Hard rock band ARTIFAS released the official music video for their new single "LEAVE ME FOR DEAD"! The single is from their forthcoming album titled Reflections due out November 19, 2021.

"Leave Me For Dead is a song about abandonment and the struggle to overcome the emotions associated with it. We've all had that person in our lives that we trusted, just to find out that they would leave us for dead when things got tough. This song is about just being in disbelief over something like that and the internal battle that follows when you're left in doubt..." says the band.

American Hard Rock band Artifas was formed in 2011 in Jackson, TN by lead guitarist Cody Criswell and lead vocalist Scottie Somerville. In the months following, the two founders of the group would immediately recruit an assortment of hometown musicians and begin looking to record their debut EP. After having a long and ugly encounter that resulted in the theft of all the bands funds and receiving no album in return, the original incarnation of the group would spend 2012-2013 doing several independent tours and writing music. After debuting with their EP Enemy Inside in 2013 and doing numerous regional/national tours in support of it, the band replaced former members with guitarist Mikey Miller, bassist Anthony Mattox, and drummer Jared Wainscott.

With almost two years of touring with the new lineup under their belts, Artifas inked themselves a record deal and hit the studio to make their first full length album. The 2015 release of the title track, “Inhuman,” would bring the band some commercial success, reaching # 32 on Billboard’s Active Rock chart and sending the band on the road in support of their new album. The band landed tours with established artists like Theory of a DeadmanShamans HarvestPop EvilSaint AsoniaAranda, and others. The follow up single from that record, “Blood 4 Blood”, would later get picked up by the World Series of Fighting and subsequently land a feature in the UFC movie “Fight Valley”. The band parted ways with their record label in 2016, and remained on tour throughout the US for most of the following year, also traveling internationally for the first time with the likes of Papa RoachHoobastankP.O.D.Trapt, and Sick Puppies to play for our American Troops.

Multiple tour cycles later, Artifas found themselves back in the studio making new music. The band worked with multiple writers and producers throughout the entirety of 2018, but would ultimately only find themselves frustrated with the recordings that resulted. After a soul search within the group, Artifas elected to embrace their own vision and write/produce their next album independently, free from the creative overreach of outside influence.

After two years of writing, recording, and mixing, Artifas has completed the new album, and plans to unleash it upon the world. With catchy guitar riffs, dizzying drums, and soaring melodies, Reflections will send you on an emotional journey, exploring the band’s semi-prog, radio rock sound while diving deeper into the human complex with lyrics centered around self awareness and the bands own struggles with mental health. The goal for the creation of this album was to make a record that met the band’s expectations and you can rest assured they held nothing back. Mixed and Mastered by Forrester Savell (Twelve Foot Ninja, Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus)Reflections promises to wow you with musical prowess, all the while delivering Artifas’ important message on unity, inspiration, and the sempiternal battle between dark and light.

Paleface Join Forces With LANDMVRKS On Brand New Track "Dead Man's Diary"

Switzerlan's very own purveyors of brutality, PALEFACE, have launched the new era of the band today with the release of brand new track "Dead Man's Diary". The track features guest vocals from PALEFACE's longtime friend and producer, Florent Salfati of LANDMVRKS and comes accompanied by a big production, high octane music video featuring helicopters, pyro and an S&M dungeon. Watch the video here or by clicking the image below and find the track on streaming platforms here.

Speaking on his band’s latest music video release, frontman Zelli shares

"This song is about a man who has witnessed the overwhelming atrocity that played out in the first three chapters of the band and is now trying to process it with the help of diary entries. The words describe his life, which on the one hand shows the beautiful and positive events he experienced yet on the other hand, demonstrate the pure horror he witnessed.

"This is the most elaborate music video our band has ever filmed. It is a metaphor for the lyrical content of the song. On the outside everything seems fun and larger than life, but deep down the man is imprisoned by his overwhelming, dark thoughts and self-loathing. Having Florent of LANDMVRKS on the song with us was awesome. He also joins us in the video and gives an explosive performance. He is our long-time producer and a good friend of ours, so it was only a matter of time before we finally joined forces.

"Welcome to the next chapter of Paleface. This is just the beginning."

ABOUT PALEFACE

Paleface was formed in Zurich, Switzerland in 2017 by vocalist Marc Zellweger (Zelli) and drummer Colin Hammond (CJ) having met through a mutual friend in 2016. After bonding over a shared love of beatdowns and hardcore, Zelli and CJ shook hands at a concert in 2017 and promised they would create the craziest beatdown band ever together.

They recruited guitarist Yannick Lehmann to the band and released their debut ‘Chapter 1: From The Gallows’ in 2018. Later that year, they brought bassit Tommy-Lee Abt to Paleface family. They played their first show in October 2018 and quickly grew in popularity with the song “Deprivation Method”.

In early 2019, Paleface started writing ‘Chapter 2: Witch King’ which was released in May 2019. The band started to gain international attention with the release of tracks “Human Hunter” and “Skin People”. They released the single “No Mercy At All” at the end of 2019 and started working on the final installment of the dark story they’d created with Chapters 1 & 2.

Chapter 3: The Last Selection’ was released on October 30th 2020 to much acclaim. PALEFACE released two music videos for huge tracks “Curse Us”, “The Rats” and “Skalpell” which quickly ranked high in the deadown/hardcore charts and saw the band become cover stars on Spotify’s Heavy Beatdown playlist. The released the music video for "Lights Out" earlier this year. Their releases to date have seen them clock up nearly 3.5 million streams across all platforms and 90k monthly listeners on Spotify alone.

The band have been hard at work on new material and will have more news to share in the coming weeks

The neutrality Switzerland is known for globally does not apply to Paleface.

ERDVE Streams Virtual Performance from Lukiškės Prison

Experimental Sludge outfit ERDVE is now streaming the virtual live performance that was recorded in at the Lukiškės prison in Lithuania in September 2020. The unique experience was captured in full by No Brake productions and can be viewed below.

About the location:
The stage at the Lukiškės Prison was set up in a round 4-level hall, which is a main part of the 1st prison block that used to serve as a death row for prisoners a while ago. After the death penalty became prohibited in 1998, the 1st prison block was only used for prisoners serving a life-sentence right until 2019 relocation of inmates to another prison.

ERDVE comment on the show: "Our goal was to enhance the eerie atmosphere of the prison architecture with our musical performance, yet you could still feel the smell and the surrounding energy from the recent prison life. We are happy to be able to share this documented footage shot by NO BRAKE productions, providing a closer look from multiple points of view."

