Black Label Society premiered the official music video for “House of Doom” today in a series of new videos from the band’s NONE MORE BLACK box set, available now via Entertainment One (eOne). “House of Doom” is a ballad reworking by Zakk Wylde and co. of the original track taken from Black Label Society’s fifth studio album Hangover Music Vol. VI (2004). That album alongside the rest of the group’s catalog is now reissued, and remastered for the first time, as part of the new massive collection titled NONE MORE BLACK. This new, slow-burning version of “House of Doom,” and the previously released track “Blind Man”, are featured on the compilation of reworked originals and bonus tracks titled Song Remains Not The Same Vol. 2 as part of the box set. Boasting 12 full-length albums spread over 20 pieces of vinyl, a hardcover photo book documenting the band, and much more, NONE MORE BLACK is the ultimate BLS fan collection. The limited quantity release is now available to order in eOne Heavy’s US, UK and EU stores here.

About Black Label Society
Black Label Society bandleader Zakk Wylde wields his guitar like a Viking weapon, bashing out thick riffage and squeezing out expressive squeals as if the glory of his Berserker brotherhood depends upon every single note, which of course, it does.

Charismatic beast and consummate showman, Wylde puts his massive heart and earnest soul on display with unbridled, unchained, animalistic passion in Black Label Society, whether it’s a crushingly heavy blues-rock barnstormer or a piano-driven ode to a fallen brother. Each Black Label Society album is another opportunity to top the one before it, but like AC/DC or The Rolling Stones, BLS isn’t here to reinvent the wheel. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s a brand we can trust.

Mighty missives like “Damn the Flood,” “In This River,” “Stillborn,” “My Dying Time,” “Queen of Sorrow,” and “Blood is Thicker Than Water” have amassed millions of downloads and streams. They are the soundtracks to sweat-soaked revelry, jubilant evenings that descend into bewildering mornings, and adrenaline-fueled sports.

To many, Wylde is synonymous with pinch harmonics as much as Chuck Berry dreamt up the duck walk. Zakk’s signature Les Paul Bullseye guitar hangs in the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame. His infamous leather bell bottoms hang in the Grammy Museum. His handprints are on Hollywood’s Rock Walk of Fame. He’s performed the National Anthem at major sporting events. He wrote the 2013 Major League Baseball theme for ESPN. He even momentarily joined Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff in Guns N’ Roses. He is a playable character in the Guitar Hero games.

A lifelong disciple of Black Sabbath and the longest-serving guitar-shredder for the Ozzman himself, Wylde co-wrote modern Ozzy Osbourne classics like “No More Tears,” “Mama I’m Coming Home,” “Road to Nowhere,” and “Miracle Man.” Together with Ozzy bassist Blasko and drummer Joey Castillo (ex-Queens Of The Stone Age), Wylde pays faithful tribute to the forefathers of metal as frontman for Zakk Sabbath.

One part invading horde and all parts traveling carnival party, Black Label Society traverses the world powered by caffeine and cacophony. BLS engages and inspires audiences everywhere they go, on every radio dial they burn, inviting all comers to join in and participate in their brotherhood and sisterhood of hard rock and vigor.

Now ten studio albums deep, with solo records, Ozzy shows, and Zakk Sabbath tours all kicking ass simultaneously, Black Label Society rides ever forward, fist held high.

Black Label Society is: Zakk Wylde - Vocals, Guitar / John DeServio - Bass /
Dario Lorina - Guitar / Jeff Fabb - Drums

J.T. LOUX RELEASES ROCKING DEBUT SET, ‘TAKEN BY MOONLIGHT’ PRODUCED BY TESLA GUITARIST FRANK HANNON

NorCal band J.T. LOUX – featuring vocalist / guitarist J.T. Loux, bassist Ethan Pecha, and drummer Zach Cook – unleash their highly-anticipated debut album ‘Taken By Moonlight,’ available now.

Teaming up with Producer Frank Hannon of TESLA, this album contains 8 brand new songs that the band has written and recorded throughout this past year.

In 2019, J.T. took notice of Zach and Ethan playing in local clubs and loved the way they grooved together as a rhythm section. Reconnecting in January of 2020, at the NAMM show, J.T. LOUX asked if Zach would be interested in recording some music together. A couple weeks later, they added bass player Ethan to start their song writing journey.

The group has set out to create their own style of modern rock music. Combining J.T.’s songwriting, melodic singing and aggressive guitar playing, Zach’s solid hard hitting drums, and Ethan’s thunderous bass tone, these three musicians create a massive sound for a trio.

On working with producer and guitarist Frank Hannon from the multi-platinum selling band TESLA, J.T. says, “Working with Frank Hannon on this record really brought it to the next level, he helped craft and evolve these songs throughout the entire process.”

On the writing process – “The song ‘Taken By Moonlight’ went through a lot of phases over the course of making this record. Starting off as just an acoustic guitar riff, it turned into much more of a rock ballad when collaborating with the whole band.”

On shooting the video for 'Taken By Moonlight' – “The making of the music video for ‘Taken By Moonlight’ was a really fun process. In order to achieve the moonlit setting we set up white sheets on all sides of the band, which included hanging a queen sized sheet 15 feet into the oak tree above us. Shining lights through the sheets, it diffused the lights and allowed for a more soft moonlight vibe.”

You can view the 'Taken By Moonlight’ video here.

J.T. LOUX has been working non-stop on the development of harmonies. The mixture of both Zach and Ethan’s vocals have opened up endless opportunities for unique sounding melodies. Pulling inspiration from modern bands such as Jack White, Royal Blood, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Dirty Honey and Rival Sons, as well as being influenced by classic bands such as The Beatles, Jeff Buckley, Led Zeppelin, and The Doors.

At 18 years old, J.T. began to work on Frank’s ranch to help pay for studio time. When J.T. left his previous band, in late 2019, he began to sing and write his own songs at the age of 19. Through the guidance of Frank and writing/recording his demos, he discovered his own sense of style and singing voice.

J.T. was just 13 years old when he met Frank Hannon for the first time. “Growing up a huge TESLA fan, I've always had a huge amount of respect for Frank and his music, so to be able to work with such a talented musician/producer, I couldn't ask for a better mentor.”

“Throughout the process of making this record, we decided to not use a click track when recording the music,” explains J.T. “We felt that it gave the songs more life as well as feeling less stiff from track to track. The song ‘Love Is a Drug’ will always hold a special place in my heart because we had spent a lot of time writing and arranging the song. When it finally came time to record, we ended up getting the whole song in the first take. Working with Frank Hannon on this record really brought it to the next level, he helped craft and evolve these songs throughout the entire process.”

