Diamante spent her teenage years cutting her teeth at local gigs on the Sunset Strip to become the powerhouse performer she is today. Vampires Everywhere were conceptualized in early 2010 by Michael Orlando later known as Michael Vampire. The band started its journey in Hollywood, CA-based on the idea of bringing a fresh feel to an already saturated metalcore market. Michael has been obsessed with the 1987 cult classic film "The Lost Boys" since age 13 and wanted to start a band around his love for the movie and his passion for rock music. The band quickly gained notoriety in 2010 with their debut music video for "Immortal Love" which hit half a million views and landed on the iconic MTV Headbangers Ball. A few months later VE was signed to Century Media Records and toured with Black Veil Brides on the Hot Topic Tour around the United States. The band also landed an opening spot for X Japan's first North American run playing for over 5,000 people a night and to this day is the only band to open for X Japan in the US. After an amazing run on the 2012 Warped Tour, the band was asked by Kevin Lyman to headline Rob Zombie's Great Adventure in Pomona, CA. Vampires Everywhere have since toured with the likes of Motionless In White, AIDEN, Alesana, Orgy, Filter, Falling In Reverse, and countless others. VOYAGER to Compete in Eurovision - Australia Decides

Perth's premier electro power prog sensation VOYAGER have the distinct honor of taking part in the prestigious song contest, Eurovision - Australia Decides! A very special announcement from the band can be found below.

For several years, VOYAGER has been petitioning to be selected as one of Australia's musical representatives in Eurovision - Australia Decides. After being shortlisted in the previous year's competition, the band has finally been tapped to represent Western Australia, making it the first time that the region has hope of winning the Eurovision title! The band will soon reveal the song that has been selected in the contest!

VOYAGER vocalist and keytarist Danny Estrin comments, "Eurovision is the greatest show on earth, so getting a chance to represent Western Australia and to showcase our keytar driven brand of heavy music is one of the most exciting and surreal opportunities to ever come our way!! So thank you Australia for giving us the opportunity to take you on a Voyage with us in what has been a lifelong dream."

Since their 1999 formation, whatever genre norms, boundaries and regulations thrust upon Perth, Australia’s Voyager have been smashed. They embrace, if not brandish pop; employ a keytar on stage, and, bring forward a positive, if not uplifting feeling to their music, running head-first into the endless parade of heavy bands who see the world in a different light. It’s perhaps why the title of their seventh full-length and first for Season of Mist, Colours in the Sun, is apropos: Voyager simply prefers to see the bright side of things.

“Observations of the malaises of the modern world and the baffling obsession with purity and difference all make me think,” says frontman and founding member Danny Estrin. “We’ve never had it better and we’ve never had it more colorful. To me that’s progress, it’s adaptation, it’s evolution and it’s astounding.”

The follow-up to 2017’s Ghost Mile, Colours in the Sun finds Voyager enmeshed in rich, melodic, song-first tapestries, led by Estrin’s smooth, capable clean vocal delivery. Estrin is self-aware of his vocals, calling them “unique and ‘80s.” But whatever tag Estrin affixes to his voice, they are the propellent throughout Colours in the Sun, serving up a steady diet of soaring, emotive choruses, where melody is paramount and along the way, even getting some help from another distinctive belter, Leprous’s Einar Solberg on “Entropy.”

“Einar and I became good friends on our tours through Europe and Australia,” notes Estrin. “I couldn’t help but ask him to guest on the album. He is a fantastic musician and vocalist. I sent him a reference track which he swiftly ignored and laid his own tracks down. The result is stunning!”

The kaleidoscope of sounds that comprise the album’s ten cuts is the result of Voyager’s far-reaching influences, many of which go beyond the traditional realms of metal and rock. Estrin calls it “catchy at the top, proggy at the bottom, as if Dream Theater and Depeche Mode had a baby.” It’s almost as if the term “progressive” is too limiting for Voyager, particularly when the guitar tandem of Simone Dow and Scott Kay merge for complex rhythms while doing battle against Estrin’s vaudeville-like keyboards (!) on “Reconnected.”

The “proggy at the bottom” notice is served by way of the rhythm section of bassist Alex Canion and drummer Ashley Doodkorte, who stretch their musical tentacles across busy, active cuts such as “Saccharine Dream” and the syncopated “Water Over the Bridge.” “I think we found our ‘voice’ on V (2014) and have been building on that ever since,” says Estrin. “The synthwave prog sound is really something that has naturally developed and has been refined even more on the new album. Every record is progress — that’s what progressive music is all about!”

According to Estrin, the Colours in the Sun album title encompasses a “vibrant multitude of people coming together under the hot Australian sun to create a beautiful and colorful soundscape.” It’s capped off by artwork courtesy of Doodkorte, who made the piece out of photographs near his house in Perth. A closer inspection reveals there are seven suns on the cover, one for each Voyager album, topped off by an updated version of the band’s logo comprised of five strokes, one for each member. No doubt a fitting visual summation of a band whose progress can be the described in the most literal and figurative of terms.

