Monument Records has promoted Casey Thomas to Vice President Marketing & Commercial Partnerships and Ansley Neeley to Manager, Marketing & Creative. In their roles, Thomas will continue to oversee marketing, publicity, creative, digital and streaming, while Neeley will step into project management and continue her work in supporting creative and publicity efforts.

Thomas is a Boston, Massachusetts native earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Colby College and Master’s Degree from Boston College, and joined Monument from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. As first a manager of PR in 2018, Thomas was later elevated to publicist and, until recently, director of marketing, publicity and creative.
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Neeley moved to Nashville in 2019 after graduating from The University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations. She officially began her career at The GreenRoom PR as a junior publicist. Neeley joined Monument Records in 2021 as the label’s promotion coordinator, later adding in marketing coordinator responsibilities ranging from facilitating the delivery and strategic setup of all the label’s releases, to planning various artist events and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Most recently, she has become heavily involved in the process of overseeing and developing the roster’s creative elements.
Formed under the leadership of Jason Owen and Shane McAnally, Monument Records is a joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment. Since Monument’s launch, the artist roster – including Alex Hall, Brandon Ratcliff, Shelby Lynne, Tigirlily Gold and Walker Hayes – has accumulated nearly 3 billion streams, released multi-Platinum singles (including Hayes’ No. 1, smash hit “Fancy Like”), made major TV appearances on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the TODAY Show, Late Night with Seth Meyers and Good Morning America, and has been written about in the pages of Billboard, Rolling Stone, TIME Magazine and the New York Times.
The label has created major partnerships for their artists with Applebee’s, Boot Barn, OtterBox, The VFW and Free People, among many other highlights. ACM New Duo of the Year-nominated Tigirlily Gold continues to climb country charts with current hit “I Tried A Ring On,” after their previously released Top 40 “Shoot Tequila” was recently nominated for two CMT Awards. “Shoot Tequila” has been streamed more than 50 million times to-date, garnering recognition across the industry, with CMT unveiling them as part of their “Next Women of Country” 2024 class.