At Last! GWAR and Catoctin Creek Distilling Company Set Release Date For Ragnarök Rye on May 28

At Last! GWAR and Catoctin Creek Distilling Company Set Release Date For Ragnarök Rye on May 28

Iconic heavy metal band and Virginia distillery will release over 200 cases of highly rated intergalactic sippin’ whisky featuring collectable bottle toppers nationwide. Pre-order available now!

Catoctin Creek Distilling Co., The Virginia Rye Whisky ℠, WAS excited to partner with GWAR to release their infamous Ragnarök Rye this past February... but then the monster metal rock band drank it...all of it.

mail-11.jpeg

“We knew working on this whisky with the legendary shock rock band GWAR would be troublesome, but we didn’t realize it would be this troublesome," said Catoctin Creek founder and general manager, Scott Harris. "Usually, we have the production process under control, but this time the band members drank everything we distilled, and then demanded we create bottle toppers using rare metal ore sourced from the fillings of trolls. (Who knew trolls have such great dental plans?)”

Mr. Harris continues, “I knew our original schedule was shot. I mean, it's really cool to have rare metal in our bottle design, but it was hard rounding up all those trolls."

Aged in charred new white oak, then sugar maple and cherrywood, each bottle of Catoctin Creek’s 92-proof intergalactic rye whisky comes with a cast-metal collectable bottle topper featuring each of the five members of GWAR: Blóthar the Berserker; Balsac the Jaws of Death; Jizmak da Gusha; Beefcake the Mighty; and Pustulus Maximus.

Thrilled with the release, lead singer Blóthar the Berserker offered this enthusiastic endorsement, “If whisky is liquid sunshine, this rye is a scorching alien sun.”

Recently GWAR linked up with whiskey and spirits connoisseur Fred Minnick for an exclusive virtual tasting and review of the Ragnarök Rye. From the review, Fred Minnick states, “Well done. This is a great edition to the rye whiskey scene. I think that this is one of the best tastes I’ve had from Catoctin Creek. ... This is very good.” Check out his full review HERE.

Up to 200 cases of Ragnarök Rye (92 proof/46% ABV) $99/750mL will be available throughout Catoctin Creek’s national distribution footprint beginning Friday, May 28, with more on the way soon. It will also be on sale in the distillery’s online store for curbside pickup or direct shipping in Virginia only. Pre-sale orders can be purchased through Seelbachs.com. Catoctin Creek Rye Society™ members may contact the distillery to obtain a bottle any time before the release date. For more information, video content, or merchandise, visit GWAR.net and catoctincreek.com/ragnarok.

WITHERED Premieres New Song "Casting in Wait" via No Clean Singing

Tortured blackened death metal machine WITHERED have teamed up with No Clean Singing to premiere their brand new single, "Casting in Wait!" The track is taken from the band's upcoming full-length, 'Verloten,' which is due on June 25! The song and accompanying visualizer can be found here.

Speaking of the song, the band comments, "Humanity’s obsession with glorifying the ego beyond death through legacy is one of the biggest exercises in futility. It’s perhaps the most elegant & noble way to waste one’s existence here. No matter the effort put forth, the earth will rise in tide, open up in darkness, and puke ash into the atmosphere erasing all traces. There is nothing immortal except what we all become. Worm shit that fuels earth’s inevitable return to harmony & humility.”

ICYMI: Artist Paul Romano (MASTODON, HATE ETERNAL, etc.) gave an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the unique album art for 'Verloren!' Both Romano and WITHERED vocalist/guitarist Mike Thompson give in-depth interviews about the concept, working together, and more in this detailed article, which is accompanied by an exclusive video clip and photos! Check it out via Heaviest of Art at THIS LOCATION.

'Verloren' is due on June 25 via Season of Mist Underground Activists! The album can be pre-ordered HERE.

From its inception, WITHERED has been an outlier, a perplexing charge of extremity which the metal scene has never been able to put its finger on.

“We want to compound new elements into every album,” posits guitarist/vocalist Mike Thompson, “and we’re definitely a band for metal nerds. Our audience seems to be the old-schoolers who are absorbed by this stuff every day and jaded folks of a certain age. Industry types and peers tend to get it, but that’s about it.”

Thompson’s self deprecating assessment of his creative output might be part gentlemanly humility talking or a harshly realistic take on WITHERED’s cult status, or somewhere in between, but with an impressive body of work fanned out over the course of 18 years and five albums which have weathered as many trends, the Atlanta quartet continues to confound and refuses to compromise. New album, Verloren is the band’s most daring and iconoclastic work yet, one that spits in the eye of complacency and exists as a contrarian masterstroke.

Originally formed by Thompson and ex-guitarist/vocalist Chris Freeman in 2003 following a spell in local grind institution Social Infestation (alongside Mastodon’s Troy Sanders), WITHERED’s initial goal was to re-write black, doom and death metal modes and mores. To that end, the band has achieved that goal as their sound and aesthetic refuses to clearly state which subgenre they call home. Over the course of its history, WITHERED has generated more questions than answers about who they are and what they do. They’ve toured with the varied likes of Mastodon, High on Fire, Dismember, Grave, Vital Remains, Possessed, Watain, Mayhem, 1349, Krallice, Skeletonwitch and Danzig. Their live show provides an air of never-know-what-you’re-gonna-get mystery. See them on one occasion and it’s a DIY kick in the gut with stripped down, rehearsal room bareness appropriately complementing the lunacy. The next time they get in the van they’ll do so accompanied by rigged up columns of light cloaking the stage in bloody reds and searing whites. And with Verloren, the band’s forthcoming fifth album, Thompson and his band mates – drummer Beau Brandon, bassist Rafay Nabeel and fellow guitarist/vocalist Dan Caycedo – continue to nudge both thematic and sonic goalposts by providing relatable food for thought while retaining the adversarial fire that has powered the engine since the start.

“There’s a philosophical introspective approach to the subject matter that informs our writing style. We’re trying to create an atmosphere that complements the themes and that’s something we’re trying to circle back around to on Verloren.”

