Ocean Sleeper Share Powerful New Video + Single "Break The Cycle"

Regional Victorian metalcore kings Ocean Sleeper return in 2026 transformed — sharper, heavier, and more emotionally resonant than ever before. Following a relentless two-year stretch of international touring and writing, the four-piece now steps into a new age with their most defining release to date — their powerful and defiant new single "Break The Cycle" (via BMG/Rise Records). Marked as the shining start of the next Ocean Sleeper era, "Break The Cycle" captures the band's enduring resilience in the face of adversity.

"Break The Cycle" was born from a creative partnership sparked when Ocean Sleeper brought Point North to Australia to support their sold-out 2025 tour. Following this connection, and after landing in the U.S. for their headline tour and attending the Warped Tour to watch their friends Lil Lotus, Sace6, and Point North play, they headed into the studio the following day with Jon Lundin of Point North (Falling In Reverse) to co-write the track. The result is one of their most anthemic and emotionally-charged releases to date.

"This song captures our struggle in breaking out of Australia and into the global touring market as an independent band," Ocean Sleeper says. "It's fast-paced, heavier than before, while still keeping the emotional depth with one of our biggest choruses to date. We instantly knew this song was going to be something special."

Hailing from Gippsland in regional Victoria, and all working trades by day, Ocean Sleeper's background is core to their identity and the deep connection they share with fans. Despite hailing from a small country town, Ocean Sleeper have never let geographical limits stand in their way — tearing down barriers and defying expectations at every turn. Through fierce self-sufficiency and brutal persistence, the metalcore four-piece have built a vehemently loyal fan base and following throughout Australia, the U.S., and Europe.

FIMBUL WINTER Present New Single "Crowned In Ash"

Forging a sound that is heavy, melodic and atmospheric, FIMBUL WINTER honor the legacy of their death metal foundations producing music that feels familiar yet is modern in its approach. "Crowned In Ash" is the latest release from FIMBUL WINTER following the 2025 debut EP What Once Was

With a line-up formed of three previous members of AMON AMARTH, and completed with Clint Williams, FIMBUL WINTER embarks on greater exploration and development of melodic death metal. Drawing from their knowledge and experience in AMON AMARTH, and expanding further their artistic boundaries, FIMBUL WINTER brings power, energy and intensity into all of their sonic offerings.

"Crowned In Ash" emerges from the flames in an enticing soundscape infused with intriguing melodic leads. Driving rhythms take precedence pushing the track's momentum forward while guitar leads continue to entwine across the instrumental layers and Clint Williams' monstrous vocals are unleashed above.

The band states "There was never a question of what we should sound like, we’ve been shaping this sound/genre for decades, this is in our DNA"

An authoritative force prevails across the choruses in "Crowned In Ash". The fast-pace lessens its grip to allow the progressions and vocal performance the space to land with thunderous impact. FIMBUL WINTER ensure the track's main riff remains compelling and constant throughout, while deploying enveloping, shifting dynamics throughout the musical arrangement.

About FIMBUL WINTER:

Comprised of three former members of AMON AMARTH, including founding members Niko Kaukinen and Anders Biazzi, FIMBUL WINTER strive to redefine melodic death metal. Based out of Stockholm, Sweden and Melbourne, Australia, FIMBUL WINTER formed in 2023 building upon their roots and the members' legacies in Swedish death metal.

FIMBUL WINTER's beginnings grew from a spontaneous reunion performing AMON AMARTH's 1994 demo titled The Arrival Of The Fimbul Winter. The instant connection between the musicians ignited a desire to create something new that captured the essence of Swedish death metal in an updated style that is clean and modern without being polished to its detriment. 2025 brought this vision to life with the unveiling of the ensemble's first EP, What Once Was.

The new single release, "Crowned In Ash" marks the band's continuing trajectory. FIMBUL WINTER push their compositional creativity while striving to remain truly authentic to a sound they helped to craft.

FIMBUL WINTER Is:

ETERNAL RECURRENCE Embarks On An Emotive Voyage In New Single "Eternal Recurrence" ft. Mordian

"Eternal Recurrence" is the new single release from ETERNAL RECURRENCE featuring guest vocal performance by Mordian (DIAMORTE and SHIELD OF WINGS). Drawing inspiration from chamber music, ETERNAL RECURRENCE offer an alternative, more intimate take on modern symphonic metal. "Eternal Recurrence" is the title track from the project's forthcoming, self-titled, debut EP due to arrive later this year.

