Nordic favorites THE VINTAGE CARAVAN are pleased to announce the upcoming release of their new full-length album, Monuments, out April 16, 2021 via Napalm Records! The band incorporates a fountain of modern influences mixed with retro reminiscences to create an addictive sound all their own.

After countless high-voltage live performances at festivals such as Roadburn, Wacken and Hellfest, and touring with Opeth, the Icelandic band’s new full-length impressively demonstrates that they have matured both musically and lyrically, accented by bold, nostalgic nuance. Virtuosic ‘70s-inspired guitar ruminations encounter an irrefutable mixture of fresh elements and psychedelic, progressive and blues rock trademarks on Monuments, radiating the soul of some larger-than-life bands of the past as these youngbloods breathe new life into a classic formula.

We went into a legendary Icelandic studio, Hljóðriti, during the stormiest season of last winter and tracked non stop for 22 days, working around the clock to get as much done as possible. Luckily enough we finished tracking just before the pandemic hit.

Having worked with producer Ian Davenport on our previous album Gateways we were comfortable and inspired to take the album to new heights in terms of sound, feel and songwriting. We ended up with quite a diverse set of songs through an interesting and in many ways different process than our usual recording sessions. It was a great feeling to get to experiment more with our sound in so many different ways. We hope you'll enjoy the journey through Monuments!"

Hailing from Chicago’s renowned Wax Trax! Records stable of recording artists, MY LIFE WITH THE THRILL KILL KULT have been conjuring up sonic tales of sex, blasphemy and kitschy horror since 1987. Along with label mates such as Front 242, KMFDM and Ministry, TKK (as often abbreviated), helped develop the industrial music genre, but they themselves continued to evolve, creating one of the most diverse repertoires in modern day music. Their sound can be described as electronic rock, heavily influenced by both disco and funk. One of their most distinctive characteristics is the use of spoken-word samples lifted from B-movies laced throughout their songs. Since debuting, they have released 13 studio albums, and their music has been featured in a variety of films, television/cable shows and soundtracks, all the while making a reputation for themselves as one of the most notorious and controversial cult bands of their generation.

Artist Franke Nardiello and musician Marston Daley, two Chicago neighbors who enjoyed late night burritos while watching foreign horror movies on VHS rented from the corner store, began conspiring to make a trashy B movie (in the style of Russ Meyer and John Waters) to be called “My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult”. While the film itself never came to fruition, they also wrote some music to be the accompanying soundtrack. Both worked at Wax Trax! Records in Chicago, and when the label heard the tracks, they were intrigued and eager to release it.

The duo took the title of the film as the name for their band, and decided to focus on the musical group full time. Taking the stage names Groovie Mann(Nardiello) and Buzz McCoy (Daley), they worked on creating an occult-biker meets disco-rock influence look for the project, which included a bevy of voluptuous back-up singers and dancers known as the BOMB GANG GIRLZ. The New York Times wrote, “Sex, blasphemy, big beats and go-go dancing; they’re all in a day’s work for My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult ”. This attracted the attention of indie fans and the ire of religious groups in practically equal measure. They released their first album I See Good Spirits And I See Bad Spirits in 1988 followed up by the hard-hitting dance floor classics "Kooler Than Jesus" and "A Girl Doesn’t Get Killed By A Make-Believe Lover Cuz It’s Hot," which featured no-wave chanteuse Lydia Lunch on vocals. By the time they released their second album, Confessions Of A Knife (1990), they were far and away one of the biggest selling acts on the label.

In 1991, the band embarked on the decadent “Sexplosion! Tour”, titled after their third album. Alternative Press reviewed the show as “Sin-sational!”. The tour was a success and the record sold so well that they signed a deal with Interscope Records shortly afterwards, and the single “Sex On Wheelz” became a sizeable radio hit.

Hollywood also embraced the group, recognizing the unique cinematic aspect of their sound. The band's music has appeared in a slew of films and tv/cable shows including, director Ralph Bakshi’s "Cool World”, Paul Verhoven’ssaucy “Showgirls”, MTV's "Beavis And Butthead", and the cult film classic “The Crow”, in which the ensemble make a cameo appearance performing their song “After The Flesh”. More recently the KULT was written into the story line of the 2014 film “Sexy Evil Genius” starring Seth Green.