WITHERED’s first album, 2005’s Memento Mori, generally speaking, tackled the subject of mortality and the grieving process that follows significant loss, trauma and tragedy. Album number two, 2008’s Folie Circulaire was, as Thompson describes, “more existentialist, nihilistic and Nietzsche-ian” while 2010’s Dualities was an exploration of Jungian psychology and the shadow self. As alluded to in the title, 2016’s Grief Relic started into the U-turn back towards the exploration of the role and impact of grief as the men of WITHERED themselves entered that stage of life in which older family members, friends and childhood heroes were passing away, expectedly and otherwise. Five years on, Verloren rounds out the turn with a sinister sound and an area of study more akin to a deep therapy/counseling session instead of the usual gore and lore that often emboldens extreme music.

“Rafay wanted to use the theme of ‘missing’,” explains Thompson, “which was broad and abstract, so I dialed it down to be more about this outlook I’ve developed over the years about how each of us have a ‘Love Well.’ Every bit of love you get from your parents, your upbringing and your learning how to receive and experience love in relationships and through experiences contributes to the well. Your traumas counterbalance that and take away from it, especially when foundational core elements take a hit, like the untimely loss of a parent. That’s one of life’s unique puzzle pieces and when that piece is removed it’s never going to be replaced.

“We’re equipped with a certain capacity – our wells are filled to a certain level – and when you start getting smacked with traumas, whatever you have in that well - your defense mechanisms - can get worn down pretty quickly, especially for someone who has never really known love because of a broken home, difficult relationships or whatever. Each one of us in WITHERED carry unique traumas that we’ve focused this new record on. For me, most of my significant losses are from older wounds that I’ve dealt with through WITHERED from the very beginning, but with this being the first album with Dan and Rafay, it’s like a new exercise for them to really focus on the things they’ve been carrying around.”

Verloren translates to “missing” from German and relates not just to the friends, family and pieces of the member’s lives and hearts that have, and will go, missing as the time ticks on unfettered, but also, in the face of the global pandemic, just how much the activity of being in a band has been missed by everyone who took the write/record/tour cycle for granted. Verloren demonstrates a topical uniqueness; one that discusses the stuff everyone from the steeliest of black metal cape wearers to the gore-obsessed death metal crushers and everyone playing in a band or not has had to - or will have to - confront at some point. By leveling the elitist playing field so often found in extreme metal underground attitudes, Verloren offers a more holistic experience, elevating WITHERED by being unafraid to discuss topics that fly in the face of what most would connect to the sounds they make.

“About two years before I started WITHERED,” Thompson recalls, “I went through a series of traumas where I was forced to take stock of and define my foundational ‘puzzle pieces’ that could be taken away and what the trauma and grief is going to look like when I lose close family and/or friends I truly care about. Ironically, one I didn’t face until recently was WITHERED. No one ever thought that not being able to play shows or tour because of a pandemic was even feasible. I processed the idea of losing WITHERED and playing music and touring and everything else around the time of Grief Relic when two guys quit the band and I lost a lot of steam and inspiration. Luckily, Beau was there to kick my ass and shake me out of it. When it comes to this album, there was an initial suffering of anxiety because of the uncertainty in the world and the fear of losing this album because we put a lot into it, are super proud of it and it is the best WITHERED album yet. It’s important for my inspiration and motivation to go forward. It takes so much effort for us to create a record, the thought of it for it to all be for naught or potentially be wasted just destroys me.

“Surprisingly, we haven’t had a lot of push back on these themes, though I would love to take on that conflict!” he laughs. “For most people, metal is purely aesthetic, a grandstanding ‘f-you!’ to society and an adolescent rebellion kind of thing. But at the same time, we do get positive feedback from the people who have looked a bit deeper and done some research. We just want to be honest. We used to make the joke when we go out on tour, especially in the early days when deathcore was all the rage and we’d be on these weird package bills, that ‘Hey, we’re WITHERED and we’re here to bum you out.’ We’re not a party band or a shock band so you don’t get the fun aspect from us when going to a show. I’ve always been frustrated that we’ve never been able to communicate our super-realism and the different perspectives of life. If I want to sing about how much gratitude I have for my mother in a roundabout way, then whatever, we’ll do it!”

As WITHERED enters its third decade, they’ve drawn a more insular and conclusive line in the sand. The band has forged further forward with the process of eschewing typicality, including not utilizing any of the usual producer suspects to help sculpt Verloren. Instead, they flew the flag of independence by again going down the route of self-production with Thompson himself taking the bull by its horns.

“We get a little bit more deliberate every time around and starting with Grief Relic we decided not to hire anyone to help produce and filter it through a particular lens. We started self-producing and I kind of took the reins on that last time and more so this time and also when it came to selecting who was going to engineer [Raheen Amlani at Orange Peel Recordings], then mix [Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studios] and master it [Jarrett Pritchard]. The trick is to find someone who loves Times of Grace as much as they love Clandestine and His Hero is Gone, Napalm Death and all the way out to later Enslaved and can balance all those things. If it’s truly honest and truly communicating the intention of a song, then it’ll be powerful, heavy and generate emotion.”

Verloren also revisits WITHERED’s traditional methodological step of sitting down and looking at the present state of metal before consciously lashing out against what’s taking up most of the broader public’s attention.

“We’re constantly looking for something new to do. We love genre bending and putting D-beats next to funereal riffs next to black metal blasts and heavy doom riffs and figuring out how to make it all work and make sense with whatever vibe we’re trying to nail down. For this one, I wanted to lean back into the funereal doom world. I got burnt out when doom – especially southern doom, being a southern band - was the word of the day around the time of our first two records. We basically ran in the other direction and got away from doing any full-on doom parts for a while. I wanted to come back around to that, so we went back to bigger stuff like My Dying Bride for the couple of eight minute epics on the album [album opener “By Tooth in Tongue” and closer “From Ashen Shores”]. Also, for the first time in my life and against my better judgment, I decided to write clean vocals and I’m singing on two songs. They’re kind of buried in the mix a little bit because I’m still self-conscious about them, but they were the only things that made sense for the parts we wrote. I tried to fight it, but nothing extreme was accomplishing the goal. On top of that, we go the other way where three of the songs have some super crusty and grind elements. Part of why I asked Dan to join the band was because I knew he would get the sludgy, crusty side of things and help me cultivate that better in WITHERED. On the album, ‘The Predation,’ ‘Dissolve’ and ‘Casting in Wait’ are his. Those would be the twists on this album because we’re always trying to write what we think is missing and what we want to hear in heavy music after sitting down and looking at the landscape of what’s out there.”