ERDVE is supporting their brand new album, 'Savigaila,' which was released on July! Stream, download, and order HERE.

Style: Experimental Hardcore Sludge

Crushing insanity drips atmospherically out of every crack on 'Savigaila', experimenting with elements from hardcore, sludge, and black metal.

When ERDVE formed in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius in 2016, the band had a clear aesthetic vision of creating a unique heavy sound that experimented with elements from hardcore, sludge, and black metal – yet was not bound by any unwritten “rules” surrounding those genres. ERDVE’s members had already been active in their local scene and performed in various acts such as NYKSTA, SRAIGĖS EFEKTAS, and SPIRALE. A self-made tape version of their debut made its rounds in underground circles and the Lithuanians received the rare honour of being picked straight out of the dreaded demo pile by virtue of their musical strength and compelling quality.

The core ideas behind ERDVE are translated into lyrics, visuals, and sound by in-depth reflection on concepts such as domestic violence, utmost disgusting behaviour, crimes against humanity, and extremism. Their debut album 'Vaitojimas', released in 2018 by Season of Mist, delivered exactely that!

The new offering 'Savigaila', which translates as "self-pity", revolves around overcoming the numbness within the great challenges of unsettling reality, and accepting them as they are. Regret, envy, self-regard, love, care and togetherness. From completely understandable to the most unreasonable sense. This idea is turned into melodies, rhythm, and sound by ERDVE on the bands upcoming sophomore album.

But make no mistake, ERDVE successfully transformed these melodies into a new unnerving experience on how THEY perceive life and with 'Savigaila', you may find that enjoying life, can be entirely implausible...

Join ERDVE on their next journey into the Baltic darkness!

MERCURY CIRCLE Premiere Music Video for "Like Matches"(feat. Cammie Gilbert of OCEANS OF SLUMBER) and Celebrate Release

"A wonderful piece of art that swings perfectly between gloom and romance!"

Metal Hammer, DE (6/7)

"Desolation and despondency never felt so good!"

Powerplay, UK (9/10)

"Killing Moons is a unique listening experience, which enchants with breathtaking soundscapes!"

Metal-heads.de (9/10)

Praised by fans and critics alike for their outstanding 2020-EP The Dawn of Vitriol, Finland's MERCURY CIRCLE have unleashed their hotly anticipated debut full-length record, titled Killing Moons! With 10 brand new tracks spanning over 63 minutes, the band's brand new record is a deeply powerful and majestic piece of music - truly representing a genre of its own - and one that will take the listener on an all-absorbing trip into yet unimaginable spheres.

In support of the new album and to celebrate the release in glorious style, MERCURY CIRCLE just shared a new video clip for the track "Like Matches", with a special guest appearance by none other than Cammie Gilbert of mighty Oceans of Slumber.

Watch the video for "Like Matches" here:

Founded by producer and musician Jaani Peuhu, who paused his activities in SWALLOW THE SUN for the band's upcoming album cycle in order to fully concentrate on MERCURY CIRCLE, the Finnish five-piece is by far no stranger to the scene and features former and current members of well-known acts such as CHILDREN OF BODOM, TO/DIE/FOR, HANGING GARDEN and SLEEP OF MONSTERS. Thematically inspired by daily life with all its dark facets and challenges, "The original idea for the album concept was to make it some kind of a gateway that opens up a path away from everyday life leading somewhere where we can be free from all the stress, grief, Corona or any other worldly worries" Jaani Peuhu explains.

He continues: "This idea of escapism is very basic and true to music, but it turned out to develop a deeper and more complex meaning for me during the writing process. I had to cope with the difficult reality that my father, a brilliant musician himself, was no longer in this realm anymore because of Alzheimers disease. I often wonder where he is, roaming in his own head. I imagine that he is free to travel in space and time and do whatever he wishes there, like destroying planets or having a good time in a spiritual world… all while this disease is erasing a lifetime of memories. Many of us are looking for ways to flee the state we’re in, others don’t have the choice to stay, and even more so, can’t find the way back to the everyday life because they can’t remember it. This is where the term Killing Moons comes into play. It is derived from Echo & the Bunnymen’s The Killing Moon. It had been sitting in my head for a long time and transformed into one of the album’s most personal songs a bit by accident. When I sang the first demo songs in gibberish English, the words Killing Moons made its way into the lyrics and somehow started to resonate with me: The MOONS as a measure of time and the KILLING as a way of erasing the lived years - or the escape from everyday life, as in killing time by reading a good book. As a band, we also created a strong visual story around Jaska’s interest in space and science, as well as around my way of living with energies, spirits and occults. Our daily lives with losses and broken hearts play an important part in our music and lyrics and those concepts help when thinking about what we want to say with our instruments and arrangements.
So, you can think of the album title in terms of my personal story, but honestly, I’d rather you create your own story and world with us."

"Killing Moons", the debut album by MERCURY CIRCLE, is out now on Noble Demon and available for purchase at THIS LOCATION

WATCH "Mama Said" - Kelly Monrow ( Official Video ):

Actress Kelly Dowdle, best known for her roles in BillionsLuciferAmerican Crime Story, the upcoming film Three Days RisingScandal Made Me FamousBig Momma's House 2 and more has released a new single "Mama Said" under the moniker, Kelly Monrow.

"I was in Nashville doing a co-write with my producer Sinclair and my mom happened to be in town visiting. I was telling Sinclair how my mom raised us as a single woman and what a positive influence she has had on my life. I started firing off some of her sayings and we found ourselves laughing and writing them down. We took those verbatim and turned them into the lyrics of 'Mama Said.' So I guess she basically wrote this song, Thanks Mom!" says Kelly.

She adds, "The coolest part is that my mom got to watch me lay down the final vocals in the studio, which was super special. One of the lyrics is 'go to bed, it can wait till morning,' and that’s really been a great piece of advice. My mom was tough growing up and always reminded me to make my own way and to not rely on anything outside of myself. This song holds meaning to me because I wouldn’t be who I am today without the lessons from my Mama."

Kelly Dowdle is a native Texan. She attended the University of Texas where she received her undergraduate degree in Radio, Television, and Film. Kelly hopes to inspire others through her creative work to not care about the outcome but to stay focused in the joy of the process, always following your heart and doing what makes you happy.