THRILL KILL KULT continue to release new material via their own SleazeBox Records label (sleazebox.com) and tour extensively with a rotating cast of musicians and dubious characters, however the core of the project has always been Nardiello and Daley, both on record and in the live act. Their performances sizzle with sleaze and infectious grooves, as Melody Maker once described, "A red hot cabaret from Hell".

They begin their 4th decade this year with the release of a new album, In The House Of Strange Affairs on February 14th, and a North American tour commencing May 5th in Las Vegas. The current line-up is Groovie Mann (vocals), Buzz McCoy (keys), Mimi Star (bass), Justin Thyme (drums), Arena Rock (Bomb Gang Girl).

From the icy expanse of the Canadian prairies to the Nordic coast of Sweden, industrial blackened doom collective CULTED have long been innovators of creating music remotely, transcending both literal and metaphorical boundaries for over a decade. Michael Klassen and Matthew Friesen were first approached by Daniel Jansson to collaborate on an international project and come 2008, these ideas began to coalesce, with fellow Canadian Kevin Stevenson joining the cult. The band soon recorded and unveiled their first LP, Below the Thunders of the Upper Deep (2009), as well as the EP Of Death and Ritual(2010.)

In 2013, sophomore full-length Oblique to All Paths was released upon being written, recorded, and produced in various closets, basements, dens, and domiciles. After forming a union with Season of Mist, CULTED continued their down-tempo exploration of blackened and industrial soundscapes with 2019’s mini-album, Vespertina Synaxis; A Prayer for Union and Emptiness, which was inspired by the isolation, alienation, and damnation that dominates the rime-encrusted lands CULTED inhabit. Now, the band is ready to unleash their most devastating and personal opus yet, Nous.

Nous was born in turmoil after members of the band endured a period of extreme personal experiences, both psychological and physical. The creation process was informed by disease, death, and the resulting existential crises. Instead of predetermining the direction CULTED would take with their third full-length, the band allowed the music to speak for itself as it came together organically. Nous was a result of its creators attempting to destroy or ignore the egoic (that chatter and everything outside of pure consciousness that attempts to sabotage you of peace and rob you of the moment) and instead, opening themselves up to the unidentifiable and nameless muse of sound.

CULTED further explores their relationship with doom, black metal, and industrial on yet another experimental effort in which the band’s collective agony is translated into something both nihilistic and tangible through dissonant soundscapes. Each song is a nightmare in the abyss, dragging the listener through caverns of inexplicable darkness and suffering.

Exemplifying the themes, meditations, and diatribes of the human condition, Nous, which roughly translates to “common sense” or “practical intelligence,” explores both the religious and conspiratorial processes of the mind within the framework of critical thought. According to biblical scripture, Satan convinced Eve that the most powerful of conspirators - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - were secretly trying to keep the first humans shrouded in a veil of ignorance, preventing them from becoming “like God” and “knowing good and evil.” Eve became the first in a long line, from Gnostics to flat-earthers, to believe powerful forces were withholding secret information. Nous attempts to know God or the inner essence or principles of created things by means of direct perception. Nous must be carefully distinguished from reason as it does not formulate abstract concepts or argue them using deductive reasoning, but rather, it understands divine truth by means of immediate experience. To further solidify these introspective concepts, the cover art is an interpretation of the Temptation of St. Anthony who was one of the first monks to retire to the desert to devote himself to fasting and prayer, which is an often-repeated subject in the history of art and literature, especially concerning the supernatural temptation reportedly faced by Saint Anthony during his sojourn in the Egyptian desert. The art encapsulates both the music and lyrical concept, visually.

Nearing the release of her upcoming LP, Morbid Illusion, Dark Rock artist SHARONE has released a darkly cinematic official music video for the third single, "Screaming Into Oblivion." Directed by Kyle Lamar and Justin Purvis at Digital Myle, with inematography and editing by Kyle Lamar and Spencer Macy, "Screaming Into Oblivion" features the enigmatic Denver based artist with bassist Zach Barrera.