And despite being deliberate oppositional in the subject matter they choose to explore and express, how much of their hearts and souls they choose to strip bare for fickle crowds and grind against whatever current musical grain the rest are cruising along, the determination, seriousness and importance of WITHERED in each member’s lives hasn’t ebbed. In fact, it’s only been magnified with time and circumstance. Having been forced into a year off from normal band life has made it clear how vital WITHERED is for everything from creative expression, social networking, wanderlust, overall personal sanity and moving forward.

“Personally, I’m very, very fortunate with regards to my family and others being supportive and taking what I do seriously. Looking back, I could be really selfish and headstrong about music. My family got so used to it that they would volunteer to schedule dinners and family events around rehearsals and practice because they were able to glean how important this was to me and how seriously I took it. Even moving out into the real world with the professional realm of things and the jobs that we have had in order to keep this going, I’d say it’s taken more seriously now than ever. We’re constantly challenging ourselves to progress and carve our own path. WITHERED is a permanent part of my life, it’s what I expect to be there. I’ve built so much on it and I’ve somehow been able to weave it into my life to where it’s a defining part of me as well. This isn’t rock star fantasy camp, although the other weekend I was bored, missing travelling and sitting around so I took the band van out and just drove out for three hours, turned around and came home!”

Pre-Order Starts NOW!

Watch the Video for First Single, “You’re the One That I Want”

Prepare your air guitars and get the party started with the hottest metal tribute to The Bee Gees and beyond: TRAGEDY! The New York based cover song reinventors are set to release a “best of” collection chock full of remastered favorites, Disco Balls to the Wall, on July 30, 2021 via Napalm Records.

It doesn’t matter at all if you love or hate disco or metal - you will unabashedly love TRAGEDY and their bombastic, crazy mix of disco, metal, glitter and revelry, highly enjoyable on their incomparable powerhouse version of “You’re The One That I Want”, out today. TRAGEDY already broke the internet back in 2015 with the viral video for their energetic take on the Grease soundtrack classic, but now it’s time to mosh on the dancefloor again to a new, remastered version of the song!

TRAGEDY say about “You’re The One That I Want”:

“We found the inner-METAL spirit of Grease...and it runs deep. 1950's greasers, 1970's Travolta, 1980's metal and 1990's grunge, all come together in a new-millennium melting pot - creating a kick-ass high school for adults portraying teens. You better shape up!”

“‘You’re the One That I Want’ Heavy Metal Tribute to Grease is as great as it sounds. They created a music video for the cover, and it is exactly what you’d think a heavy metal version of Grease would look like. Between the crazy outfits, wild hair, air guitars, and locker room parties, the only question left to ask is, why hasn’t this idea been adapted into a full length movie yet? We want more!"

(VH1, US)

TRAGEDY strike solid gold with Disco Balls to the Wall!

The band’s first offering with Napalm Records will include TRAGEDY’s unique twist on hits such as Abba’s “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)” and “Dancing Queen”, Toto’s “Africa”, Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse Of The Heart” and Adele’s intense super-hymn ''Skyfall”, just to name a few. These fearsome brothers drop the perfect selection of all-time favorite disco, soft-rock and pop favorites – completely reimagining them as glorious, red-hot heavy metal treatments.

TRAGEDY add:

Disco Balls to the Wall is the biggest, sexiest, collection of hits we've ever released. It’s as if the Bee Gees turned into werewolves, ate some teens, then bred with the local dog population; thus creating the world's most beastly recordings of disco and soft-rock songs ever made. Sharing this album with your friends and lovers will make you 500% more desirable.”

Pre-Order Disco Balls to the Wall NOW

Get your body shaking when TRAGEDY start to rock out with The Bee Gee’s “Stayin' Alive”, “How Deep Is Your Love” and “Tragedy”, and headbang to the tunes of Slayer’s heavy riffing thrash thunder “Raining Blood” combined with “It’s Raining Men” from American duo The Weather Girls in a way absolutely never heard before. Disco Balls to the Wall is finally topped by a smashing live version of Donna Summer’s fabulous “Hot Stuff”, featuring Alex Skolnick of Testament on lead guitar. What a ride! But the party won’t stop as long as there’s a repeat button to push heavily!

The concept, while subversive and humorous, goes well beyond what others have done in satirical music – TRAGEDY celebrates the soul of the original song, even while turning the soundscape on its head. The amps are cranked to eleven, but the emotion is not lost. You’ll discover new meaning in songs that have been a part of your life as long as you can remember. You’ll laugh and cry, dance and mosh, and feel newly connected to the disco-metal that was inside you all along.

TRAGEDY’s past releases have charted on the NACC Heavy Top 10, and the band was awarded a 2019 Album of the Year nod by the Necrosexual via Metal Injection and described as “one of the hottest bands on the internet” by Loudwire. Due to their energizing and captivating live performance, TRAGEDY have already turned venues all around the globe into a hefty disco metal night and are absolutely ready to spread their glittered wings even further with their upcoming, dominating album of “best of” favorites, Disco Balls to the Wall.

BLUES ROCK POWER TRIO, DUSTIN DOUGLAS & THE ELECTRIC GENTLEMEN’S NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO, ‘BROKEN’ OUT NOW!

Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania’s blues-rock power trio, Dustin Douglas & The Electric Gentlemen, released its much anticipated new single, “Broken” on Friday, April 30th, 2021 worldwide - on all digital platforms. Recorded at 8 Days a Week Studios in Northumberland, PA by revered engineer/ producer and former Badlees/Cellarbirds bassist, Paul Smith, the tune (the group’s first new music since 2018’s full length album, ‘Break It Down’) proves once and for all that the blues-rock genre is most definitely, alive and well.

Accompanying the song is DDEG’s video for “Broken.” The video is directed by award winning director, Jonathan Edwards and was shot in the band’s hometown in the historical Irem Temple Theatre. Currently a restoration project, the theatre was WilkesBarre’s primary performing arts venue in the early 1900’s and known for its Moorish Revival Architecture, towering minarets and stained-glass dome. “The fact this beautiful, ‘Broken’ theatre exists right in our backyard is amazing,” says Douglas. “There was no doubt this was the perfect location for this new video.”

“Broken” has all the classic Dustin Douglas and The Electric Gentlemen elements - sexy grooves, infectious rhythm, and Douglas’ soaring guitar work and unmistakable vocal. “‘Broken’ is a very good sonic explanation of who we are as a band,” says Douglas. “Classic rock with a modern twist. We do our best to carry the torch of our power trio forefathers. The spirit of “The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Cream, and Mountain runs deep in my veins.”