In "Eternal Recurrence", the metaphor of a sea voyage represents a symbolic journey pertaining to the grief and struggles of experiencing miscarriages. Nautical imagery is present not only within the lyrics but also across the instrumental arrangement of the track. The implementation of the minor key and driving rhythm of the 'Ashoka'-style theme represent the inevitable storms faced along the way. Meanwhile, a softer, major key version of this theme performed on piano at the very end of the song signifies gentle lapping waves and a safe arrival into the habor.

Project founder, multi-instrumentalist and composer C. Alex Luke comments, "For those fighting against such choppy waters, it can be emotionally devastating to watch friends and family experience 'smooth sailing' as they have healthy children seemingly easily and without any difficulties or complications. After a couple of miscarriages, it can feel like the cycle of pregnancy and loss will 'eternally recur'."

Guest vocalist Mordian, who also appears on the first single “Precious Stones", returns on this track. Bringing an ethereal quality, Mordian contributes to powerful harmonized duets with C. Alex Luke, and an emotive lament in the song's bridge.

All material on Eternal Recurrence was composed around a chamber ensemble led by German Dmitriev on violins, Steven Schumann on cellos, Maciek Szczyciński on double bass, and C. Alex Luke on piano. These elements are combined with aggressive guitars, lead work, and drumming rooted firmly in modern metal.

The upcoming self-titled EP represents the first chapter for ETERNAL RECURRENCE and introduces the sonic identity that will guide the project moving forward. Support through Kickstarter will help fund recording, production, and the collaboration with the orchestral musicians who bring the music to life. Their page can be found HERE.

Listeners and supporters can learn more about the campaign and follow the progress of the EP through ETERNAL RECURRENCE’s Kickstarter page.

Canadian Hard Rock Trio VON GROOVE Releases New Album 'Born To Rock' — Out Now via Frontiers Music Srl

Hard rockers VON GROOVE are proud to unleash their new album, 'Born To Rock,'out now via Frontiers Music Srl. To celebrate their first release since 2001, the band also shares the new single "Angela," accompanied by an official visualizer, available to view below.

VON GROOVE triumphantly returns with a jaw-dropping new album that reunites the classic original lineup: Mladen on guitars, Michael Shotton on drums and vocals, and Matthew Gerrard on bass. This isn’t just a comeback, it’s a resurrection!

Marking their first studio release since 2001, the album feels like it was born in the same fire as their legendary 1992 debut. The opening title-track, "Born To Rock," explodes with the same urgency and swagger as their iconic “Once Is Not Enough” — even quoting it with a subtle nod that will send chills down the spine of longtime fans.

True to their roots, VON GROOVE delivers a masterclass in melodic hard rock, with blazing guitars, soaring vocals, and airtight arrangements. The production is punchy and alive, but the soul of the record is pure 90s AOR glory.

Even more exciting? VON GROOVE will be returning to the stage in 2026, bringing their renewed fire and timeless sound back to live audiences for the first time in years.

Order 'Born To Rock' HERE

Founded in 1990, VON GROOVE quickly made their mark on the Melodic Hard Rock scene. Their 1992 self-titled debut, produced by Richie Zito and featuring Deen Castronovo (later of Journey) on session drums, remains a cornerstone of the genre. Over the years, they’ve delivered fan-favorite albums like 'Mission Man' ('Chameleon' in Europe), 'Test of Faith,' and'The Seventh Day.' Despite going on hiatus in 2001, the members stayed active, collaborating with rock legends and contributing to major projects across genres.

After 20+ years, VON GROOVE is making their epic comeback!

Steve Hogarth Revists "Ice Cream Genius" In Expansive New Deluxe Edition

To mark Steve Hogarth's 70th birthday, Ice Cream Genius returns in its most complete form to date. Originally released in 1997, the album was Hogarth's first solo studio work outside of Marillion, a deeply personal, experimental and intimate record that has grown into a cult favourite over the years.

Ice Cream Genius was never intended as an extension of Marillion. Built around minimal arrangements, spoken-word passages, and unfiltered lyrical moments, the album explores identity, isolation and creativity with striking directness. Its strength lies not in scale, but in its vulnerability: A record that feels exposed, unusual and unmistakably human.

At the center of the reissue is the 3CD+Blu-ray Mediabook, the most expansive presentation of Ice Cream Genius ever assembled. Featuring more than 11 hours of material, the vast majority previously unreleased, this edition opens up the full creative world behind the album including all available live videos of the much-acclaimed "h Band" upscaled and remixed by the artist.

Complementing the Mediabook, Ice Cream Genius will also be released for the first time on vinyl as a heavyweight black 2LP gatefold edition. This format includes "The Last Thing," a track previously unavailable on physical formats in Europe, making it a notable addition for collectors.