"Screaming Into Oblivion is about depression. I wrote the song when I was feeling very alone. It seemed that no matter where I turned, all I was seeing was emptiness, and my brain was taking over me. I've dealt with mental illness for many, many years. It's a reoccurring part of my life. I try to shed light on it in my music when I can, because I know I'm not the only one who deals with it. And it helps those people, knowing that they're not alone.

For the music video, I went with a 'Clue (board game) meets The Grudge' theme. The idea was to show different characters trying to figure out who it was who killed me, and at the end we discover that I was the only one there the whole time. That I imagined all these different people in my head and there was no one else around." - SHARONE

Sharone erupted onto the Denver music scene as a solo artist in 2014 playing local DIY venues; since then she has gone on to play venues such as Marquis Theater, Bluebird Theater, and Gothic Theater, playing festivals, and opening for bands such as One-Eyed-Doll, The Birthday Massacre, Fuel, Saving Abel, Davey Suicide, Tantric, Hell’s Belles, Stitched Up Heart, and Puddle Of Mudd. The atmospheric and melodramatic music of Evanescenceand the psychedelic blues of Black Sabbath inspired Sharone to start performing her music live with a full rock band backing her. Brighton-based singer-songwriter Nick Hudson has announced that he will release his new 'Font Of Human Fractures' album this spring. Ahead of that, he presents a teaser for the 10-track offering, and a live rendition (recorded in Sophia, Bulgaria) of 'There is No Such Thing as You', which also appears on the LP.

This is his first solo studio album since 'Ganymede In A State Of War' (2016). Recorded and mastered at Church Road Studios by Paul Pascoe (Barry Adamson, Beat Hotel), these are neo-classical torch songs, banishing rituals and searing ballads, scored for piano and two violins, underlined with gothic electronica, with dramatic cameos and curveballs. Musically, Hudson is influenced by Coil, Kate Bush, Laibach, Danny Elfman, Nico and Scott Walker.

The new solo release, scored almost entirely for piano and two violins, is a ruminative melting pot from the point of view of a queer man in his late thirties. It is like a dialogue with his younger self, negotiating himself free of toxic programming and banishing the inhibitions that can blight, dull and impotize the best of us.

Nick Hudson is a prolific figure on the UK underground music scene and is perhaps best known as frontman of art-rock band The Academy Of Sun, who released their dystopian epic 'The Quiet Earth' last year to critical acclaim. Apart from music, Nick's vast output also encompasses painting, film, and he has just completed his first novel.

'Font Of Human Fractures' is a kaleidoscopic and emotionally transparent document of the search for self-worth – and ultimately love – in a thorny, unevenly-stacked world. On April 30, this record will be released on vinyl and also digitally everywhere, including Bandcamp and Spotify. Already on February 24, the first single should be revealed.

Well achieved American bassist Josh Werner has released his album 'Mode For Titan' on CD vial M.O.D. Reloaded. This is the debut solo offering from the NYC-based experimental dreamweaver, grounded in minimalist beauty and co-produced by legendary American bassist / producer Bill Laswell. This stunning collection of tracks is being

'Mode For Titan' proves that the bass is a melodic and ambient force in its own right. Writing on and for the bass, Josh Werner explores new dimensions of composition and improvisation, and effortlessly moves through sonic textures, all without a conventional rhythm section. Here, Werner explores novel instrumental territory, including the sitar bass, seven-string and fretless bass.

A seasoned composer, performer and abstract painter, Werner has made quite a name for himself working in a variety of styles, most notably in dub, experimental rock, hip hop and jazz. His work with Ghostface Killer, CocoRosie, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Cibo Matto, PopCaan, James Brandon Lewis, Matisyahu, Sly and Robbie, Wu Tang Clan and TV On The Radio's Tunde Adebimpe has cemented his status as a low-end heavyweight.

"I'm excited about the CD release of my solo bass record 'Mode for Titan'. This music was recorded masterfully by Bill Laswell for a high end listening experience. These compositions and performances were dreamt as deep landscapes to get lost in and explore. Producer Bill Laswell's production endows this sonic journey with a vast sense of space, painted in a ray of colors as boundless as the producer's own palette. Previewed the grounding and pulsating track 'Traversal', "Mode for Titan is a hybrid of improvised performances and meditative compositions.. Bill and I wanted to make an "all bass" statement, free from the usual suspects of the rhythm section, which could show range and depth of the instrument as a compositional and sonic tool," says Werner.

