with some pretty interesting result.”
 
There’s something strangely seductive about the eight tracks included on Beyond North Star, as if the listeners were invited to enter some alternative and colourful place, dangerous and scary yet always otherworldly. Some may argue that all along you will most likely cross there the ghosts of Dødheimsgård, Arcturus or King Crimson. But Aleijster remains pretty reluctant to label it but “if we really need to, I guess it’s avant-garde black metal.” After hesitating with Henkivallat (‘spiritual realms’), which they ended up using as a songtitle instead, the name HENGET was chosen because of its double meaning as it can be translated both as ‘life’ but also ‘spirits’, “a perfect name for an occult band”. Beyond North Star is a “loose” concept album, like one long journey, even if the songs are not exactly tied up together. Something the 70’s prog rock loving Jesse is quite happy with while its title is a reference to that actual spiritual journey the listeners are about to undertake. One they will never forget.

Three ambitious music videos in total have been shot already to promote the album and HENGET has gathered a full line-up in order to start playing live. Saturnian Mist drummer Ville Rissanen was the first one to be asked, soon followed by Lasse Launimaa, a teenage years friend of Jesse who also plays in cult symphonic black metal band Thyrane on keyboards.

Omaha-based rock quartet Through Fire have today unleashed their latest offering "Devolution"plus the accompanying visualizer. The track can be found on the band's forthcoming new album 'Devil's Got You Dreamin' out Friday, April 21 via Sumerian Records. Speaking on the song, Through Fire commented:

Drummer Gordon Koch, who also created the album’s trippy artwork via Artificial Intelligence, commented on how the project came together: 

“Night Fishing is a Heavy Psych/Krautrock improv concept I mulled over during the lockdown period of the initial COVID-19 outbreak. My longtime touring metal band (Call of the Void) had just broken up (December 2019) and my jazz connection had moved out of state so I had no musical prospects while I was held up in my apartment. I wanted to combine elements of improv jazz into a rock format using light song structure to allow for more natural flow of solos, giving each player room to breathe and express themselves. Once the city opened back up a little bit I hit the pavement looking for players. I found 3 friends from the Denver metal scene who were looking for something different and could handle the riffage!

“This EP was recorded live, as both an audio and visual experience, by Chris McNaughton at Rocky Mountain Recorders. We sat in the round with a full camera crew in studio, led by Alex Pace, to capture the moment and energy, bouncing solos off each other all in one take. I feel like these first songs are a more 'live' experience so I wanted the video crew there to allow everyone to join us. We were mostly familiar with all the hits but use a lot of eye contact and musical cues to move things along. This session was a BLAST to record, I think about 4 hours total in the room.”

He elaborated further on their first single “Slapback Twister”, saying:

“This song really captures what the project 'is' and has some of the best performances from everyone. It's got some classic Krautrock, big jazzy vibe and dynamic changes, some old school prog hits ala TOTO, I love it haha! You can see it on our faces, all smiles.”

'Live Bait' will see an April 21st release on tape, CD and digital formats.

A super limited deluxe, tackle box edition complete with a one-of-a-kind fishing certificate will also be available along with a gently used fishing vessel, limited to 1, for the TRUE DIE-HARDS ONLY!

Incendiary Announce New Album "Change The Way You Think About Pain" + Share "Bite the Hook"

"Much of the content of the record deals with the idea of pain, specifically pain avoidance," says Garrone. "'Bite the Hook' is about the struggles one faces when letting something fester and go unresolved. The song's aggression and vibe sets the tone for the rest of the record."

Audley weighs in about the album as a whole, saying, "The goal with this album was to refine our songwriting and deliver it more aggressively. The expectation for a hardcore band on their fourth LP may be to start sanding the edges off and becoming more polished and anthemic. We wanted to go the complete opposite direction and make them sharper.  Will Putney understood the assignment from the first day we stepped into his studio. He helped us execute on our goal by bringing out the most aggressive elements for the abrasive production the songs called for."

Armed with crushing metallic riffs, instantly both fresh and familiar, Incendiary populate each of their four full-length albums with irresistibly energized rhythms and adrenalized urgency. Change The Way You Think About Pain is their leanest and unapologetically meanest yet. The quartet weaned on the Long Island, New York, hardcore scene have more to say than ever. Sharply biting and insightful lyrics sit atop blunt metalcore in a perfect soundtrack to throw a brick through a window. 

Incendiary deliver a sound of its own, mixing classic passion and modern power. Frontman Brendan Garrone, guitarists Brian Audley and Rob Nobile, and drummer Dan Lomeli cite East Coast hardcore heroes like Vision Of Disorder, 108, Indecision, and Glassjaw as part of Incendiary's formative DNA. Less familiar listeners might liken them to a very heavy Rage Against The Machine. 

