ELECTRIC RIVER RECORDS Officially Launched by Co- Founders Brandon Yeagley (Crobot) and Evan J. Thomas (Sound Fury Magazine, TAG Publicity)

A new current is surging through the independent music scene with the official launch of Electric River Records, a forward-thinking record label founded by creative visionary Evan J. Thomas (Sound Fury Magazine, TAG Publicity) and acclaimed musician and songwriter Brandon Yeagley (Crobot). Built on the foundation of artist empowerment, creative authenticity, and strategic brand development, Electric River Records sets out to become a home for artists looking to build sustainable and impactful careers.

Electric River Records emerges at a time when artists are seeking more than just distribution — they’re searching for partnership, creative direction, and long-term brand development. The label was created to bridge the gap between artistic vision and industry execution, combining musical expertise, visual storytelling, and marketing strategy into a cohesive artist-first approach.

Electric River Records is about building something that flows naturally with artists’ creativity while giving them the tools, guidance, and support they need to grow,” said co-founder Evan J. Thomas. “We’re focused on developing identity, not just releasing music.”

Brandon Yeagley, known for his powerful presence as both a performer and songwriter, brings a deep understanding of the artist experience and creative process to the label’s leadership. “We want Electric River Records to be a place where artists feel supported creatively and professionally,” said Yeagley. “Our goal is to help artists grow while staying true to who they are and what they want to say.”

Electric River Records will focus on artist development, visual branding, marketing and publicity strategy, creative content production, and strategic industry partnerships. The label aims to create a collaborative environment where artists are not only heard but also strategically positioned for growth in today’s evolving music landscape.

By blending artistic creativity with modern music industry strategy, Electric River Records is poised to create opportunities for emerging and established artists alike while building a brand rooted in authenticity, innovation, and long-term artist success.

MISSION STATEMENT

Electric River Records is an artist-first music services collective, not a traditional label.

The brainchild of Evan J. Thomas (TAG Publicity,

Sound Fury Magazine, Bad Ass Radio Network) and

Brandon Yeagley (Vocalist of Crobot) brought

this all together.

We help artists live and create in flow by offering à la carte support across every part of their career—music, visuals, merch, publicity, production, and strategy—all in one ecosystem.

Our team is made up of real industry veterans and artists with Billboard Top 10s, major press, radio, and digital platforms, and we use that experience to shine a spotlight on your work—not own it.

There are no long-term contracts, no ownership grabs, and you keep your masters. You choose how to use us. We simply help the world see what you’ve already built.

Follow the path. Let it form you.

BILLBOARD-CHARTING ROCK FRONTMAN BRANDON YEAGLEY LAUNCHES PERFORMANCE-BASED MUSIC SCHOOL IN HIS HOMETOWN OF POTTSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA

Let There Be Rock Schools proudly announces the opening of

Let There Be Rock School – Pottsville, a performance-based music education center co-owned by internationally touring musician Brandon Yeagley, frontman of the hard rock band Crobot—a band with multiple Top 20 Billboard-charting singles and a Top 10 Billboard hit with the song "Low Life."

The school officially opens Monday, March 2, and is located at 2300 Mahantongo Street, Pottsville, Pennsylvania—in the same region where Yeagley first discovered music, formed early bands, and began the journey that led to a sustained international touring career.

Let There Be Rock School – Pottsville was founded with a clear mission: to serve as a proof of concept that students from Schuylkill County can build meaningful, lifelong careers in music while remaining rooted in their community.

A PERFORMANCE - FIRST APPROACH TO MUSIC EDUCATION

Let There Be Rock School – Pottsville is built around a performance-based curriculum, setting it apart from traditional lesson models that focus exclusively on private instruction. Students don’t just learn their instrument—they learn how to collaborate in bands, rehearse with purpose, prepare for live performances, and step on stage with confidence.

Programs are available for children, teens, and adults, with instruction offered in guitar, bass, drums, vocals, keyboards, songwriting, improvisation, and ensemble performance. Students may enroll in one-on-one lessons, band programs, or a combination of both, with regular live showcases serving as key developmental milestones.

The school emphasizes a safe, encouraging, and kid-friendly environment, prioritizing confidence, teamwork, discipline, creativity, and self-expression—skills that extend far beyond music.

FROM LOCAL ROOTS TO GLOBAL STAGES— AND BACK AGAIN

Yeagley’s involvement goes well beyond name recognition. With decades of real-world experience touring internationally, releasing charting records, and navigating the modern music industry, he has helped shape the school’s curriculum to reflect practical, real-world musical pathways, not just theory.

After years on the road, Yeagley made a deliberate decision to reinvest his knowledge and experience back into the community that shaped him.

AN INCUBATOR FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

Let There Be Rock School – Pottsville is designed to function as a creative incubator, supporting students at every stage—from first lessons to advanced performance. While not every student will pursue music professionally, the curriculum is structured to ensure that every student gains confidence, resilience, and a strong creative foundation.

Through community partnerships, live performances, and youth-focused programming, the school aims to strengthen the local arts ecosystem while offering students a tangible example of what sustained creative careers can look like.

