Singer/songwriter Ashley Ryan—ONErpm Nashville’s newest signing—moved to Music City in 2018 to make her mark as a country artist and hasn’t looked back. Her latest single, “Them Cowboys,” will be released Friday, May 31, on all platforms via global music company ONErpm. Pre-save/pre-add HERE.
Ryan, a California native, has spent the last six years in Nashville honing her songwriting skills and performing at local venues and events like Whiskey Jam, Listening Room and the iconic Bluebird Café. She even caught the ear of Keith Urban and was invited to duet with him on his hit song “Without You” at a sold-out tour release date party at Bridgestone Arena to help kick off his 2022 world tour.

“Them Cowboys” was written by Ryan with Frank Stopak, Larry McCoy and Quinn Loggins. She is currently performing in Nashville, writing new music and recording in the studio with producer McCoy.

About Ashley Ryan
With an “abundance of firepower” (Billboard), Corona, California native and Spinville Entertainment artist Ashley Ryan is taking Nashville’s music scene by storm. An early penchant for poetry led to a natural progression into songwriting at 16, when her grandfather gifted her her first guitar. “I didn’t have anyone to sing my songs, so I started singing them myself, and it just seemed to work.” Shortly after discovering her vocal talents, and after giving college a try in her home state, she ventured east to Nashville to continue her journey (and college at Belmont University) in country music’s capital.
Capturing emotions from heartbreak to honkytonk, Ashley’s music provides listeners with an energy and authenticity that gives listeners a classic country tune with a modernized twist. Shortly after the move to Music City, her musical talents were recognized by 4x GRAMMY® Award-winning country star Keith Urban at a private event. A quick dialogue between the two led to an impromptu duet of Keith’s hit song “Without You” - ultimately leading to an invitation to perform the duet again at Urban’s sold-out show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
Ryan’s debut song with Spinville, “Hush Little Baby,”, released in January 2023 and quickly went viral, amassing over 30 million views on Tik Tok and Facebook, and over 11 million streams on Spotify alone. Her latest release, “full-fledged barn-burner” (Billboard) “Too Far Gone,” is yet another example of Ryan’s vocal prowess and a nod to the female stars that inspire her. “I grew up singing ‘Before He Cheats’ and ‘Gunpowder and Lead.’ I really love fiddle in a song - I love that old traditional country, the grungy female country with the sassy drop D guitar and rolling banjo. So that’s what you’ll get from me.”
In January 2024, Ryan pulled together some fan favorites - along with a few new tunes - and released her debut EP, Too Far Gone. The project included “Hush Little Baby,” “Too Far Gone,” and “certified country sass” (The Boot) “One Tractor Mind,” as well as electric guitar fueled up-tempo, "Bad For You.”