‘Break It Down’ found itself on the Top 20 RMR (Roots Music Report) Blues Rock Album Charts and the Top 10 Pennsylvania Album Charts since its release. The album has also charted on, The Blues Album Charts, The Blues Singles Charts and The Blues Rock Single Charts.

Additionally, DDEG have won numerous Steamtown Music Awards including:

BLUES ARTIST OF THE YEAR ALBUM OF THE YEAR GUITARIST OF THE YEAR VIDEO OF THE YEAR

LIVE PERFORMERS OF THE YEAR

DDEG also received an Independent Blues Music Award nomination for Blues/Rock Song of The Year for “Out of My Mind.” In 2019.

MOONSPELL Announces Reissues of Monumental Albums Extinct and 1755!

To be Re-Released on July 2, 2021 via Napalm Records I Pre-Order HERE

Due to high demand, Portuguese dark metal masters MOONSPELL (who just released their brand new and critically acclaimed album Hermitage, out now on Napalm Records), have announced the official reissuing of their monumental record Extinct (2015), and its successor, 1755 (2017). Both masterpieces will be re-released on vinyl on July 2, 2021 via Napalm Records, but order yours soon – each will be limited to just 100 copies available worldwide!

With Extinct, the band’s 11th studio album, MOONSPELL set the world aflame! The worldwide chart topping album – which landed at #1 in Portugal for several weeks – represents the band at their most experimental and impassioned, and is one of their most successful records to date. Its enthralling mix of darkness and beauty, modern riffing, Fernando Ribeiro`s somber vocals and blackened melodies showcase MOONSPELL’s grandeur in perfection – always one step ahead of the rest, always resisting all genre boundaries!

Two years later in 2017, MOONSPELL outclassed all standards with the colossal 1755. From the first weighty second, the conceptual dramaturgy of this record feels like a detonation of the mind. Playful and spirited, 1755 is an incomparable masterpiece. Telling the story of the year of horror, when a giant earthquake wrecked their home of Lisbon, naturally this album is performed completely in Portuguese. 1755 is an orchestral adventure including strings, bongos, epic choirs and vibrant grooves, and the grand guitars are just a tiny part of this amazing piece of work. The album also features Paulo Bragança, supplying his haunting voice to a Fado fallen angel who plays an important role in Portuguese culture. 1755 is an adventure of Portuguese medieval landscapes full of stunning highlights guarded by stirring hymns; emotional, technical and completely breathtaking!

"What I am most proud of in regards to all MOONSPELL records, is that nobody forgets about them,” says frontman Fernando Ribeiro. "Extinct and 1755 might have been sold out/out of print on LP for a few years, but they’re back on the market by popular demand, amazingly edited, and ready to be rediscovered and added to any proudly die-hard Moonspell fan collection. More to come, stay tuned under the spell!"

Charlie Nieland releases 'Divisions' LP plus stunning video for 'The Land of Accidents'

"This collection of his solo offerings – his second as a solo artist – spectacularly unearthing our worldly connection through his profound, thoughtful and grounding music" - The Spill Magazine

"Pressing drum strikes create a restless atmosphere that’s reinforced by brightly winding guitar lines, and Nieland’s heartfelt vocals as he sings socio-politically steeped lyrics” ~ Big Takeover Magazine

"Brings to mind R.E.M. with both music and vocals right in line with the kind of music they put out in their first ten years... Nieland carries it with strength, his voice like a beacon of truth" ~ Amplify Music Magazine

"Thoughtful and socially-conscious... Neiland brings a message of hope and a vision for a better future" ~ Rebel Noise

"Nieland approaches such subjects with a musical deftness and sonic poise which may at first belie the poignancy of the message he is sending... he balances shards of guitar noise, beguiling electronica and his imploring vocals" ~ Dancing About Architecture

NYC-based producer indie music veteran Charlie Nieland presents his new ‘Divisions’ LP, out March 5, as well as a new video for ‘The Land of Accidents’. Directed by NYC-based multi-faceted artist Hypnodoll, this expansive, visceral music video is inspired by our beautiful earth. She notes "Where we’re from can often feel as if it were projected onto us".

"As the pandemic took hold, so did my plan to produce ‘Divisions’ and I began a listening expedition through my inspirations, from The Beatles to Yes, Cocteau Twins to Interpol, Peter Gabriel to Blur, U2 and The Flaming Lips. I wanted these tracks to be mini-epics, where you hear something new every time you listen. I started recording in my apartment this summer and reached out to drummer Brian Geltner and cellist Patricia Santos, who recorded their parts at home and shared them with me,” explains Charlie Nieland.

“As restrictions lifted, I started a marathon tracking process at my studio that included violinist Heather Cole, both Susan Hwang from my band Lusterlit and Billy Loose from Her Vanished Grace on drums and Susan on backup vocals. I called into service all my instruments, from lap steel, to 6 and 12 string electric and acoustic guitars; fretless, fretted and 8 string basses; analog synths, virtual mellotrons, TR-808s and more. This whirlwind journey is heard here in the obsessive and passionate, surreal and visceral, dream-like progressive rock and dream pop of Divisions"

Nieland’s musical backstory is extensive, having written and produced material with such notable artists as Debbie Harry, Rufus Wainwright, Dead Leaf Echo, Blondie and Scissor Sisters. He scored the feature film 'The Safety of Objects' (starring Glenn Close), the pilot episode of 'The L Word' on Showtime and the VH-1documentary 'NY77: The Coolest Year in Hell'. Charlie was awarded a Gold record (UK) for his production work on Blondie's 'Greatest Hits Sight & Sound' and achieved a Top 10 Billboard Dance Chart Position with Debbie Harry's single 'Two Times Blue', which he co-wrote and produced.

Nieland also played power dream pop with the band Her Vanished Grace for over 20 years before establishing himself as a solo artist with a mix of nuanced songwriting and sonic exploration. He is currently half of the literature-inspired songwriting and performing duo Lusterlit with Susan Hwang.

Nieland elaborates on 'The Land Of Accidents': "This is a dark anthem to not-belonging, inspired by a passage in the novel ‘White Teeth’ by Zadie Smith: a dialogue between the thirst for acceptance and freedom. The suffering we feel in our estrangement can just as easily be liberation. “Nothing happens the way you expected". It was written as part of the international performance series, Bushwick Book Club,” says Charlie Nieland.