Hard Rock/Metal Band UNCURED Released Its Powerful New Anthem "TAKE ME AWAY"

"Take Me Away" Buy/Stream link:

https://hypeddit.com/link/ut6pxh

Hard Rock/Metal band UNCURED released its powerful new anthem "TAKE ME AWAY"
on all major platforms today! Uncured is a 4-piece from New Jersey that is known for its energetic live shows, dynamic vocals, catchy riffs, and blistering guitar solos.

"Take Me Away" showcases the incredible, 4-octave vocal range of Uncured's lead singer Rex Cox. In addition to Uncured's precision guitar work including two exquisite guitar solos, "Take Me Away" features full orchestral strings and brass throughout.

Rex Cox wrote "Take Me Away" during the lock-down at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. "'Take Me Away' is a song about the various stresses created by isolation and detachment. The song tells the story of the growing divide between a couple, and the longing for better times. Ultimately, 'Take Me Away' is a song of liberation, strength, and freedom. The orchestral components give the song a soaring sense of emotional release," says Rex Cox.

Prior to "Take Me Away"Uncured released three other new singles: "Living Like I'm Dead"; "I Won't Break"; and "All Alone".

The band was founded in 2016 by brothers Rex Cox and Zak Cox, who both play guitar and sing. Liam Manley plays drums and Micah Smith plays bass.

Uncured has already played 25 shows in 2021, and recently opened for Judas Priest at the Warlando Music Festival in Florida. Uncured started touring in 2017 and has performed over 200 shows in 14 countries with top acts such as All That Remains, Lacuna Coil, Cradle of Filth, Soulfly, Children of Bodom, Devildriver, White Chapel, Dying Fetus, Katatonia, and Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed).

Uncured released its first full-length record Medusa on March 10, 2017. The record was named one of the "10 Best Metal Albums of 2017" by AXS.comMetalSucks wrote that Medusa is "a synthesis of all manner of melodic, progressive, technical metal — Dream Theater, Opeth, et al. — mixed with a groovy, almost tribal approach trafficked by '90s stalwarts like Sepultura and Fear Factory. Have those two genres ever been mixed together before? Probably, somewhere. Have they ever been mixed together before with such finesse and originality? Certainly not."

Uncured released its second full-length album Epidemic on April 19, 2019. Epidemic was also met with massive critical success. MetalSucks described the album's first single "Choke" as "an assemblage of chunky caveman breakdowns that dance around the band's signature groovy riffs and hook-fueled solos, offering excitement and a never-ending propulsion of madness." Uncuredcreated a play-through of its single "Conquistador" exclusively for Guitar World, who referred to the song as a "technically dazzling track." Finally, MetalSucks called the single "Death Valley" an "absolute slayer of a tune, an amalgamation of prog, power, groove, and death metal."

Their EP Uncovered released in early 2020. It includes covers of songs by Pantera, Sepultura, The Beastie Boys, and America. Their cover of Slayer's 2001 classic "Disciple" was named 2019's Cover of the Year by Sirius XM Liquid Metal.

What People Are Saying!

"Uncured sounds a bit like old school Dream Theater with some modern tricks thrown in, such as full-on breakdowns and smoking guitar acrobatics. This band is comprised of extremely talented and promising young musicians."
-- Metal Injection

"It has been a long time since I have been this utterly impressed by a new band. And how often do you see two vocalists unleashing harsh vocals with intense yet melodic riffs? The young lads with their youthful energy, technical prowess, and blistering speed set the stage on fire."
-- Metal Nexus

"The talent in musical composition and song arrangement was vastly evident right from the outset, and it never ceased to engage and compel. Uncured's roots are firmly planted in prog, but also in Scandinavian death metal, and the manner in which they moved from crushing heavy grooves to break into smooth, sexy interludes was beyond exemplary."
-- Metal Assault Magazine

"Just wow, the raw talent of such a young fronted band is outstanding. Formed, written, and lead by two teenagers, is truly insane."

With over 25 years and 10 albums soon to be under their belt, BLOOD RED THRONE is dedicated to the continual delivery of straight forward, exceptional death metal with "Imperial Congregation" being no exception. “This time around we’ve made something new and fresh in our sound. We felt it from the very first song that was written; this will take us to a whole different level in terms of arrangements, riffs, vocals... everything. We are super-excited to share this with our fans, and in cooperation with the greatest label ever,” says Olaisen.

"Imperial Congregation" delivers quality, old school sound while reflecting in part upon the self righteous nature of humanity and its incessant need to destroy itself through power, ignorance and religion. “We live outside this system,” explains Olaisen. “We don’t join in on the sheep mentality. Create your own possibilities, be responsible for your own misery or success!

The haunting, organic album artwork was designed by the infamous Marcelo Vasco. The image displays a flock of old, religious men as they meet in secrecy to design the laws of lower society. “Many of our lyrics deal with our skepticism of religion, and of mankind in general. Be free or be dead,” says Olaisen. "Two gigantic skeletons tower over the men of worship as they dictate human fate by candlelight."

Ferocious and uncompromising in their execution, CARCASS’s ability to intricately dissect the innards of death metal, and display them for us to sonically understand has been their point of excellence for over three decades. In 2019 the band released their first single in over 5 years “Under The Scalpel Blade,” followed by a 4 song EP entitled Despicable (October 2020), setting a potent precedent for the full length album coming in September: "Torn Arteries." With the album title itself referencing an old demo created by original drummer Ken Owen back in the 80’s, "Torn Arteries" sits as a bookend on the modern side of the CARCASS discography, connecting directly back to where everything began over 30 years ago.

The album artwork also rings reminiscent of the grotesque photography that appears on classic CARCASS album covers like "Reek Of Putrefaction" of "Symphonies of Sickness." Artist Zbigniew Bielak traveled outside his normal wheelhouse to bring forth a time lapsed set of photos showing vegetables shaped like a heart, rotting over time upon a white plate. This form of artwork was influenced by Japanese Kusôzu, meaning: ‘painting of the nine stages of a decaying corpse.’

It’s very clean, white, which we’ve never done before,” explains vocalist and bassist Jeff Walker, “it doesn’t look evil, or typically death metal, but I like how clean it is; almost like a coffee table book.” This new album presents images, lyrics, and sounds that so distinctly scream CARCASS, but ferry us into a new era of production, songwriting, and art all together.