Raised in Milwaukee, Josh Werner was a private student of Richard Davis. In 1996, he moved to New York and attended the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music program. His years of recording and performing with top-tier and cutting-edge artists has made an imprint on his identity and place in music history. Werner is also a frequent collaborator of Bill Laswell via such projects as Method Of Defiance and Bass invaders.

Ricky Warwick Releases The Title Track Of New Record 'When Life Was Hard And Fast'

With just three weeks to go until the release of his first solo record in five years, Ricky Warwick has released the title track to 'When Life Was Hard And Fast' featuring none other than Def Leppard's Joe Elliott on backing vocals. The accompanying video, which will be premiering tonight at 7pm GMT, depicts the County Down Ards TT Motor Race that is seen on the album's cover and ran from 1928-1936. The cover shows an accident from one of the races that happened directly in front of a field that was part of a farm owned by Ricky's grandfather, where Ricky himself lived for the first 14 years of his life.

Norway's VULTURE INDUSTRIES have announced their second online performance! This time, the event will take place from the historic location of Salhus Tricotagefabrik (NO). The unique event will take place on February 6 @ 3:00 P.M. EST // 12:00 P.M. PST. The stream is completely free and will be made available on the bands YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Front man Bjørnar explains:

"This time we travel to the historical location of Salhus Tricotagefabrik. Established in 1859 the factory was once the industrial heart of the west coast community Salhus. With a production line that went from raw wool to finished products, the factory had its production peak in 1957 and employed 357 people. Specialized in undergarments, stockings, sports and leisure clothes, strong competition from cheap alternatives drove the factory into an economic crisis in the 1980's and 1989 it closed its doors. Now a knitting factory museum, the concert will take us into the very core of the factory."

The metal scene seems mired in stagnation all too often these days. The tenth edition of the great thrash revival, the never-ending race to be more brutal or more technical or more dissonant in death metal, and the rampant nostalgia of an ever-aging scene do not provide the necessary ingredients for progress and out of the box thinking. That is the very reason why rare bands such as VULTURE INDUSTRIES are so important.

The Norwegians' fourth album 'Stranger Times' continues and expands the band's quest to push the limitations of genre and sound. Their nine new tracks are as easily as masterfully spanning a wide range from dark rock to progressive-experimental metal, while keeping their wild roaming within the boundaries of the band's unique and bizarre sonic universe. Yet VULTURE INDUSTRIES manage to harness their bold mix into recognisable structures and meaningful songs throughout that do not shy away from catchiness and, quite importantly, do not fall into the trap of being weird just for the sake of experimentation.

VULTURE INDUSTRIES have emerged from the vibrant rock and metal scene of Bergen, the unofficial capital of Norway's west coast. Mostly associated with black metal, its rich music sphere in fact covers bands from all styles and directions. VULTURE INDUSTRIES drew inspiration from diverse acts such as FAITH NO MORE, MR. BUNGLE, ARCTURUS, DEVIN TOWNSEND, VED BUENS ENDE and THE CULT, when they started out under the DEAD ROSE GARDEN moniker in 1993. After several line-up changes, the new name VULTURE INDUSTRIES was adopted in 2003 and two demo releases quickly followed - 'The Sleeper' (2003) and 'The Enemy Within' (2004).

Having stirred considerable interest in progressive circles, it was time to present their first official recording with the EP 'The Benevolent Pawn' (2005). Consisting of current and former members of SULPHUR, BLACK HOLE GENERATOR, MALICE IN WONDERLAND, and SYRACH, VULTURE INDUSTRIES shouldered their way past the then-inactive ARCTURUS and the drifting ULVER towards the throne of Norwegian dark progressive metal with their two albums 'The Dystopia Journals' (2007) and 'The Malefactor's Bloody Register' (2010). The eclectic band from Bergen was more than ready to engage with avant-garde metal fans worldwide, which their next full-length 'The Tower' aptly proved in 2013. This release saw expanded touring and more performances at prestigious festivals around the globe.

