Fancy Hagood Signs with UTA

Leading global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company UTA has signed singer/songwriter Fancy Hagood for worldwide representation in all areas.

Hailing from Bentonville, AR, Hagood first found success writing hit songs for superstars including Christina Aguilera, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts and Anderson East. His debut album, Southern Curiosity, was released in 2021 to critical acclaim, earning a nomination for “Best Country Record” at The Libera Awards. In the summer of 2022, he released the fan-favorite song “Blue Dream Baby” featuring Grammy Award winner Kacey Musgraves.

Hagood has received support from iconic artists like Brandi Carlile, who called him “an artist to watch,” and Sir Elton John, who asked Fancy to be a guest on his Rocket Hour Radio Show. He is also the host of two Apple Radio shows:
Trailblazers, where he celebrates artists who have helped expand the Country Music genre by breaking down barriers, and Hallelujah Anyway, where he explores the myriad intersection points between music and spirituality.

Hagood’s music has clearly resonated with listeners, garnering more than 30 million streams across multiple platforms. “Southern Sound,” the first single off his highly anticipated sophomore album, was released Wednesday, Oct. 4. He is currently opening for Brothers Osborne on a handful of dates on their fall tour.