I think as our 7th album, it does stand out from the others both sonically and stylistically,” says Walker. “You can definitely tell that it’s CARCASS; when you drop that needle on the vinyl, when you hear that guitar tone, you can tell it’s Bill Steer, but each album is always a product of its time.

With "Torn Arteries," each track stands unique from the rest in its approach to guitar, bass, vocals and drumming, along with all the finer details. Filthy and dominating guitar work creates thick layers of tone and melody, piling on top of each other like the weight of dead flesh in tracks like “Kelly’s Meat Emporium.”

The working title for Kelly’s was originally ‘Stock Carcass,’” laughs Walker. We knew that one was a real meat and potatoes track for the album.” Meanwhile the elevated speed and catchy beat in “Dance of Ixtab” tell a robust and airier story, one that is certain to get a reaction from live crowds. “We built this song around the beat. We had an approach to each song that was a definite idea. It’s all about ‘what haven’t we done before?’”

Recording and Production for "Torn Arteries" wasn’t as simple as sitting down for a few weeks and knocking it all out, but rather spread out over the course of approximately 1 year bouncing back and forth between England and Sweden. Initially, drummer Daniel Wilding did session work in Sweden at Studio Gröndahl with David Castillo while guitars were recorded at The Stationhouse with James Atkinson in Leeds, England. Eventually needing some form of residential location to finalize vocals, bass, and other guitarwork, the band headed back to studio Gröndahl in Sweden to continue work in a very relaxed atmosphere with Castillo. “There was no real big plan to do it this way, the process just organically grew on its own,” says Walker.

Most will find that the only real struggle when indulging in "Torn Arteries" is fighting the desire to start it over the second it finishes. It covers substantial new ground for a band with such a reputation, while still retaining that addictive, time honored CARCASS sound that has come to represent the face of true death metal.

CARCASS is:
Bill Steer - Guitars
Jeff Walker - Bass/Vocals
Daniel Wilding - Drums

“Moody and intense, yet light and floating at the same time” ~ There Once Was A Note

Power pop / indie rock collective The Speed Of Sound present 'Last Orders', hot on trail of revealing the single 'Opium Eyes' and 'Tomorrow's World' from their Future-Retro-Modernist long-player 'Museum of Tomorrow'. 32 years to the day when the band's debut EP saw the light of day in 1989, they've released this album on CD and Deluxe LP via California-based Big Stir Records.

Hailing from Manchester, The Speed Of Sound's music is optimistic, but with lyrical bite, a punk-inspired DIY ethos and lust for experimentation rooted in psychedelia. Formed in 1989 with a pre-history dating back to the day Andy Warhol died in 1987, The Speed of Sound lies deep below the ‘music industry radar’, allowing for the evolution of their own distinctive sound and live act.

The band, as it exists today, is made up of father and son John Armstrong (guitars and vocals) and Henry Armstrong (keyboards), Ann-Marie Crowley (vocals and guitar), Kevin Roache (bass guitar) and John Broadhurst (drums).

"At first, 'Last Orders' sounds like its a drinking song about getting a round in before the bar closes, but I was at the Stasi (the old East German secret police) Museum in Berlin and that got me thinking about the night the Berlin Wall came down and them furious shredding documents despite the State having collapsed and their job no longer having a purpose. That led me on to the Japanese soldiers in the mid 1970’s that were still unaware World War 2 had ended. The military has a concept of continuing with orders until new instructions are received. So Last Orders is about actual last orders. But then again, it could be a drinking song," says John Armstrong.

"It is tripped-down and acoustic guitar-led, with additional backing vocals recorded individually around the world. Featuring a representative for every continent on the planet and assembled in a virtual room (Abbey Road Studio 3) to create a universal reverb and the sense of togetherness. An intercontinental night out in a pandemic. Come on, it's last orders."

'The Museum of Tomorrow' is an exhilarating nonstop sensory indulgence. A low-altitude magic carpet ride at breakneck speed over the insanity of the early 21st century, drenched in Science-Fiction and retro-futurist infused imagery and themes. Despite some dark subject matter, the lyrics are playful and as bright as coloured vinyl. This is the Museum Of Tomorrow - not a mere time-capsule or bleak survey of dystopian protest themes, but an immersive experience. Drunk with richness it hurtles on, twisting its many turns with subtlety; exhibiting mood, style and pace variance. The trajectory is laid in and the thrusters fire.

While The Speed of Sound has released eight singles via Big Stir Records, 'Museum of Tomorrow' is an all-new experience, each song being single-worthy. Conceived as two seamless sides, the vinyl edition was mastered as two extended pieces - 'Gallery One' and 'Gallery Two'. Korg synthesizer lines, reminiscent of classic Science Fiction incidental music, link the gapless songs.

This music has a definite 60’s influence but with an 80’s twist. With both female and male vocals, their sound is influenced by The Byrds, Small Faces, The Chords, Siouxsie & The Banshees and XTC. Merging the power of punk with floating harmonies, their sit tight between Sonic Youth and Dusty Springfield.

Released on September 17, the 'Museum of Tomorrow' LP is out now digitally, as well as on CD and limited-edition 170g heavy weight vinyl (on black and glorious colour). Vinyl features a 16-page full-colour A5 printed Exhibition Guide containing lyrics, full-colour inner sleeve, a separate picture insert, a sticker, a pair of badges/buttons and a bookmark. Apart from platforms like Apple Music and Spotify, the LP can be ordered via Big Stir's website or Bandcamp.

Gaahls WYRD Announces New Mini-Album, Shares First Single

Esoteric dark metal formation Gaahls WYRD will be releasing their five song mini-album, 'The Humming Mountain,' via Season of Mist on November 5! The cover artwork, tracklist, and details can be found below. In conjunction, the band is now sharing the title track from the offering, which can be heard below

Pre-orders for 'The Humming Mountain' are now available in the shop HERE.

Norwegian Grammy (Spellemannprisen)-winning metal outfit Gaahls WYRD return with new mini-album The Humming Mountain. Spanning five thought-provoking songs over 30-plus minutes, the mini-album continues from but challenges the tenets of the group’s lauded debut full-length, GastiR - Ghosts Invited. Conceptually, The Humming Mountain intrinsically ties into the pre-history of its forebear, where heady, fastidious topics of origin, creation, and consciousness are pondered, explored, and conveyed to a riveting score of reflective, if sometimes vicious metal. The Humming Mountain resides between spaces but is wholly its own artistic entity.