“It’s been a slow steady growth over the years,” concludes Estrin. “Other bands come and go after a year of fame. I really feel like we’ve built up an incredible fanbase, especially over the last decade, and the deal with Season of Mist seemed the logical step to take it to the next level together.”

DANCE WITH THE DEAD Announce New Album 'Driven To Madness' & US Co-Headlining Tour with Magic Sword

Electronic music duo DANCE WITH THE DEAD have unveiled the news of their upcoming sixth studio album. The new LP, 'Driven To Madness', will see a January 10th, 2022 release. To give fans their first taste of the new record, DWTD has released a new music video for the first single, titled "Sledge", which can be found below.

Teasing what fans can expect from their new studio album and future touring, DWTD comment, “Driven to Madness is our most intense record to date and it will take you for one hell of a ride. We’re really excited to play some of the new material for the first time on our upcoming tour in 2022.”

DANCE WITH THE DEAD is an electronic-based music duo by Justin Pointer and Tony Kim. Inspired by retrospective movies and music from the ’60s, ’70s, and '80s, their sound reflects heavily on analog synthesizer sounds and early heavy metal guitars. They released their debut record “Out of Body” on October 31st, 2013 to great reviews in the synth, metal, and EDM communities alike. Swedish heavy metal newcomers Perpetual Etude released their debut album, 'Now Is The Time', earlier this autumn. Perpetual Etude was formed in 2019 by Magnus Mild with the sole goal to bring back the best of heavy metal from the '80s. The new album Memento Mori will be released on December 31, 2021 via Napalm Records and will continue the success story of the medieval rockers from Germany / Franconia! On the new album, FEUERSCHWANZ finally take a step away from the simpler humor of earlier days to become one of the most important bands in German folk rock.

With chanting violin playing, Memento Mori starts its heroic journey with its eponymous opener. The song turns out to be a melodic rock anthem with a well-known medieval character, a blazing guitar riff and life-affirming lyrics. On "Untot im Drachenboot", the squad around Captain Feuerschwanz sets off for new musical shores in a Viking ship full of undead warriors. "Rausch der Barberei", on the other hand delivers a violent, raw voice and driving drumming that send its listeners into unbridled frenzy. On "Krampus", FEUERSCHWANZsing in a canon of vocals and instruments about the ancient legend of the demonic companion of St. Nicholas, who is dressed in fur and a horned mask. On the ballad "Das Herz eines Drachen" (The Heart of a Dragon), the medieval folk rockers show their sensible side. In a fire lit by burning guitar sounds and flute melodies, a warrior mourns his fallen father with his head held high. To Build New Production Plant, Transparent Factory Experience and Special Event Location

Napalm Records, one of the world’s leading independent Rock & Metal labels, and vinyl manufacturing company Austrovinyl – both based in Styria, Austria – are thrilled to announce that they have joined forces for a strategic partnership, strengthening the domestic music market and expanding international structures.

The new collaboration will cover the increased in-house demand for vinyl, while strategically expanding business for Napalm Records, who have already ventured into different fields with their booking agency “Napalm Events” as well as their festival brands “Metal On The Hill” and “Rock In Graz”. Austrovinyl, located in the midst of the beautiful Styrian thermal spa & wine region, will continue to establish itself as one of the most state-of-the-art record pressing plants in Europe, and a reliable, high-quality producer of vinyl records.

Together, the companies will support the local and international music landscape and all its artists, bands and labels within various genres of rock and pop, hard and heavy, jazz and world music, alternative and indie, as well as techno, electro, hip-hop, soul and many others.

This growth and the enormous increase in demand for vinyl requires an extension of the company’s production and storage capacities. Therefore, a new pressing plant will be built in Fehring, Austria (with the nearest airport in Graz), within the same scenic Styrian region as Austrovinyl’s current location. At this new location, the machinery will be expanded onto a floor space of approx. 800m2, where the production can be tripled.

Taking this step will also create new jobs, creating further growth and expansion after the number of employees at Austrovinyl already doubled in 2021.

In addition to Napalm Records and Austrovinyl expanding production and storage capacities, the new building will also include a transparent factory experience that provides a complete world of experience around the vinyl record – a paradise for all music lovers! The manufacture and production of a record can be experienced firsthand during guided tours in the context of the "Erlebniswelt Wirtschaft" (world of business experience). On more than 200 m², the newest music on vinyl and live music will be presented in a café/club atmosphere. This will include a store area, where the latest pressings and productions of Austrovinyl can be purchased, as well as the releases and special editions out via Napalm Records and many other vinyl classics and specials in the various genres listed above.

The project planning is in the final stages and start of construction is scheduled for January 2022, with the goal of opening by the end of the second quarter of 2022.