The 'Divisions' LP is out March 5 and will be available digitally everywhere, including Spotify and Apple Music, and can also be ordered directly from the artist via Bandcamp. That same day at 1pm EST, Charlie Nieland is celebrating with a livestream show featuring songs from and some words about the new record.

CULTED Shares Official Music Video for "Crush My Soul"

CULTED
Shares Official Music Video for
Faithful Cover of
Godflesh's "Crush My Soul"

Blackened industrial doom collective CULTED is now sharing the official music video for their faithful cover of Godflesh's iconic song, "Crush My Soul." The video, which was created entirely by the band, can be found at THIS LOCATION.

The band comments, "We are longtime admirers of Godflesh's body of sound and have attempted to respectfully interpret and do justice to an incredible song. 'Crush My Soul' was the first music we recorded for the album 'Nous' and in many ways laid the emotive foundation for its modus operandi. We heartily agree with Decibel Magazine who eloquently stated, 'In a parallel universe, [Crush My Soul] would be the name of the album.'"
"Crush My Soul" is taken from the band's new album, 'Nous,' which is out now! Stream, download, or purchase the record HERE.

From the icy expanse of the Canadian prairies to the Nordic coast of Sweden, industrial blackened doom collective CULTED have long been innovators of creating music remotely, transcending both literal and metaphorical boundaries for over a decade. Michael Klassen and Matthew Friesen were first approached by Daniel Jansson to collaborate on an international project and come 2008, these ideas began to coalesce, with fellow Canadian Kevin Stevenson joining the cult. The band soon recorded and unveiled their first LP, Below the Thunders of the Upper Deep (2009), as well as the EP Of Death and Ritual(2010.)

In 2013, sophomore full-length Oblique to All Paths was released upon being written, recorded, and produced in various closets, basements, dens, and domiciles. After forming a union with Season of Mist, CULTED continued their down-tempo exploration of blackened and industrial soundscapes with 2019’s mini-album, Vespertina Synaxis; A Prayer for Union and Emptiness, which was inspired by the isolation, alienation, and damnation that dominates the rime-encrusted lands CULTED inhabit. Now, the band is ready to unleash their most devastating and personal opus yet, Nous.

Nous was born in turmoil after members of the band endured a period of extreme personal experiences, both psychological and physical. The creation process was informed by disease, death, and the resulting existential crises. Instead of predetermining the direction CULTED would take with their third full-length, the band allowed the music to speak for itself as it came together organically. Nous was a result of its creators attempting to destroy or ignore the egoic (that chatter and everything outside of pure consciousness that attempts to sabotage you of peace and rob you of the moment) and instead, opening themselves up to the unidentifiable and nameless muse of sound.

CULTED further explores their relationship with doom, black metal, and industrial on yet another experimental effort in which the band’s collective agony is translated into something both nihilistic and tangible through dissonant soundscapes. Each song is a nightmare in the abyss, dragging the listener through caverns of inexplicable darkness and suffering.
Exemplifying the themes, meditations, and diatribes of the human condition, Nous, which roughly translates to “common sense” or “practical intelligence,” explores both the religious and conspiratorial processes of the mind within the framework of critical thought. According to biblical scripture, Satan convinced Eve that the most powerful of conspirators - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - were secretly trying to keep the first humans shrouded in a veil of ignorance, preventing them from becoming “like God” and “knowing good and evil.” Eve became the first in a long line, from Gnostics to flat-earthers, to believe powerful forces were withholding secret information. Nous attempts to know God or the inner essence or principles of created things by means of direct perception. Nous must be carefully distinguished from reason as it does not formulate abstract concepts or argue them using deductive reasoning, but rather, it understands divine truth by means of immediate experience. Thelema of the gods.

To further solidify these introspective concepts, the cover art is an interpretation of the Temptation of St. Anthony who was one of the first monks to retire to the desert to devote himself to fasting and prayer, which is an often-repeated subject in the history of art and literature, especially concerning the supernatural temptation reportedly faced by Saint Anthony during his sojourn in the Egyptian desert. The art encapsulates both the music and lyrical concept, visually.

CULTED is now inviting you to open your mind, abandon your religion, and to join the cult on this existential and devastating journey.

The news of ALIEN WEAPONRY’s tour with Gojira follows another recent major announcement for the band – their upcoming Stronger Together performances with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, led by renowned New Zealand conductor Holly Mathieson. As announced in March, two individual performances will take place in New Zealand, one in Kirikiriroa Hamilton at the Claudelands Arena on Saturday, May 22 at 7:30 PM, and another in Ōtautahi Christchurch at Town Hall on Saturday, May 29 at 7:30 PM.

As made evident with their breakout 2018 Napalm Records release , ALIEN WEAPONRYdeliver emotionally and politically charged stories of conflict and grief with a warrior-like attitude, with many of the songs sung in the indigenous language of te reo Māori. Some, including the high-octane “Kai Tangata”, incorporate taonga puoro (traditional instruments of the Māori people of New Zealand). These standout blended elements of band’s music are poised to make Stronger Together an exceptional evening for all in attendance. Tickets are available now via www.ticketek.co.nz.

ALIEN WEAPONRY have turned countless heads across the world since their inception. The band occupied the #1 slot for 13 weeks on the Devil’s Dozen countdown on SiriusXM Liquid Metal, they graced the cover of Metal Hammer (UK) earlier this year where they were touted as “the hottest young metal band in the world”, and Revolver (US) named ALIEN WEAPONRY one of the bands most likely to break out in 2021. In Denmark, they were welcomed to the Copenhell Festival by a crowd of 10,000 doing a haka in their honor, and opened up for Slayer in Stuttgart, Germany on their final European show last year.

Established by the two antagonists David Grimore and Adrian de Crow in Gothenburg in the mid-2000s, Swedish entity OPERA DIABOLICUS seeks to scourge the earth with their music, mischief, and schemes.

Through burning hatred and mutual dislike to one another and with one prior album released under their belt (entitled †1614, released 2012), they’ve now conjured their sophomore offspring with music that could be described as epic horror metal, and thus would greatly appeal to fans of acts like KING DIAMOND, CANDLEMASS, MERCYFUL FATE and so forth.

With a little help from their friends, whom brilliantly have assisted with their tools of their trade, plus the eminent Jens Bogren’s (OPETH, SEPULTURA, ROTTING CHRIST, DIMMU BORGIR) mixing and mastering skill, the result speaks for itself.