“I like the concept of a mini-album instead of an EP,” says Gaahl (aka Kristian Espedal). “I like the format of a mini-album. Back in the day, bands like Hellhammer and Celtic Frost used this format. The audience gets more from this format. To me, it’s more serious than if it’s just a few tracks. Plus, the concept of The Humming Mountain isn't big enough for a full-length album. The concept was something I had to get out of my head."

Three of The Humming Mountain’s tracks were originally slated to appear on GastiR - Ghosts Invited but were eventually shelved when Gaahl determined that they weren't a conceptual fit with the rest of the album’s tracks. Indeed, not one to let good ideas die on the proverbial vine, Gaahl worked with guitarist Lust Kilman (Ole Walaunet) and producer Iver Sandøy to refashion them. Through creative process and artful invention, “Awakening Remains - Before Leaving,” “The Dwell,” and the title track were born again for The Humming Mountain. The mini-album’s introspective bookends—opening epic “The Seed” and filmic closer “The Sleep”—came during and after, one song to remind listeners that patience is a virtue and the other to send them off into dream-like cogitation.

“The title track ‘The Humming Mountain’ dictated how the mini-album would go forward,” Gaahl says. “‘The Humming Mountain,’ however, has connections to GastiR - Ghosts Invited recording-wise, but it’s been reshaped. ‘The Dwell’ and ‘Awakening Remains - Before Leaving’ are more from the same foundation. We did change how we approached these songs by adding keyboards and removing bass grooves, especially on ‘Awakening Remains - Before Leaving.’ We got a different flow and pace to the final versions of the songs.”

While The Humming Mountain is a real place called Gnolloden near the Svalbard archipelago, it has no relation to the mini-album's title or contents. Lyrically, The Humming Mountain is about patience. Not in the human sense of the word—though that certainly can be applied to nine-minute opener “The Seed”—but in the universal sense. The vibrations (hums) of creation ebb and flow sub-glacially. The intent of creation spans eons. Even the mini-album’s artwork—captured and designed by Gaahl—is part of the overall theme. The closer to The Humming Mountain, the farther away it appears.

“I’m always searching,” says Gaahl. “I’m trying to find the core of self, the core of everything. GastiR - Ghosts Invited dealt with being conscious about the subconscious. The Humming Mountain is more direct in dealing with that topic. Creation is something that happens very slowly, I believe. I connected it to ice, in a way. It's a Norse concept, where a witch 'hummer' is feeding on salty ice. Out of this comes the first conscious. In Norse creationism, creation originates with sound. Of course, fire and ice are the two opponents, but every being, which are manifestations of something, are connected to humming or noise, the vibrations created by it. That's how I arrived at The Humming Mountain, a slow vibration from the mountain and the slow movement of ice.”

Gaahls WYRD revisited Sandøy’s Solslottet Studio (Wardruna, Crippled Black Phoenix) periodically from August 2020 through May 2021 to track and complete The Humming Mountain. The sessions were set apart for various reasons (schedules mostly), but the team first focused the groundwork on sound design. Gaahl, Lust Kilman, and Sandøy then pivoted to Spektre’s (aka Kevin Kvåle) drums. From there, vocals, guitars, bass, keyboards, and piano were laid down. Sandøy also helmed the mix and master.

"The first thing we did was to work through the songs," Gaahl says. "This was to find the foundation of the sound and how we could reshape the sound. We focused on the sound (or voice) of the drums. We didn't want them to be too close to the drum sound on GastiR - Ghosts Invited. I’ve worked on three albums with Iver this year. It's very easy to work with him. He's good at bringing himself into my philosophical mindset. He's tuned into why I choose to do this or that. Usually, before we start, I explain my direction so that he can understand it, and together we can expand upon that direction. On this EP, he's done a lot of the keys and piano parts. He's contributed quite a lot."

Though The Humming Mountain reveals a more contemplative side to Gaahls WYRD, fans of stunners “Ek Erilar,” Carving the Voices,” and “Through and Past and Past” will find new tracks “The Dwell,” “Awakening Remains - Before Leaving,” and the title track equally engaging, while “The Seed” and “The Sleep” are destined to open new doors with their mercurial angst and picturesque, if involuted themes. Indeed, The Humming Mountain sets the stage for Gaahls WYRD’s next chapter.

"We'll release the mini-album next," says Gaahl. "After that, it all depends on how things open up for us to tour. There will be shows in Europe for sure, though. In a way, I hope the pandemic situation may continue for a bit longer. It's a good time for studio work. So, I hope not to be too disturbed by touring to continue to do more studio work. We're about to enter the studio for the next full-length."

NILE mastermind Karl Sanders says about the signing with Napalm Records:

“The band is eagerly looking forward to bringing fans the next chapters in the NILE saga, as part of the Napalm Family. We have been quietly working away, earnestly writing new songs for the next NILE album. It will be NILE’s 10th record, and we are determined to make it especially killer for the fans.”

Drummer George Kollias adds:

“Absolutely thrilled that we are a part of Napalm Records and super excited for the new album that’s coming soon, first one with our new label! I feel this is a very crucial moment in our career and I would like to thank Napalm Records for their trust in us - I know we will do some incredible music together! NILE has always kept raising the bar without compromising a single thing and this is what we will do for the next album too. Working on our new album as we speak, and we are hungry as hell to deliver our very best yet!”

Sebastian Muench, Napalm Records A&R, says:

“For me, NILE has always been the most amazing technical death metal band in the world. Starting with Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka in 1998, NILE have released nine "instant classic" albums! Welcome to the Napalm family!”

In other news, NILE recently announced that they will release a new anthology guitar tablature book via Sheet Happens on September 30, 2021. The book is available to order now. For more information, visit www.sheethappenspublishing.com/artists/nile.

Karl Sanders says about the tablature book:

“Also coming out soon is a retrospective NILE anthology guitar tab book that was months in the making. We had a blast putting it together with the Sheet Happens people, who really do incredible work presenting totally on point metal guitar tabs. Accurate NILE tabs are something NILE fans have been asking me for many years, and I felt strongly about only putting out a NILE tab book if we could get it 100% authentic. And these tabs are the real thing. I sincerely am happy to share this book, and the music within, with NILE fans and guitarists alike.”

Stay tuned for more big NILE news coming soon!