Recorded at the Racket Club, with vocals added at Chris Rea's Sol Mill Studios in Cookham and mixed at Van Morrison's Wool Hall Studios in Somerset, the album was completed on July 20, 1996, following a break during Marillion's Made Again tour. The core band was handpicked from "the last people on earth anyone might have expected me to work with" and includes members of Blondie, XTC, Japan, and Eurythmics.

The title itself originated from producer Craig Leon, who would exclaim, "I scream genius!" in the studio when particularly inspired, a phrase Hogarth later transformed into the album's distinctive name.

Across demos, writing sessions, studio recordings and live material, the set traces the evolution of Ice Cream Genius from its earliest sketches through to the finished record. Alongside the music, new reflections from Steve Hogarth provide personal insight into the ideas, emotions and circumstances that shaped the album, offering a rare, in-depth look at one of his most intimate and uncompromising projects.

Full album available for pre-rder now!

Melodic Rock Powerhouse ROBIN BECK Releases New Album 'Living Proof' — Out Now via Frontiers Music Srl

Acclaimed rock vocalist ROBIN BECK proudly releases her eleventh studio album,'Living Proof,' out now via Frontiers Music Srl. To celebrate the announcement, ROBIN also shares her new single "What A Night," alongside an official lyric video, available below.

On the new single, ROBIN shares:

‘What a Night’ is an original song I had the honor of performing, and in every beat and every lyric, I wanted to capture the feeling that you don’t need to look to the sky for the stars, because they’re right here in the music, shining brightly and guiding you through a night that feels infinite.”

Watch the Official Visualizer for "What A Night" Below:

With ‘Living Proof,’ ROBIN BECK delivers one of the most confident, vibrant, and emotionally charged albums of her career — a powerful statement from an artist whose voice and presence continues to define melodic rock at the highest level. Bold, contemporary, and unmistakably timeless, ‘Living Proof’ stands as exactly what its title suggests: proof that true class, passion, and authenticity never fade.

Anchored by the track “Never Gonna Let You Go,” the album blends soaring melodies, modern production, and classic AOR sensibility, capturing ROBIN at her most expressive and commanding. Songs like “Love and Money” and “Trouble or Nothing” showcase a perfect balance between polished hooks and emotional intensity, while tracks such as “What A Night”and “Karma” bring a vibrant, radio-ready edge without losing depth or substance.

Throughout the album, BECK’s unmistakable voice — powerful yet nuanced, soulful yet razor-sharp — remains the focal point, supported by a carefully curated team of world-class musicians and songwriters. ‘Living Proof’ features contributions from James Christian(House of Lords), Tommy Denander (Radioactive), Peppy Castro (Balance), Steve Bondy, Emil Theilhelm, and Johan Kullberg, who collectively deliver a rich, cohesive musical landscape that moves effortlessly between melodic rock, modern AOR, and subtle pop-rock influences.

We are ecstatic to announce that ROBIN BECK’s new album, 'Living Proof,' will be ROBIN’s 11th studio album. It was produced by James Christian and co-produced by Peppy Castro. The legendary Chris Lord-Alge mixed “Living Proof” and also mixed and co-produced “What a Night.” Dennis Ward also played a key role, mixing the bulk of the album, making this record a true gem and a tour de force. Stay tuned!

From the infectious energy of “Na Na” to the darker tones of “Voodoo” and “Don’t Tempt Me,” the standout "Never Gonna Let You Go," and the reflective closer “Let It Rain,” ‘Living Proof’ is a journey through strength, vulnerability, and resilience.

‘Living Proof’ is more than a new album — it is a celebration of artistic longevity, creative renewal, and fearless self-expression. ROBIN BECK sounds inspired, empowered, and utterly compelling, reaffirming her status as one of the most distinctive and enduring voices in melodic rock.

About the new album, ROBIN comments:

"This album is a mosaic of sound—each track a distinct piece, a portrait of my life."

The Horrors’ Tom Furse Reimagines Strange Fruit’s ‘Monopolar’ for New ‘Drips’ EP

British artist, producer and composer Tom Furse, celebrated for his work with The Horrors and MIEN (alongside The Black Angels' Alex Maas and Elephant Stone's Rishi Dhir), shares a transformative remix of 'Monopolar' for dreamgaze outfit Strange Fruit. Featured on their 'Drips' EP, newly released via Gentle Tuesday Recordings, Furse’s re-envisioning strips back the original’s sensory explosion to reveal a deeper, darker core—infusing the track with slow-burning breakbeat grooves, abrasive ambient textures, and a distinct acid house pulse. Furse lends his signature atmospheric lens to this centerpiece, immersing Strange Fruit in UK electronic innovation.

