As Within, So Without is a 4 piece Metalcore band hailing from Westchester County, NY. Their recent single/video release "My Revelation" is now available.

The band started as four friends with a dream, who love music. AWSW is very passionate about music and this new single along with their upcoming sophomore album brings a strong message of positivity through hard times. The band is a big believer in positivity, acceptance, and love for all people. The four bandmates have been friends for a long time and all the friends and brothers via AWSW have brought has only made them closer like a tight-knit family.

AWSW has played all over our North East region with bands like Attila, All That Remains, Secrets, Silent Planet, Escape the Fate, and many more bands we look up to.

The main goal as a band is to build a community for their listeners to feel like they can be heard. Making friends with like-minded individuals, creating great music to rock out to, and building a strong community of support is AWSW because at the end of the day their desire is to bring people together.

This song is very personal for most of us in this band as we were sort of dealing with similar situations whether with family or a significant other. “This was the last song we recording in this session and the first take of it. Mickey Curry - Drums(the Cult, Bryan Adams, Alice Cooper) felt like adding a few John Bonham-'esque punches in the Verses. It created an interesting dynamic and added a “Zeppelin Feel.” We are all huge Classic Rock fans so it felt great. I let the electric energy of the live room take over which is interesting in that I actually wrote this song on an acoustic as a slow-burning Blues song. It felt like we were going to go off the rails a few times but that’s exactly what gives the song its honesty and true to form edgy feel.” -Mark C. Daniel

Performing Coast to Coast USA, appearing on multiple festival bills and iconic venues such as The Viper Room in West Hollywood, Mark constantly refines his Hard Rock/Blues inspired sound around his Songwriting.

Life Renewed - NC: "Vision:ReVision" is a special project by Rob Volkoff guitarist/songwriter/manager (Aseity). A true story told by the one who lived it, in hopes of maybe helping someone else. "Vision:ReVision" features Robert Short (Service of Shadows) on Harsh Vocals & Jarrett Booker (Eyes of Eli) on Additional Harsh Vocals & Clean Vocals. This is the second single from the coming EP Launching From Ground Zero (date not announced yet) and the follow-up to his first single "By Faith". Living through a suicide attempt and gaining a perspective to see life is worth living brings Rob's music together, in hopes that it will help another person identify that jointly with hope, understanding, and help we can make it through.

In The A.M. is an Alternative/Metal & Rock band based out of Indiana, US. Members have come and gone over the last couple of years with the only consistent members being Alex Shimp and Kerry Mills, who founded the group in 2018. Since 2018, the band has released multiple singles including: "World On Fire" and "My Sins" in 2018 and 2019. These two tracks specifically helped the band grow a local fanbase in their home state of Indiana. Through multiple lineup changes, the music has remained consistent both lyrically and musically with the only real change in sound being more modern production & instrumentation. Shimp has served as the primary songwriter and vocalist since the bands' inception in 2018. The music is constantly evolving, almost telling a story through the growth in songwriting and overall quality. While writing the EP "What Have I Become", midway through the recording process of the 8 song project, COVID began to arise as a global issue in 2020. With so much doubt in the world at the time, it was decided that holding off on releasing new music would be the best move for the integrity of the project. While the industry took a massive hit, Alex continued writing through the pandemic, putting together a collection of singles that are set to be released throughout 2021 - 2022.

GEARS RELEASES THEIR LATEST SINGLE/VIDEO "WASTELAND"

Miami, FL - GEARS releases their next single/video (9/10) "Wasteland". What is music and where would we be if the music was not in a constant state of reinvention? What GEARS continues to bring to their listeners is what the pulse of music needs to keep the machine in a progressive beat. "Wasteland" encapsulates the pushing forward and reawakening that is the motivation in finding that place where metal, R&B, hip-hop, and alternative meld firmly to complete a sound that is notably known as GEARS.

Drummer Jimmy Wooten relays it best in the level of energy and sound GEARS delivers again and again: “There’s something for everyone,” observes Jimmy. “It’s heavy. It’s soulful. It’s melodic. The band’s versatility is our strength. We’ll bring R&B and hip-hop into rock, but we’re doing it in our own tight and cohesive way.”

And what more could you ask from music than a sound the brings all rockers together to love what they are hearing?

Regarding how "Wasteland" came together, “It just hit," Trip Sixx stated. "It came together really quickly, and we clicked with Dawson on all fronts.”

With Dawson behind the board, they completed their 2021 single “Wasteland”. On the track, airy electronics give way to head-nodding drums and chugging guitars. In addition, Trip’s soulful cadence twists and turns through the beats before culminating in the catchy chorus, “Save me, locked in a cage, and I can’t get out.” brought the single full circle. Trip continued, “It’s about being trapped in a mindset you don’t see any way out of,” the frontman states.

“It encompasses a lot of things,” drummer Jimmy Wooten elaborates. “It’s easy to become trapped in continuous circles in life where

you’re doing the same things over and over again. As a band, you have to reach outside of the box, work with someone new, try something different, and change the sound. Following the Pandemic, it’s like a rebirth for GEARS in a weird way, so we decided to push the envelope.”

They won’t stop pushing the envelope either. For as much as Gears urge rock to evolve, they also elicit a classic reaction.

“When you leave a concert, we want you to feel like it was worth it,” Trip leaves off. “We want you to bop, jump, yell, scream, and do it all. We try to give listeners this gratification.”

“We hit you with as many emotions as possible,” agrees Jimmy. “Maybe a song will affect you and connect on a deeper level—or you’ll be able to simply bounce to it. This is meant to spark a physical and emotional reaction.”