Nautical folk metallers Storm Seeker present their new album 'Guns Don’t Cry' via NoCut Entertainment, in addition to unveiling both alyrics video and official video featuring Mr. Hurley & Die Pulveraffenfor their latest single 'Deathwatch Beetle Party'.

Over the past week, the Düsseldorf pirates have seen a real boom via TikTok, where the sea shanty 'Wellerman' has inspired millions. Apparently this 19th-century sailor's song speaks to many in pandemic times. Storm Seeker's 'Sea Shanty Folk Version' has generated over 382,000 views on TikTok and briefly featured on NBC news regarding the revival of sea shanties.

Musical adventureres can expect the full explosion of nautical chants with a vintage sailor look and a new approach to their trademark folk metal sound. With their nautical theme, they serve up a rough and crushing soundscape that is entangled with the sweetness of jumpy folk melodies involving the hurdy gurdy, nyckelharpa, cello and recorder.

"Guns Don't Cry' is our third studio album, where every song is carefully selected and crafted with a passion for detail that lies in the small melodies and instrumental parts. Between the music and these lyrics, we take you on a joyful adventure through the winds and waves of the seven seas," says Stom Seeker frontman Timothy Abor.

Recorded, mixed and mastered by co-producer Marius 'Olaf‘ Bornfleth, this album includes 11 stellar tracks that will take you on a voyage to abandoned shores through winds and storms. Alternative rock band The Nixons (Zac Maloy, Jesse Davis, John Humphrey and Ricky Brooks), will be performing a livestream event on Feb 19, 2021 at 7pm CST through Veeps!

The Nixons were founded in Oklahoma City, OK by singer/guitarist Zac Maloy, guitarist Jesse Davis and bassist Ricky Brooks in 1990. The group released their debut EP Six in 1992 on Dragon Street Records and replaced original drummer Tye Robison with John Humphrey, before releasing Halo in 1994 on Dallas-based Rainmaker Records. FOMA, released in 1995 on MCA Records, included the radio hits "Happy Song", "Wire", and “Sister” which was a top 5 alternative hit that also crossed over into the Hot 100 pop chart. The group capitalized on their success with big tours (about 300 shows a year for nearly a decade), including dates with KISS, Soul Asylum, Radiohead, and Toadies. They went on to release two more albums with MCA that yielded several rock radio hits including “Baton Rouge”. The band recently reunited the original line up for a series of sold out shows in the Midwest, culminating with an opening slot with Smashing Pumpkins. In 2019 the band released singles, “Favorite Lies” and “Crutch” as well as a video for the latter. The band wrapped up the year with a double bill tour with Sponge.

Zac Maloy is an acclaimed, award-winning songwriter and producer whose songs have been featured on numerous top-charting albums. Once The Nixons went on hiatus, Zac began writing and producing for other artists. After writing for and producing several rock projects, Zac signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV and decided to take writing more seriously. Sony tapped Zac as a writer in large part because of his unique ability, as a former artist, to relate to artists out there living the life Zac knew well. In 2003, after extensive auditions, John was selected to fill the drum seat for Seether. John has been touring and recording with Seether for more than sixteen years now. The band, averaging more than 120 shows a year, has amassed twenty Top Five singles, three platinum records, and numerous gold albums.

In 2020, the band released Sonic Boom, their first collection of new music in almost 20 years via InterceptMusic.com.

Punk-infused avant metal rock outfit Arsenic Tea Party have announced that they are back with a new release - 'The Really Not Good Times' EPis out as of February 14. Ahead of this, they present a lyrics video for lead track '12 Gauge Exit Strategy' (created by Jacob Glover), coupled with a clip for 'Tommy The Cop' (by Amanda Meade).

Formed in Flint, Michigan in 2019 as a solo project, Arsenic Tea Party today revolves around the duo that is Richard Cynic (vocals, drums, keys, guitar, lyrics) and Ron (Ryan Szewczyk) of Downtown Brownfame on guitar and bass.

An apolitical Rock and Roll outfit dedicated to "poisoning" the minds of honest folk with positive, nihilistic cheer, Arsenic Tea Party exists to make noise and make it fun for everyone - to make things less painful. There's a certain level of whimsy,and levity in this avant-garde metal. At times sardonic in subject matter, this simple but high-energy music has got hooks, and utilizes a wide range of instruments and styles.