Genre: Horror Metal

Line-up:
David Grimoire: guitar, keys
Adrian de Crow: bass

CVLT OV THE SVN Releases Final Single from Upcoming Album "We Are The Dragon"!

Finnish Dark Occult Rock Act CVLT OV THE SVN Releases Final Single from Upcoming Album We Are The Dragon

Out May 7, 2021 via Napalm Records

Pre-Order HERE

Watch the New Lyric Video For "We Are The Dragon"

Finally, there’s a cvlt worth joining: May 7, 2021 will see mysterious Finnish dark occult rock act CVLT OV THE SVN release its grim and addictive first full length, We Are The Dragon, on Napalm Records. Embodying a reverberating sense of eeriness, danger and fear, enriched with a pinch of gothic romanticism and pitch-black seduction, CVLT OV THE SVN’s enthralling debut feels dangerously unsettling, lacing its churning heaviness with catchy melodies that travel right through your ears to your central nervous system!

With the unveiling of previously-released goth-boppers like “Twilight”, “The Pit”, “Whore Of Babylon”, “Luna In The Sky Forever”, “My Venom” and just recently, the heavy dark rock anthem “Hellbound”, CVLT OV THE SVN have already proven how to successfully merge seething heaviness and sweet pop melodies. Today, the band has released a final single for the album opener and title track!

“We Are The Dragon” paves the way for a dangerous yet intriguing journey into the frenetic vortex of CVLT OV THE SVN. Like a captivating horror film, the song’s creepy mood takes your breath away, drawing your attention to every note and detail. Get lost in this occult rock and dark pop maelstrom!

"’We Are The Dragon’ was one of the first COTS songs ever to see the light of day and earned the role of ‘title track’ immediately,” the anonymous visionary behind CVLT OV THE SVN reveals. "Also, as the opener for the album, the first lyrics that people would eventually hear when giving it a spin were very important to me. ‘We are the darkness and decay’ is a proper line to begin the album with. A straightforward rock n' roll anthem depicting the darkness itself."

Inspired by movies like The Exorcist and the all devouring darkness itself, CVLT OV THE SVN draws inspiration not only from the heavy rock genre and greats like Type O Negative, Ghost and Turbonegro, but the nostalgic influences of mainstream artists like Roxette as well. Conceptually conveying a variety of extreme emotions, each of the album’s twelve enthralling tracks cut through the noise of society like a razorblade, leaving a long-lasting impression on the listener that’ll have them clamoring for more.

In addition to the macabre thrills of their music, there’s also the character the band’s mysterious frontman takes on stage, twisting the dagger of perception even further like your favorite horror flick and making for a combined experience that cuts deep and close to the bone.

“It’s easier to tell those grim stories through another identity, another character,” the creative cvlt leader recently said. “Black cloaks just go with it, obviously. I’m a big fan of suspense and this kind of content is all about the surprises. I find it is an intriguing realm to explore. Whatever lies ahead, CVLT OV THE SVN will adapt and thrive.”

Pre-Order We Are The Dragon HERE

CVLT OV THE SVN’s We Are The Dragon will be out on May 7, 2021 through Napalm Records and available as CD and Digital formats. The album pre-sale just went up at THIS LOCATION!

Ireland's CATHAL COUGHLAN (Fatima Mansions, Microdisney) presents 'Falling Out North Street' single

Ireland's Cathal Coughlan (The Fatima Mansions, Microdisney) presents 'Falling Out North Street' from acclaimed ’Song Of Co-Aklan’ LP with video by Marry Waterson.

“The lyrics are uniformly excellent…Coughlan reminds you again and again just how good he is” ~ The Irish Times

"A brilliant opus... perhaps his best record to date" ~ The Spill Magazine

"Each slice of spiky post-punk/pop is every bit as intriguing as his witty and acerbic lyrics” ~ Sunday Times

"Coughlan’s sixth solo album is a real gem” ~ Hot Press

"Definitively affirms Coughlan's place amid Ireland's poetic pantheon” ~MOJO (4 stars)

"Song Of Co-Aklan is a more than welcome return from a puckish master of social observation and surreal manifesto” ~ The Wire

“…shows off a rich, Scott Walker-ish voice that’s aging superbly…a welcome return” ~ Uncut

Cathal Coughlan, one of Ireland’s most revered and iconic songwriters, presents 'Falling Out North Street' from his acclaimed 'Song of Co-Aklan' LP, his first new music in ten years and sixth album to date.

Best known as co-founder and vocalist for seminal 80s/90s bands Microdisney and The Fatima Mansions, Coughlan has been described as "the most underrated lyricist in pop today" by The Guardiannewspaper. DJ John Peel was also such a fan that he stated he could "listen to Cathal Coughlan sing the phone book".

Clichés aside, Coughlan returned with what can only be described as a ‘vengeance’. Vengeance, perhaps, on those who thought he might not have another great album in him, perhaps vengeance on himself for doubting that might actually be true. But it wasn’t. After a 10-year absence as a solo artist, Cathal Coughlan’s ’Song Of Co-Aklan’ album has been widely heralded as one of his finest, drawing national media attention in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, France, Switzerland and beyond.

Three singles - ‘Song of Co-Aklan', 'The Knockout Artist' and 'Owl In The Parlour' - show the album’s diversity in tempo and sonic arrangement, corralled by Coughlan's brooding baritone, caustic wit and irresistible choruses. Radio play across Ireland has been unprecedented, culminating in a playlist slot on RTE1 and steadfast UK support from Gideon Coe at BBC 6Music and John Kennedy at Radio X. The LP has even made inroads into US college radio with play on stations like LA's KXLU, WFMU (New Jersey) and KDHX (St. Louis).

'Falling Out North Street' showcases a more reflective, downtempo mood, mirrored in a dream-like short film, directed by acclaimed Yorkshire-based musician and artist Marry Waterson.

"The song tries to describe the absurdity of trying to keep hold of sanity, dignity or confidence in the face of the remorseless advance of time. From the start of the song, a circular pattern from the bass guitar and a plucked cello advances implacably, as the vocal and some transient instrumental elements try to pick a way through the debris of lives and communities. A broad chorus breaks the deadlock every so often, where exhortations are attempted by a wall of voices. Eventually, the singer has to suggest that he and the person he's addressing might have been better off and happier all along had they been pavement purveyors of shouted gibberish and box-room detritus. And so the song ends,” says Cathal Coughlan.