The band returned to Will Putney of Graphic Nature Audio (Knocked Loose, Every Time I Die, Vein.fm) to engineer, mix and master the new release. Many essential genre bands never made a second album, let alone a fourth. "We are kind of in rare territory being a hardcore band on their fourth LP," Garrone concedes. "It feels like a milestone. By now, you're either 'supposed' to drastically change your sound or have it be the exact same thing as the record before," he adds. "We didn't want to do either of those things. Our focus was on refining the sound that we've optimally been working towards rather than any desire to make a huge pivot." Audley says that in addition to the more focused songwriting on Change The Way You Think About Pain, "we also wanted it to be more aggressive and more abrasive, in terms of songs and production."

Thematically, Incendiary's fourth album confronts the hyper-polarization of American society, those who confuse selfishness with freedom, and the lengths we'll go to in order to avoid pain and maintain comfort. The socio-political pulse found throughout Cost of Living remains, with a deeper exploration of the introspective personal lyrics Garrone started to introduce on Thousand Mile Stare. "The album is a mix of both the socio-politically driven content and darker, more personalized subjects. The album title is meant to conjure the concept of pain avoidance," Garrone explains. "Most of the songs have some kind of tie back to the things everyone does to avoid feeling any semblance of pain. 'Pain avoidance' is a phrase me and Brian came across and kept in the back of our minds."

UK-France duo The Noise Who Runs has released the single 'Takes a Long Cold Look and Then The Kitchen Sink' - the impossible, illegitimate child of solo album-era Syd Barrett and immediately post-Talking Heads David Byrne. The Bandcamp edition also features the B-side 'More Beautiful Perhaps (LHT REMIX)', created by Left Handed Tendencies (LHT).

The Noise Who Runs was formed by songwriter-performer Ian Pickering of 90s British trip hop outfit Sneaker Pimps, who co-wrote such hits as 'Spin Spin Sugar', '6 Underground' and 'Tesko Suicide'. He is also known for his involvement in Front Line Assembly. Pickering churned out this new material over the past two years simultaneous to working on the new Sneaker Pimps album.

This new single comes hot on the trail of 'Beautiful Perhaps', the anthemic lead track from their 'Preteretrospective’ LP, scheduled for release on April 7. This album arrives four years after Pickering launched this project after relocating from his home town of Hartlepool (north-east of England) to Lille, France. Today, The Noise Who Runs is a duo of Pickering with Brazilian-born French guitarist Felipe Goes.

The Noise Who Runs is a direct, literal translation of ‘O bruit qui cour’, a French phrase meaning ‘gossip’. It was also the name of Pickering’s favourite restaurant, where the ideas for this project fell into place.

'Takes a long cold look and then the kitchen sink', penned in 1996, is as timely now with the ever-increasing insanity of populist politicians. Less a testament to how timeless writing can be and more to how an entire generation has failed to change the world for the better, leaving a catastrophic mess for Millennials and Generation Z to deal with, the lyrics also point to the inadequacy of political systems and desperate corrupt pandering to big business, which actively encourages destruction.

“Every TNWR song has a personal story in it on some level; usually it’s a composite or gestalt of various people rather than anyone specific. But the bigger, wider panorama always the main thing. This is a lot gentler, musically, than 'Beautiful Perhaps', but easily as abrasive and damning in its lyrical content," says Ian Pickering.

"Really, it concerns itself with the detachment from the real lives, the real suffering of people, in the approach and the decisions taken in big business and politics, while addressing the kind of mentality that felt the need to ‘Check Your Privilege’ a few years back simply as a way of defending that privilege by refuting it. By the same spurious ‘keep them on the platform’ online reckoning, I would simultaneously be a pink Labrador, the fourth Doctor Who’s third companion and about to die of 10,000 heart attacks shortly after 3pm next Good Friday."

The new 'Preteretrospective’ album follows the 'These Will Be Your Gods' EP, released in January, and ‘High Time in Lo-Fi’, their third EP released in mid-2022. During the lockdown stalemate of 2020, the duo released two EPs - ‘The First of Two Sides of a Double-headed Coin’ and ‘The Other Side of the Same Double-headed Coin’.

The Noise Who Runs' is rooted in the shared principles and approach to making music of punk/new wave and early hip-hop - both the mentality and the message. This brand of indie-electronic rock is heavily shaped by the 1970's experimental electronic scene in Sheffield, the 1990's guitar-house mix of the Manchester scene, Primal Scream's guitar-electronic sound after 1997’s 'Vanishing Point', and 2000’s XTRMNTR.

Pickering's role in Sneaker Pimps is rooted in a lifelong friendship with founding member Liam Howe and Chris Corner. Having written and worked with Howe and Corner on various projects throughout their teens, he became Sneaker Pimps’ lyricist shortly after recruiting Kelli Dayton for the debut record 'Becoming X'.

