Black Lodge Records Welcomes SARAYASIGN to the Family

Black Lodge Records is thrilled to announce that Swedish cinematic rock storytellers SARAYASIGN have officially joined the label's growing roster. The band has signed a deal with Black Lodge Records and is set to release their highly anticipated third full-length album, 'Shadows Of The Dying Light,' at the end of 2025.

SARAYASIGN returns with the hauntingly cinematic third chapter in their ongoing musical saga: 'Shadows Of The Dying Light.' This new release takes a bold leap into darker and more emotionally charged territory. Heavier, more intense, and more dynamic than ever before, the album preserves the band's signature cinematic rock sound while delving deeper into a brooding, atmospheric experience. Listeners will be immersed in thunderous riffs, sweeping soundscapes, and lush, evocative melodies—now shrouded beneath a darker sky.

The drums were recorded at the iconic Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg, powered by the explosive talent of Jakob Herrmann, the acclaimed drum producer known for his work with Devin Townsend, Evergrey, and others. Vocals were tracked at Popskolan in Stockholm, while guitars, bass, and keyboards were brought to life at Studio Sarayasound in Örebro, the band's creative stronghold.

To bring this monstrous new chapter to life with clarity and impact, mixing and mastering duties have been entrusted to none other than Jacob Hansen of Hansen Studios.

Based out of the state-of-the-art Hansen Studios in Denmark, Jacob Hansen has spent over two decades delivering world-class audio services. A cornerstone of modern heavy music production, Hansen has produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered countless renowned acts, including Amaranthe, Arch Enemy, Volbeat, Katatonia, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, The Black Dahlia Murder, Pretty Maids, Epica, Delain, Evergrey, and many more. His success stems from consistently delivering powerful, modern productions, making Hansen Studios a trusted one-stop shop for both established artists and emerging talent alike.

This chapter marks a turning point, the band shares:

"With 'Shadows Of The Dying Light,' we're embracing the darkness in both story and sound. It's more aggressive, more cinematic, and more emotionally intense yet still undeniably SARAYASIGN. The melodies remain, but the shadows have grown longer."

Brace yourself for a cinematic rock experience unlike any other.