Performing hits from his expansive solo career including songs from his recently released, critically acclaimed studio album SINNER (via Big Machine Records). The SINNER Tour goes on general sale on Friday, December 17th at 10am EST from John-5.com.

The North American run, announced today, will see JOHN 5 & THE CREATURES hit 27 stops across the country on The SINNER Tour. The tour kicks off in Roseville, CA on April 21st and will culminate in a very special 3-night run at Iridium in New York on July 9th, 10th and 11th. It also includes two shows supporting Fozzy in Houston (4/29) and San Antonio (4/30) a performance at world-renowned festival Welcome To Rockville in Daytona Beach, FL (5/21). JOHN 5 will also be welcoming new creature to the band. The SINNER Tour will be the first time fans get to see new drummer Alex Mercado perform live as part ofTHE CREATURES.

JOHN 5 dropped his new solo album, SINNER back in October, the album was highlighted by the release of singles "Que Pasa" featuring Dave Mustaine and "Land of The Misfit Toys" which was accompanied by a cinematic music video set in 1980, that tells the tale of a young John Lowery who stumbles into a haunted house and becomes possessed by an entity. This entity gradually turns him into the guitar shredding, face-painted icon we all now know as JOHN 5.

SINNER is ten tracks of pure JOHN 5, summoned with the same mix of vibrant energy and passionate emotion beloved by fans of his work as guitarist for Rob Zombie, David Lee Roth and many more. The album was produced and mixed by Barry Pointer at Riott House Studio in North Hollywood. Drums were engineered by ex-Guns N’ Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke at Redrum Recording in Los Angeles. When Guitar World convened their State of Guitar in 2021 all-star summit, JOHN 5 appeared on the magazine’s cover, right alongside Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and Tool’s Adam Jones. JOHN owes his love of the guitar to the long-running variety TV show Hee Haw, which he’d watch with his father at the young age of seven. KISS and Jimi Hendrix came after. His band Dirty Trixx won a Battle of the Bands in middle school. Vampirella came next, in high school, when he adopted his now-signature theatrical makeup look. At 18, he moved to Los Angeles to become a session player, performing with Lita Ford, Randy Castillo, K.D. Lang, 2wo (Two) with Rob Halford, David Lee Roth and Marilyn Manson, who gave him the “John 5” moniker.

After a chance encounter with the legendary Les Paul, JOHN began work on his first-ever solo album, Vertigo in 2004, laying the groundwork for several records to come.

Rob Zombie recruited John initially to perform as a live guitarist only on the 2006 Ozzfest tour. But the chemistry between them proved so electric that they began work on 2006’s Educated Horses. As guitarist and co-writer, he appeared on all subsequent Rob Zombie albums and scored 2013’s The Lords of Salem. JOHN 5’s fifth record with Rob Zombie, The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy, became the hard rock icon’s first No. 1 album. The debut single from L.A. RUSH CELEBRATES MOVING PICTURES 40th ANNIVERSARY BY MAKING RARE PHOTO OUTTAKES AVAILABLE

PROCEEDS TO GRAPES FOR HUMANITY GIFT OF SIGHT PROJECTS
Photographer Deborah Samuel is credited for capturing the now-iconic album cover images for the Rush albums ‘Permanent Waves,’ ‘Moving Pictures,’ ‘Exit…Stage Left,’ and ‘Signals.’ Now in the 40th anniversary year of ‘Moving Pictures’ – long considered one of rock’s all-time classic albums – fans will be able to obtain extremely rare photograph outtakes from the album cover shoot.

Incredibly, these ‘Moving Pictures’ photographs have never been made public. No alternate versions have appeared in magazines, in calendars, in books, or online anywhere, and have now been made available for the first time ever with the release of the Deborah Samuel Collection.

Contained in this ultra-limited-edition curated collection are: three alternate front album covers, three alternate back album covers, and twelve alternate interior album art photographs of both Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee taken from the original ‘Moving Pictures’ photo shoot.

“I clearly remember the day Deborah set up for this cover, and especially the interior series of the ‘Moving Pictures’ photographs,” said Alex Lifeson. “I was jumping around in the dark with a bright strobe flashing away, which was disorienting to say the least, but the results fit so well with the album concept, and I loved the final photos she produced. I’m thrilled to revisit them and make the covers and these interior photos available in support of Grapes For Humanity.”

In partnership with Definitive Authentic, Grapes for Humanity is supporting the Genius 100 Foundation's (G100) Gift of Sight Campaign and the Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP). Proceeds from the sale of this special anniversary collection of photographs will provide the funds necessary to perform as many sight restoring surgeries ($125USD per) as possible for those in need in various under-resourced regions around the global where HCP has operations. These groups are working to eradicate preventable and curable blindness in low to middle income countries.

“I’m very thankful to Deborah for generously making these rare photographs available to our fans, the proceeds of which will help bring sight to the sightless,” commented Geddy Lee.