Debuting with their eponymous LP in mid-2019, it's been a full year since they released their next single 'Homesick For Hell'.

"Personally, we both have gone through a lot of very strange and terrible things the past two years. From struggling with health issues, losing homes and livlihoods, getting shot and basically coming back from the dead, the pandemic, missed opportunities then, and now, major depression...you get the picture," says Richard Cynic.

"This release, and its future sister release, is an attempt to make sense of the fact that there is no good sense in any of this - and I guess to poke fun at serious issues to minimize their power. Kind of like how a mother bird will regurgitate food for her offspring. This EP is just a sardonic outlook on the absurd nature of everything that is the present or that could be the present - I don't like to date things, haha."

We recorded this release in our homes respectively. Just a homegrown record. I handle the Vocals, Drums, Keys, and Guitar, and Ron handles both Guitar and Bass. For a brief period, ATP had live players, but that was short lived. We aren't in much of a hurry to play live given the circumstances, but we do have prospects and interested parties who are practicing our songs as we speak.

As of February 14, 'The Really Not Good Times' EP will be available digitally across all platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music. It can already be pre-ordered via Bandcamp, where '12 Gauge Exit Strategy' is being offered as an instant gratification download.

Keith Wallen has signed an international distribution deal with eOne and has launched a national radio campaign for his new single "Dream Away"

Keith Wallen is a dynamic guitarist and vocalist, a passionate live performer, and a diverse songwriter. As guitarist and backing vocalist, he’s brought his tireless enthusiasm to Breaking Benjamin since the multi platinum rock band’s 2014 reformation, appearing on Dark Before Dawn(2015) and Ember (2018), as well as countless worldwide tours.

As solo singer, songwriter, and performer, Keith explores everything from melancholy balladry to inventively re-imagined pop music. He draws upon a deep well of experience and inspiration. His father was a ‘60s crooner and his mother was a professional dancer. He heard big band standards arouse the house. Quite simply, music (and the arts) are part of his DNA.

Wallen first enjoyed Active and Modern Rock radio success with the Knoxville, Tennessee based Copper, which he co-founded with a friend he’d known since first grade back in West Virginia. During his four-year stint with Las Vegas rockers Adelitas Way, which included two full length albums and three co-writing credits, Wallen found himself rubbing shoulders with tour and festival mates like Guns N’ Roses and Deftones.

With Wallen part of the reconfigured lineup, Breaking Benjamin’s powerhouse comeback album Dark Before Dawn debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2015 and went gold a year later. “The Diary of Jane,” a single from 2006’s Phobia, was certified triple-platinum in September 2019.

Beginning with his 2014 debut EP, Allies, Keith has used his solo work as a vehicle to explore his multifaceted passions, moving seamlessly from the smart pop of his ‘80s favorites like Tears For Fears and The Police to the big and moody riffs of Metallica and Alice In Chains. Subsequent singles explore everything from synth-pop to dark grunge.

As guitarist for Breaking Benjamin, a solo artist, and songwriting collaborator, the common threads through all of Keith Wallen’s work is honesty, authenticity, and heartfelt spirit.

Austin-based indie rockers Arrows To Fire have announced their new single 'A Million Miles Away', a guitar-driven track that was inspired by struggles experienced during the current pandemic, with a sound in keeping with a tradition of ’90s-rooted alternative rock with a current twist.

This single was mixed by legendary producer Tim Palmer (David Bowie's Tin Machine, The Mission, HIM, U2, Robert Plant, Tears For Fears, Ozzy Osbourne, Goo Goo Dolls, Pearl Jam).

A US-French collaboration, Arrows To Fire is Austin native John Joyo on vocals and French/American guitarist Chris Lavigne (guitarist, composer), who originally met in 2016 during a meeting about medical devices. The two biotech entrepreneurs soon discovered they shared a passion for alternative rock and strong desire to use alternative rock as a forum to address varied subjects - both personal and political. It didn’t take long for them to find common ground in sound and grow a path that led to releasing their 2016 debut album.