OPEN HOUSE & ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

The school will host an Open House from February 23 through February 26, running nightly from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Families and prospective students are invited to tour the facility, meet instructors, and learn more about available programs.

Regular school hours beginning March 2:

Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Enrollment is currently open, with space limited.

“Long Live Rock…Celebrate The Chaos”

Up-and-coming hard rock band Satellite Citi have teamed up with Loudwire to premiere the powerful video for new single “Antibody.” The song—featuring a collaboration with Crobot’s Brandon Yeagley—is dedicated to the people of Armenia and brings awareness to the latest attacks on the Armenian people beginning in late September 2020, that have killed hundreds of innocent civilians and displacing thousands more.

Find the single at Satellite Citi’s Bandcamp page HERE.

Satellite Citi features drummer/vocalist Anna Gevorkian and guitarist Shaunt Sulahian, both Armenian-Americans born and raised in Los Angeles. Like many first-generation Armenians and children of immigrants, they have learned about the struggles their ancestors have faced and first launched their career in 2015 with the poignant track “Rock Bottom” to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

With the latest attacks against their home country—at a vulnerable time in 2020, amidst a global pandemic—the band partnered with their long-time director and fellow Armenian-American Rosie Geozalian to create a poignant video that spreads the message that Armenians are standing stronger than ever together and won’t be silenced. The video features a range of symbolic imagery that connects with Armenian culture and history, and are further explained in Loudwire’s story.

“Our track ‘Antibody’ lyrically is about overcoming obstacles and silencing your enemies, no matter how hard they might try to bring you down,” says Anna and Shaunt. “We were honored to have Brandon Yeagley of Crobot sing on this track with us. His voice really brought the song together musically. The music video helps us connect the song back to our motherland, Armenia. With the recent war in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), and continuous war crimes happening to Armenian civilians, carried out by Azerbaijan and Turkey, we felt the need to let people know we are here, standing together, stronger than ever, and nothing will change that.”

Adds director Rosie Geozalian, “We had already started working on the ‘Antibody’ video when I woke up one morning to reports of the attacks occurring in Artsakh and Armenia. As members of the Armenian diaspora, the tragedies taking place consumed our thoughts and emotions; the visuals shifted to reflect that. Creating the video for ‘Antibody’ became a way of processing the ongoing cultural trauma we face as Armenians, while paying homage to our brothers and sisters risking their lives to protect the motherland.”

Brandon Yeagley of Crobot said this about his participation in the song and video: “We are all looking for a little extra boost in immunity right about now. Now, I’m no doctor but I know when Satellite Citi hit me up to be a part of their hard-hitting, slinky song ‘Antibody’ there was no hesitation. So come along for the ride—'cause if you ain’t part of the cure, you’re part of the disease!”

As part of the campaign for “Antibody,” Satellite Citi has created a T-shirt with all proceeds being donated to the Armenia Fund. It’s available for purchase here:

“Antibody” is the latest sneak preview from Satellite Citi’s upcoming 2021 album Fear Tactics, which is produced by the lauded Brad Wood (Smashing Pumpkins, Placebo, Liz Phair, Touche Amore) and features a wide range of inspiration from Black Sabbath to Muse to Halestorm. Previous singles have included “Black Magic,” “Miscommunication” and “Getaway.”

As a follow-up to their acclaimed 2018 debut EP Negative Space, the new album will thematically center around the importance of mental health and represents the band’s own struggles of coping with fear and anxiety, that are even more permeated in today’s culture. “It’s important to us to help people control and ultimately confront and overcome their fears by realizing they’re not alone in this crazy world,” says Anna and Shaunt. “And so many of us are going through the same things, the same struggles and day to day anxiety. Especially during this pandemic, it’s been such a shift in reality for us and we’re realizing how important human connection is.”

A regular fixture on the stages in their hometown of Los Angeles, Satellite Citi is joined live by two anonymous Spacewalkers on bass and guitar that further taps into the band’s curiosity of other realms and advanced life forms. The band’s name, in fact, is based off of the idea of a city, outside of our galaxy, where people communicate with their minds.

In addition to music, Anna and Shaunt love video games and writing—they are currently working on their first original sci-fi graphic novel called Spacewalker with former DC editor Jim Higgins, that will coincide with a new concept EP in 2022. Satellite Citi also has five songs featured in the upcoming rock documentary Long Live Rock…Celebrate The Chaos, directed by Jonathan McHugh, that features bands such as Metallica, Korn, Slipknot, and Rob Zombie. The trailer can be viewed HERE.

Here is what media has had to say about Satellite Citi:

“Deemed as the fresh new band to resurrect the beloved rock genre, with their own modern and exciting approach, Satellite Citi are on the road to delivering audiences with music that tackles important issues that our society is facing today.” —Huffington Post

“Satellite Citi are successful in pushing forth elements of multiple genres to create a truly unique and dynamic realm of sound. Combining Gevorkian’s melodic vocals and funk rock drumming style with Sulahian’s dynamic guitars and background in heavy metal, Satellite Citi resurrect the rock genre with a fresh and modern delivery.” —New Noise
