Longtime Warner Chappell Music senior A&R executive and songwriter champion Alicia Pruitt joins independent publishing leader Tape Room Music as Chief Creative Officer and President, A&R, reporting directly to CEO and Founder, Ashley Gorley.

Pruitt joins COO and President, Business Affairs’ Blain Rhodes, who continues to steer Tape Room Music's strategic growth as the publishing and artist development company ushers in a new expansive era across writing, producing and burgeoning performing talent.

Pruitt’s addition builds on recent growth of Tape Room’s team, including Katherine Godwin, who was hired in 2025 as Manager, A&R, supporting Caroline Hodson, who was elevated to Director, A&R that same year.

After starting the year with three back-to-back No. 1s while marking the company’s 60th chart-topper, Tape Room continues to expand its executive leadership as it enters its next phase of growth. With seven songs currently in the top 40 at country radio, Tape Room further solidifies its reputation for country chart prominence.