"This release means a lot to us. 2020 has been a total cluster f@$%. The pandemic has wreaked havoc on the music industry at all levels, and we have all had to work so hard to adapt to a new way of life, and a new way of creating music. 'A Million Miles Away' was inspired by moments and struggles during the pandemic. It was written, recorded, mixed and mastered 100% during the pandemic and represents a shift in the way we are approaching music," says John Joyo.

"For this single, we worked with mix-master Tim Palmer, an industry veteran that has worked with so many of the bands we look up to. Rad. We’re so excited to share a piece of how we spent our pandemic time that we’ve all been forced to endure."

The band has since blazed its way onto the alternative rock scene with their 2018 album 'Here We Go' and a series of YouTube videos that have racked up nearly a million views collectively, most notably for 'This is Here', underlining the song’s call to action for planetary preservation. Indie Rock Cafe listed Arrows to Fire a band to watch after their 2018 South By Southwest debut. Amazon’s music curators were equally impressed, including their cover of Golden Earring's 'Radar Love' in their epic Open Road Amazon Original playlist.

Their songmanship influenced by Pearl Jam, Kings of Leon, The Killers, Foo Fighters, The Presidents of the United States of America, Band of Horses, The Hives, Fu Manchu and Weezer, but Chris Lavigne notes, "It’s important to us that we don’t box ourselves in too much or stick to the same sound all of the time because we like to approach music like we approach life - be adventurous, try new things, and be open to inspiration that could come to you from anywhere or from any type of music. We like to think that comes through in the variety of sounds you’ll hear in our new music."

'A Million Miles Away' will be released on January 15 and will be available across online stores such as Apple Music, and streaming platforms such as Spotify.

This is the fourth single from this album, following up a smashing video for ‘Stranger (Holy Wars - Cruel World Mix)' featuring Kat Leon (of Holy Wars).

The original version of this song, penned by BIC curator Michael Ciravolo and The Mission’s Wayne Hussey, appears on ‘The Storm Before The Calm’ album. Along with BIC producer Michael Rozon, Ciravolo set out to strip down the ominous tone of the original especially for this remix release. After hearing Wayne’s wife Cinthya’s rendition of The Smiths ‘Everyday Is Like Sunday’, the idea emerged for her to sing this new version along with Wayne.

This remix was created by legendary producer Tim Palmer (David Bowie, The Mission, U2, The Cure). BIC main-man, Michael Ciravolo says “Tim has always been one of my favorite producers … and one of the silver-linings of this lockdown is that he has time to do this and two other remixes for our new album”. Far from being a typical band, with its revolving/evolving lineup, videos are the truly the ‘face’ of BIC. Ciravolo’s goal is to make each visually different from its predecessor and this new video certainly checks that box!

“When we returned the track, the delicate balance of all things, to Michael with Cinthya’s newly-completed vocals, Michael’s reaction was to declare he loved it and that we had to shoot a video for this version, remixed by the redoubtable Tim Palmer," said Wayne Hussey.

"With the option of travelling to LA to shoot out of the question due to current Covid-19 restrictions, Cinthya, being in the trade somewhat, contacted a few of her colleagues to ascertain who exactly might be interested in helping us shoot a video in Sao Paulo. Enter the Antipodean Mark Bromilow. Mark and Cinthya had previously acted together on a Kit-Kat advert and had remained friends. The many credits to his name include time spent as artistic director for Cirque De Soleil, where he met the Brazilian Natalia Presser, the featured aerial artist in this video. Locations were scouted, Cinthya having the idea of filming in an old theatre or abandoned warehouse - somewhere strange - while Mark came up with the idea of filming in a currently-closed-down-due-to-Covid circus in Sao Paulo. So the Big Top it was. Using David Lynch as inspiration, we aimed for the video to evoke something otherworldly and magical. So, how did we do?”

The full 27-track collection of the 'Out Of Chaos Comes...' LP (available on CD) is deep and diverse and comes with a few surprises, including Ashton Nyte’s gorgeous acoustic version of ‘The Outside’, and an acoustic/mellotron drenched ‘Memory Of Love’ from Human Drama’s Johnny Indovina. There are also some new and fantastic guitar moments from Simon Hinkler (The Mission), Richard Fortus (Guns N' Roses), Mark Gemini Thwaite (Peter Murphy. The Wonder Stuff) and Nick Johnston.