As of March 14, the new single is available via Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music and elsewhere. The full 'Preteretrospective’ album will be released on April 7.

STEVIE D Unveils Tribute to JEFF BECK with Guitar Play-Through of "Cause We’ve Ended as Lovers"!

Producer and multi-instrumentalist songwriter STEVIE D(Stephen DeAcutis) has revealed his official guitar play-through music video for his incredible tribute to the late JEFF BECK, "Cause We’ve Ended as Lovers," featuring Nir Z on drums and Jack Daley on bass.

"I recorded 'Cause We’ve Ended as Lover’s' about 2 years ago but, for whatever reason, hadn’t had it on my list of things to mix! I knew it was going to get done but I just had not scheduled the session! When Jeff passed recently, it was painfully obvious that it was time and I literally the day he passed pulled up the tracks and started mixing the song and did not stop till I started to tear up. Then I knew it was done! One pretty cool note about this recording, I actually made a tempo map from the original Blow by Blow release best that I could! If you listen close you can hear how the tempo ramped up as the track matured!" - STEVIE D

Stephen DeAcutis Aka Stevie D (born October 9, 1961) is the owner operator of Sound Spa Productions and Recording Studio in Edison, NJ where he has been Producing and mixing records for the better part of 3 decades.
Stevie D is best known for his recording expertise but has also participated as a multi-instrumentalist on many of the releases that have come out of Sound Spa as well as his own including the 2019 release with Living Colour Front man Corey Glover “Torn from the Pages” DeAcutis wrote all of the songs on the record as well as playing all the guitar, produced, mixed and mastered.

Stevie D began his fascination with recording when his parents bought him a Norelco cassette player for Christmas as a very young man and began recording prank phone calls thus he could be stated that he is the original jerky boy! At that same time his father who was a a stereo enthusiast set up a very elaborate stereo system that Stevie D quickly turned into a make shift recording set up! At around this time he started playing drums, bass then finally guitar!

In the early 80’s Stevie D took a job as head engineer at Venture Sound in Somerville NJ, a 24-track studio working for Tony Camillo a very successful arranger, producer responsible for such hits as Midnight Train To Georgie, Band Of Gold, and many more. DeAcutis would go on to work with many notable artists with Camillo, Cyndi Lauper, LJ Reynolds, and Franke Previteto name a few.

At that time he was engineering full time and running his own band which signed a production deal with Columbia Records and Ron Piccolo the head of PR at Columbia who broke the first Boston record.

In the mid 90’s DeAcutis would sign a major record deal with Sony/Colombiawith his band POD working with legendary A&R guru John Kolodner. After the record got shelved DeAcutis would build Sound Spa and has been thriving as a Producer, Mixer, and Multi-Instrumentalist since the late 90’s to the present day!

These days DeAcutis is mainly working on and releasing his own material and also taking on aspiring and established artists to produce and co-write with!

MÉLANCOLIA - DELIVER FOREBODING NEW SINGLE "[INURE]" AND ANNOUNCE DEBUT ALBUM, HISSTHROUGHROTTENTEETH

Melbourne-based blackened deathcore group MÉLANCOLIA deliver the second chapter of their story with new single, “[Inure]”, releasing as the sophomore single from their debut album, HissThroughRottenTeeth, out Friday, April 21 via Greyscale Records (AUS/NZ) and Nuclear Blast Records (Rest of World). Album pre-order's live now. 

“[Inure]” invites listeners into MÉLANCOLIA’s world of unease and doom, thematically inspired by sadomasochism and how it is often used as a tactic to feel after experiencing a sense of numbness for so long. The video clip presents a sinister backdrop to accompany the sonic horror. 

The new single becomes the second offering from MÉLANCOLIA’s debut album, HissThroughRottenTeeth, which will see its release this April. “Essentially the album is about the pain of existence and how we get no say in coming into this world,” says vocalist and songwriter Alex Hill.

The album traverses different stages of the deity’s miserable existence, doomed to repeat a painful cycle for all of eternity. MÉLANCOLIA sink their teeth into their monstrous storyline with eerie passages, guttural deliveries, and grotesque visuals, dispensing pure dread through their music.

Buckcherry Announce New Album "Vol. 10" + Share "Good Time" Video — WATCH

Buckcherry will release their tenth studio album entitled Vol. 10 on June 2. 

The 11-song album features 10 new Buckcherry originals and, as a bonus track, a cover of the Bryan Adams classic "Summer of 69." The album was produced by Marti Frederiksen and recorded at Sienna Studios in Nashville. The album will be released in North America by Round Hill Records, in Japan by Sony Japan, and by Earache Records for the rest of the world. The album is available for preorder at here and here.
 
Premiering today is the video for the first single "Good Time." The video, directed by Tom Flynn and Mike Watts, was shot in Los Angeles. Watch it below.