Behemoth mastermind Adam “Nergal” Darski and his dark folk/blues/Americana influenced solo project ME AND THAT MAN just released the soulful blues-rock ballad “Angel of Lightfeaturing the compelling voice of Myrkur – setting another milestone within the scene and following the millions of streams of his previous tracks.

After the first release of the album’s track “Got Your Tongue” (ft. Chris Georgiadis) connected with groovy riffs, humorous acting and a deep hitting bassline, ME AND THAT MAN now presents a different facet with “Angel Of Light” – a soulful blues-rock ballad featuring the intoxicating hum of Amalie Bruun (Myrkur) – sending shivers right down your spine. The new single comes with a hauntingly beautiful and bittersweet music video, featuring both, Nergal and Myrkur.

Nergal about “Angel Of Light”:

“Behold the “Angel of Light”! This song is perhaps the most sinister and dark Americana in our repertoire. Whilst we often offer a little smile and wink with our music, this is pure Luciferian splendour delivered by our very own angel, Amalie from Myrkur. It’s all yours now folks! Enjoy!”

Amalie adds:

“I am excited to collaborate with Nergal on this song and video, where I play the role of a woman who's captured by the shadow. She looks for ways out and turns to the “Angel Of Light” for guidance and comfort.”

Atlanta indie electro-rock duo I Am a Rocketship return with 'Fever Dream', previewing most ambitious LP yet

"Delightful and melodic, their catchy offerings are dreamy yet grounded, loaded but not overinflated. Sonic symmetry! Artists that come to mind include Beck, Tom Petty and Pink Floyd" Amplify Music Mag

"This powerful track is superb in every respect... may actually be their greatest"Big Takeover Magazine

"Bedroom Pop with an edge" ~ The Hype Magazine

"Everything you expect and more... too smart to be pop, too subtle to truly be classed as rock" ~ Dancing About Architecture

"A unique combination of slow harmony and sonic dissonance... pleasing to the ears and compelling to the heart... Brilliant" Jammerzine

American-Swedish indie pop outfit I Am a Rocketship have announced that they will release their new album 'Lies and Legends' in November, ahead of which they present the lead track 'Fever Dream'.

Based in Atlanta, I Am a Rocketship is a duo comprised of Eric Weissinger and L E Kippner, who mix smooth impressionistic lyrics and rock guitar with a dash of Dirty South beats and psychedelic bombast.

Both raised on folk and classical music, the two later discovered bands such as Joy Division, My Bloody Valentine, Massive Attack and Sigur Ros. Suckers for a pop hook, I Am a Rocketship is a self-contained duo, who write, record and create art and videos without the involvement of other contributors.

The new 'Lies and Legends' album is their most ambitious collection to date. These ten songs are about the appeal, in trying times, of lies and legends over reason and love. They give people hope, a feeliong of belonging, and frequently, a license to do terrible things in the name of their belief.

"When facts are scary, people turn to belief. I guess these are songs about failth, how it can be comforting, but blinding," says guitarist and programmer Eric Weissinger.

All the music on the 'Lies and Legends' album was recorded on a notebook computer during early 2021 - a very productive year for the band given the amount of time spent under lockdown, with late 2020 also bringing their 'oRAnGE' EP, a release laced with frustration, sadness and rage over the rise of authoritarianism and accelerating environmental collapse.

Earlier, I Am a Rocketship released their 'Ghost Stories' LP (April 2020), 'Mind Grafitti' (2019) and debut offering 'Mission Control' (2016).

Eric Weissinger used to back up various artists, opening for bands such as The Wedding Present, The Black Crowes, James, Cracker and Portastatic. But everything changed thanks to a chance meeting with L E Kippner - cellist, scientist, radio DJ and singer for Swedish synth-pop duo Neobox. At first forming Hitchcock Blondes in Ohio, they relocated to Atlanta for a fresh start as I Am a Rocketship.

As of September 24, 'Fever Dream' will be available as an instant grat download on Bandcamp, where the full 'Lies and Legends' album can be pre-ordered directly from the artist. The album will be released on November 11 across digital platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.

Heavy Metal/ Industrial Artist, THE HATE CLUB, Releases New PROLOGUE EP TODAY!!

mail-179.jpeg

THE HATE CLUB music can be bought/streamed at:

https://fanlink.to/the-hate-club

Heavy Metal / Industrial artist THE HATE CLUB released their new PROLOGUE EP to all major platforms today!

"The Hate Club is proud of what was accomplished with this EP. I died, I survived, I starved and prospered. The "EP" chapter is over and I feel like the entire world is within my reach, lying on my palms to be destroyed or to be created. I'm fighting to carry the sigil of Metal. I will carry it on, I will pass it on. With the Prologue EP The Hate Club makes his final statement before a debut album. He is ready" says Alex Poe.

All songs were written, recorded, performed, produced and engineered by Alex Poe.

The Hate Club currently has over 1,500,000 streams across all platforms and over 40,000 monthly listeners on Spotify!

An artist needs room for growth and the ability to live on the edge. Unwilling to be defined by merely one element or another, Alex Poe is a one-man band quenching his creative thirst with The Hate Club.

An Industrial Metal act spawned in 2017 from Poe's desire to satisfy a diverse vision, The Hate Club is a mix of social satire and aggression. While still taking shape as a musical entity, the journey for Poe began much earlier on with eccentric tastes ranging from Jazz to Rock-n-Roll.
A native of the Ukraine, Poe left the confines of home at only 18 years of age with his eyes set on Los Angeles. Now calling the City of Angels his own, as a self-starter he has already released 3 EPs, several singles, as well as multiple music videos. Very hands on, he has also organized 2 DIY tours in the US, achieved formidable online press placement, and remains active performing on the West Coast.

Yet still this does not tell the whole story of The Hate Club. With The Hate Club's eyes set on the future, Poe continues to spread his wings as a triple threat: writer, producer, and performer. Often bipolar in approach yet never lacking sincerity or originality, The Hate Club lies somewhere in between Nine Inch Nails, Led Zeppelin, and Gorillaz. Possessing a Punk Rock attitude with a harsher Electronic and Heavy Metal-edged soul, The Hate Club is a reflection of the hypocrisy that is society. Something Poe is fascinated by, look at The Hate Club as the agnostic peddler not dragging you into the fire, but enticing you to observe from afar.

Well-versed in both music and literature, Poe proudly flies the flag of his eclectic background. Factors that only add to the depth of an ever-evolving sound, he exclaims, “I think of music as a painting - it tells a story and has a hidden meaning, an argot. While the song stays one, ways of hearing it are incalculable."