"This video work by Marry Waterson is astonishingly beautiful, and reveals more of itself on each viewing. Rather in the way that one hopes one's music might do for the listener. A musician of renown herself, I think Marry has this magic in both fields. Really, I couldn't ask for a better accompaniment to this song, itself also a patchwork of memories reliable and otherwise, experienced intermittently as the human condition reduces everything to a twilit facsimile.”

This album features Coughlan's long-time collaborators from the Grand Necropolitan Quartet - namely Nick Allum (The Fatima Mansions, The Apartments), James Woodrow and Audrey Riley (notable collaborator of Lush, The Sundays, The Smiths, Nick Cave, The Cure and Coldplay).

On this album, Microdisney/High Llamas bassist Jonathan Fell unites with Nick Allum and Coughlan for the first time since the Fatima Mansions 'Against Nature' LP in 1989. Microdisney/ High Llamas alumnus John Bennett also makes an appearance.

The LP also features Sean O'Hagan (Microdisney, High Llamas, Stereolab), Luke Haines (The Auteurs, Black Box Recorder) and Rhodri Marsden (Scritti Politti), as well as contributions by acclaimed Irish singer-songwriter Eileen Gogan, Andrías Ó Grúama (Fatima Mansions) and Cory Gray (The Delines) on wurlitzer piano.

AWAKE AT LAST Release New Single "Armageddon" + Official Lyric Video

Awake at Last released their new single titled "Armageddon" to all digital outlets via The Fuel Music today. Sirius/XM Octane premiered "Armageddon" and has added it to their Test Drive.

Awake At Last - ARMAGEDDON (Official Lyric Video) can be seen by clicking on the image below:

"Armageddon is a song that reflects the time in which it was written. It’s a song of loss, and uncertainty, but it’s also a song about hope, and the energy that connects all people together. The last year and a half was extremely rough for everyone and there were times where it felt like a blurred nightmare. It took me to a dark place and the only way I knew how to power through it was to take all of the energy that was building up and channel it into this song. The song plays out like a conversation with something that was lost whether it’s a person who was important to you, an ideal, or even pieces of yourself that had to be recalculated and reconstructed. It also explores how sometimes losing someone or something important to you really does feel like the end of the world. I wanted to capture that but I also wanted to paint the picture of the dark clouds passing and remind everyone that there’s always the balance of new beginnings. As we move forward from this very strange topsy turvy year we just had I hope that people can come together. Humanity isn’t perfect, and we all have our flaws, but we’ve always overcome our biggest challenges united rather than divided. Nobody should ever feel truly alone..." says the band's vocalist, Vincent Torres.

Both as a band and as individuals, Awake At Last continue to stand for positivity, spirituality, self-help and making an impact every single day. The band's vocalist, Vincent Torres, states “We are a band that is built on the foundation of endurance and perseverance, and nothing we've accomplished has been easily accessed. I want our fans to know that the reason we are able to live this dream is because they continue to support us and allow us to do so, but most of all I want them to understand that whatever it is that nurtures their soul can also be obtainable if they strive for it and believe in themselves.” Imran Xhelili expounds on this, noting “As individuals, it can feel hard at times to find our own identity and our individual greater purpose. It all may feel rather heavy and bog us down constantly. However, we are here to take a stand and try to rise above all of that and be a respite for all of the darkness around us, as a shining light.”

AWAKE AT LAST is

Vincent Torres - vox
Eric Blackway - lead guitar
Imran Xhelili - guitar

NEW SONG FROM MISPLACED W/ SAYWECANFLY

Produced and co-written by Braden Barrie of SayWeCanFly, "f&f" showcases another side of Misplaced that listeners are yet to explore. The the 4 piece Scottish band known for their modern and rapidly growing signature pop punk feel, this song strips it back completely to just an acoustic guitar with vocals and a little added surprise at the end, which is just another added element in itself to what this band can already accomplish.

The band is dropping their debut EP "fell in love with a lie" that comes out everywhere May 14th and we couldn't be more excited to get it out there! You can pre-save the record here: https://orcd.co/filwal

ATREYU DROP NEW SONG "CATASTROPHE" — LISTEN

NEW ALBUM BAPTIZE OUT JUNE 4

Atreyu will release their new album, the John Feldmann-produced Baptize, on June 4 via Spinefarm Records. Pre-order it here.

The band has just dropped another new track — this time in the form of "Catastrophe."

"'Catastrophe' is, in essence, an apocolyptic love song," the band reveals. "We took a more imaginative approach to the feelings about that we as individuals and the rest of the planet were going through. The world felt like it was falling apart around us. Nothing was certain, and stress and darkness were coming in from every angle. But living through it all with someone who you truly love somehow made it all okay."

Atreyu will be appearing at Blue Ridge and Aftershock festivals, with many more live dates being planned. Watch this space for more Atreyu live information.

With album features from rock heavyweights like Travis Barker, Jacoby Shaddix, and Matt Heafy, placements on top playlists such as Spotify's Rock This and Amazon's Fresh Rock, and critical accolades from Knotfest, Metal Insider, and beyond, Atreyu remain as vital as ever. They are decades deep into career that sees them achieving new accolades and milestones daily with each Baptizedrop.

"Danny de los Reyes from Zac Brown Band here with a story to share…

Last year, we were in Raleigh for one of the most unforgettable shows of my career. It was one of our last concerts before The Owl Tour had to halt, and it was the show that I got to play side-by-side with Carr. Like me, Carr loves percussion. We are passionate about film and music and really loved sharing joy through tambourines, maracas, and a lot of rhythm.

Carr is forever a friend of Zac Brown Band, and an inspirational one at that. As a young adult on the spectrum, he sees the world with a kind of compassion and perspective that we could all use. I am so grateful to have witnessed his creativity on stage by his side. What a privilege for me.

Zac Brown Band and I know that our differences are what make the world a better place. This month, be sure to join us to #CelebrateDifferent and #SupportInclusion by donating to an organization that promotes inclusion for all kids. For us, that’s Camp Southern Ground.

Today is the last day to give and have your gift MATCHED for twice the impact! Donate now and send more kids to a summer camp that will see their differences as strengths.

We're donating. We're choosing inclusion. We hope you will too."

GIFT TODAY

Camp Southern Ground was founded by Zac Brown in 2011 with a mission to level the playing field at an inclusive summer camp where kids can discover the unique gifts within themselves.
