THIS WEEK ON METALSHOP!

This week on Charlie Kendall’s Metalshop, we sat down with The Watchers’ Tim Narducci to talk about their new release NYCTOPHILIA! Additionally, we go back in time with Yngwie J. Malmsteen, check out some new music from Category7, and reclaim the past with songs from Deep Purple and Whitesnake!

Metalshop is BACK! The one-hour weekly show that was on over 250 stations when metal was born has returned! We now deliver fresh weekly shows to an audience that revels in the music of the untamed and youthful. Metalshop combines the show’s vintage feature segments with fresh content, music from then and now, new and classic interviews with your hard rock heroes, and that same voice and attitude that made the program a cornerstone of the culture.

Episodes 1 and 2 are available today.

Each with storied careers and diverse backgrounds working with George Jones, Tammy Wynette and Randy Travis, the pair became the first women to hold top positions at a major country-music label in Nashville.

"We launched this podcast as a way to archive a lot of the stories about a town and industry we love," said Nadler.

Shriver adds, "Now that we're out of the day-to-day, we can talk about it in a different way that illustrates a lot of how things used to be and perhaps even answer why they are the way they are today."