“I think of music as a painting - it tells a story and has a hidden meaning, an argot. And while the song stays one, ways of hearing it are incalculable" says Alex.

On January 21, 2021, The Hate Club released their highly anticipated animated video for single "MY NAME IS LEGION." The video has over 260,000 views on YouTube and can be seen here:

GLASSING Release New Single “Absolute Virtue” - New Album 'Twin Dream' Out November 5th

Texas Doom Metal outfit GLASSING have released a new single from their upcoming studio album, Twin Dream. The new track, titled "Absolute Virtue", is out now on major streaming/digital platforms, and can be heard via the YouTube link below and Invisible Oranges HERE.

Speaking about the new single, the band comments:

"'This track is about humanity's slow burn to extinction. The question of where do we find the will to persist as things just get worse? The title 'Absolute Virtue' describes this very crucial, hidden spiritedness that guides our self-preservation."

GLASSING's third full-length studio offering, Twin Dream, will see a November 5th, 2021release via Brutal Panda Records. The album is a sonic mirror of our modern era, and nothing short of immense; ranging from grim to hopeful to destructive to cathartic, and oftentimes all within a single song. Throughout Twin Dream, GLASSING channels multifarious energies that delve deep into the Underland while simultaneously exploring the celestial.

Glassing is also thrilled to share that the band will play a special album release show on Sunday, November 13th at Hotel Vegas in Austin, TX. Tickets are available at:

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/glassing-record-release-grivo-communion-god-shell-at-hotel-vegas-tickets-170368037386

PRE-ORDER 'Twin Dream' HERE

Twin Dream was recorded with Andrew Hernandez (This Will Destroy You, Balmorhea, The Sword, Mammoth Grinder) in a remote Texas studio replete with crumbling infrastructure and the ghosts of country troubadours echoing amongst the walls. Elements of post-hardcore, black metal, noise rock, ambient, shoegaze, and doom swirl together to create a rich palette of mood and textures across 11 tracks that ruminate on splintered realities, altered consciousness, and esoteric philosophy. While the world burned on the outside, the music took on an entirely new meaning and those that survived the nightmare were left with a newfound sense of hope amongst the bleak reality. Twin Dream is the archetypal soundtrack to these end of times.

More About Glassing

ATX based Glassing is a three-piece, genre-blending amalgamation of heavy music saturated sonorously in dejection. Notable elements of Post Rock, Shoegaze, Doom, and American Black Metal, Glassing have been making music that walks the line between all 4 genres seemingly all at once. Fronted by Cory Brim on guitars, Dustin Coffman on bass and vocals, and Jason Camacho on drums, each individual has a mastery of control over each genre, brandishing an outward love and appreciation for all of them simultaneously. This type of coalescence has prompted an estrangement towards traditional fans of metal excluding them from the genre for some almost entirely. Flaunting an unapologetic stance towards moving their style forward in any way they can, Glassing simply creates what they wish to hear for themselves. Using each division as a medium of creativity with no restrictions to genre traditionalism or gatekeeping. Since their conception in 2015 they have come out with one self-titled EP, the two LPs "Light And Death" and "Spotted Horse" and are anticipating the release of their third full-length record aptly named "Twin Dream". Since the recording of “Twin Dream”, the band has brought synth and midi noise master Shaun Ringsmuth of Street Sects on board for live show performances and future compositions.

UK electro wizards SPRAY preview 'Hammered In An Airport' from 'Ambiguous Poems About Death' LP

"'Hammered In An Airport' is a fantastically catchy and grooving witty club anthem for those who are unable to travel, but desperately wish to... This would’ve been a right club-hopping chart-topping tune in the 90s heyday of acid house... one thing is certain – this music has sprung from two brilliant minds" ~ Big Takeover Magazine (New York)

"Sense of humour along with a talent for sharp, polished electronic pop. While the competition is quite fierce, Spray may have delivered one of the year’s finest albums" ~ The Electricity Club (UK)

"This is leftfield indie disco synthpop – with a big stick!" ~ RGM Magazine (UK)

"Smart, quirky and downright memorable" ~ The Spill Magazine (Toronto)

mail-178.jpeg

British synthpop electro duo Spray have announced they will be releasing their new album 'Ambiguous Poems About Death' on November 26 via Manchester's Analogue Trash label. Ahead of this, they present the first track from the record - 'Hammered In An Airport', which kicks off these twelve tracks by encouraging you to get up and dance.

Much beloved siblings Jenny McLaren (vocals, guitars) and Ricardo Autobahn(synths) have built an enviable following of devotees to Spray's brand of danceable and subversive indie disco pop since their debut ‘Living In Neon’ LP in 2002. They are also responsible for a smash cover of Lisa Lougheed’s 'Run With Us' (also 'The Raccoons' theme song). Their unique brand of oblique synth-pop is catchy as hell, both lyrically and musically, bringing them mainstream pop success in an alternate uni verse.

Spray's musical DNA traces back to The Cuban Boys, who recorded one of the best Peel Sessions ever and went head-to-head with Sir Cliff Richard in a Christmas Chart Battle. Their hit single 'Cognoscenti Vs Intelligentsia' (a.k.a. The Hamster Dance Song) sold a million copies, reached number 4 in the UK single charts, landed them on Top of the Pops and, in the words of John Peel, was “the most requested song I’ve had since God Save The Queen”. They topped the John Peel Festive 50 Charts twice.

Spray was the secret weapon behind the UK’s 2006 Eurovision hit 'Teenage Life', written and produced with Daz Sampson, with their treated vocals used on the track. Ricardo Autobahn and Sampson's dance version of 'Rhinestone Cowboy' (as Rikki and Daz) with the legendary Glen Campbell went Top-10. More recently Spray recorded music with anarchic BBC star Hacker T. Dog and Ricardo also plays keyboards with Welsh punk pop icons Helen Love.

Spray is again ready to entertain us with their new long-player - their second with Analogue Track, following 2019's 'Failure Is Inevitable'. Jenny and Ricardo have used the intervening time wisely; writing, terrorising social media, working with puppets, and a number of live shows, including August’s first post lockdown live affair in Liverpool.

“In early 2020 we bought a Behringer TD-3, one of the company's excellent Roland TB-303 knockoffs. We had an idea of putting out a quick acid house-style album in the summer, something short, spiky and electropunk. This did not come to fruition as like many, Spray found themselves locked down in separate locations, in their case on either side of Lancashire," says Ricardo Autobahn.

"This album evolved into something a lot more elaborate as the pandemic went on. We tried not to write songs *about* the global situation because we figured everybody would be doing that, but the outside world couldn't help seeping in,"

Undeterred by distance, recording and production duties were split between Spray Studio 1 (decaying, seen better days) and Spray Studio 2 (shiny, newly refurbished, sweet smelling) and the album took shape with the TD-3 employed in all the songs, somewhere.

Earlier this year, Spray released the single 'Félicette (Space Cat)', which is the second track on the forthcoming long-player “I bought wine that had cats in space suits on the front, as this is pretty much how I choose my wine. On reading the back of the wine bottle I discovered Félicette, who, in 1963, became the first (and only) cat who went into space and had been pretty much forgotten about in the history of space travel,” explains Jenny McLaren.

Packed full of acerbic wit with tongue firmly in cheek when needed for maximum effect, 'Ambiguous Poems About Death' will delight fans new and old from the first listen. The long-player will be released on November 26 digitally and on CD, the latter format featuring separate blue cover artwork). It can be pre-ordered at http://snd.click/poems.

Music icons David Long & Shane O'Neill release 'Albert The Painter' from their 'Moll & Zeis' LP

"As even-handed a collaboration as they come, and rooted as much in shared experiences as a continued love (and command) of music... creative synergy that time hasn't had the nerve to erase" ~ The Irish Times

"Long and O’Neill have gone from being the voice of their generation to the voice of 3 generations... true assets to their country and the music community" ~ The Spill Magazine (Toronto)

"Best of all is the New Order/Bunnymen-esque ‘Far From Home’. In another dimension, it’s a huge hit, and its two authors finally get their deserved houses overlooking the bay with the sports cars in the drive, before O’Neill inevitably overdoes it in a Paris bathtub" ~ HotPress

"A rich and mature sound.. melodies and harmonies that soar assuredly, building on solid orchestration, resonating" ~ Big Takeover Magazine (New York)

"'Strips back New Order's 'Crystal' to portray a fragile character... more New Order at sunrise than at sunset" ~ Travellers Tunes (UK)

Irish underground music icons David Long and Shane O'Neill present their new video for 'Albert The Painter', a beautiful song that evokes moods and creates feelings you might not even be aware that you had. Found on their debut album 'Moll & Zeis', this song is about a refugee who prefers to walk the roads alone, gaining inspiration for his creations.

The film footage is from the Mitchell and Kenyon 1901 collection, filmed in Ireland between May 1901 and June 1902 and colourised using DeOldify. Based on Hermann Hesse's short story 'The Painter' (1918), details from two of his paintings (Landschaft Im Tessan Aquarell (1924) and Albogasio Aquarell (1925) - are also used.

Recorded remotely during the lockdown with varied themes, their long-player includes 11 gorgeous offerings from these legacy artists. Having fronted successful 1980’s post-punk / indie rock bands Into Paradise and Blue In Heaven, respectively, together they have created some genuinely invigorating new music.

Over the past few months, the duo have built up anticipation for the release internationally by releasing two stunning EPs - 'Dreams Come' and 'Far From Home', both of which has garnered the duo excellent reviews and radio play in dozens of countries. They also recently shared videos for the track 'Moll & Zeis'and 'Earth Moves'.

"We wanted to make an album that could and should be listened to all the way through. It was an equal collaboration, Shane and myself have known each other so long that there was never a problem editing each other if something didn't fit with the song. We had no time restrictions, or release dates to go by, so we took our time with this album and thought about every aspect of it," says David Long.

David Long was the face of 1980s band Into Paradise, who released two albums and several EP’s on legendary British independent label Setanta Records and also one major - Ensign. Their most successful album was their major record label debut, the Adrian Borland-produced 'Churchtown'.

Shane O’Neill fronted Blue In Heaven, who released several singles and demos (including one produced by U2's The Edge) before signing to Island Records in 1985. Their debut album 'All The Gods Men' was produced by Martin Hannett (Joy Division, Magazine, New Order, OMD, Happy Mondays). 1986 brought the 'Explicit Material' LP, produced by Island Records head Chris Blackwell and Eric Thorngren. Their popularity grew as they did the live circuit with U2, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Damned and New Order. The band later reformed in 1990 as The Blue Angels.

Growing up in Dublin, Long and O'Neill have known each other since they were 6 or 7, when they knocked over Shane’s TV set, fighting over which channel to watch. Their first band was a trio called amuse with David on bass and vocals, Shane on guitar, and Dave Clarke (Warren Zevon, now Hothouse Flowers) on drums. After splitting and doing their separate thing, around 1996 they recorded an album as Supernaut.

Released on September 10, the 'Moll & Zeis' EP is out now, available across online platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp, where their two recently-released 'Dreams Come' and 'Far From Home' EPs can also be found.

Red Reign is back with a new, powerful and emotion-evoking single, "Yesterday", dropping October 8th, 2021

Red Reign is back with a new, powerful and emotion-evoking single, "Yesterday", dropping October 8th, 2021. The unique and compelling Richmond, VA. quartet is known for creating music that is hard-driving, but melodic and has a way of always staying with you.

Red Reign is Carlton "Bubba" McMichael (vocals/guitar), Sammy Lee (drums), Larry Moore (bass) and Stevie Shred (guitar). They all teamed up in the Summer of 2013, joining forces to break out of the local music scene and jump onto the national stage.

Lee says, '"Yesterday" is about a guy that finds out his wife has been lying about their relationship the whole time they were together and he is at end of his rope. Even though he still has feelings for her, he knows that staying in this relationship would eventually come to an end as he could never forgive her for what she has done. So, even though it breaks his heart, he ends the relationship and moves on, trying not to look back on, "Yesterday."

Red Reign has grown their fan base exponentially by touring and winning over fans all over the country. You can catch them with Quiet Riot in Woodford, VA. at The Groove Music Hall.

"Yesterday" was recorded at Darth Fader Studios, Richmond, VA., engineered by Grant Rutledge and produced by Super Producer/Engineer Chuck Alkazian (Pop Evil, Soundgarden, Tantric) at legendary Pearl Sound Studios (Asking Alexandria, Eminem, Filter) in Canton, MI.