Furse has also built a solo and scoring practice, developing immersive, cinematic compositions rooted in texture and atmosphere. As a producer and remixer, he's worked with Depeche Mode, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Franz Ferdinand, Tame Impala, Temples and The Twilight Sad. A resident on NTS Radio and active visual artist, with commissioned work including projects involving Fatboy Slim and The Rolling Stones, his practice bridges audio and visual worlds, exploring narrative, abstraction, and sensory experience through a distinctly atmospheric lens.

Based in Jakarta, Strange Fruit is Baldi Calvianca (vocals & synth), Irza Aryadiaz(synth), John Tampubolon (guitar), Nabil Favian (bass) and Dino Kristianto (drums). Since their 2015 debut EP 'Dolphin Leap', they've moved fluidly between noise pop, krautrock, shoegaze and electronica. Now converging into a more focused, hybrid sound with deeper integration of electronic elements, this EP is driven by machine-led rhythms and analog textures, fusing emotional depth with rhythmic precision.

A lucid trip to the edge of sonic consciousness, the 'Drips' EP is a defining moment in the band’s evolution, unifying fragments of their kosmische experimentation to achieve a more cohesive sonic identity. Apart from joining an exclusive lineage of artists who have received the Furse treatment, this EP also involves renowned UK producer Sean Johnstone a.k.a. Hardway Bros (co-founder of A Love From Outer Space with Andrew Weatherall) with his downtempo club atmosphere and Jonathan Kusuma of Jakarta’s Dekadenz collective with his leftfield disco echo-rich bass drum tempos.

Produced by Strange Fruit and electronic producer Bernardus Fritz, the EP is driven by machine-led rhythms and analog textures, fusing emotional depth with rhythmic precision. The title track 'Drips' blends shoegaze textures and electronic elements in a dense, immersive soundscape, while 'Pouvoir Moteur' brings steady motorik rhythms that flow seamlessly down an endless highway.  'Iridescent' channels dancefloor euphoria through minimalist beats and atmospheric layering, balancing introspection with forward momentum while finding luminosity within adversity.

The album's lead track 'Monopolar' is a sensory explosion suspended between dream and awareness, and between the surreal and radiant. Gradually fading and blurred in technicolor, the video was directed by Mellow Splice, who also created the EP cover artwork, reflecting the track’s fluid and surreal qualities through abstract, water-like imagery.

Gentle Tuesday Recordings began as a recurring event night in Jakarta in 2017, founded by Calvianca together with Benedict Pardede and Moses Sihombing. It became a label in 2021, their name derived from a Primal Scream track.

The 'Drips' EP is available from digital platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp. Cassette and vinyl releases are planned for mid-2026 in collaboration with Loide Records (South-East Asia & Japan) and TipTop Records(other territories worldwide).

'Can’t Cry' is my take on modern rock. All my inspirations in one. The lyrics on this album I hold close and I feel like it tells a story many people can relate to today, helping those who struggle in silence not feel so alone. This is my first full album and this release is really important to me. It was an amazing experience writing and recording it and I’m so excited to perform these songs live for people.

The inspiration behind “Heavy Eyes” is the struggle of losing someone and the weight it holds in your life. “Heavy Eyes” has a distinct sound of soft verses and powerful, anthemic choruses; it's a track that I believe will really help people who struggle with mental health. My lyrics will speak to the people who sometimes can’t speak for themselves.

ONLY ECHOES Unveil Crushing New Single “Steps Ahead Of Drowning”

Denver, Colorado post-metal band ONLY ECHOES return with “Steps Ahead Of Drowning,” the first single from their forthcoming full-length album Born Adrift, due out August 14, 2026 on Braeburn Records.

Built on towering riffs, slow-burning atmosphere, and crushing dynamic shifts, “Steps Ahead Of Drowning” captures the band’s signature approach to instrumental post-metal: immersive, emotionally charged, and relentlessly heavy. Accompanied by a new music video, the seven-minute track serves as the first glimpse into Born Adrift, a record shaped by isolation, movement, collapse, and survival.

ONLY ECHOES describe themselves simply:

“No gods, no vocals.”

Without relying on lyrics, the Denver quartet channels weight and tension through layered guitars, massive low end, and cinematic percussion, crafting songs that feel equally meditative and catastrophic. “Steps Ahead Of Drowning” moves from fragile restraint into tidal waves of distortion, embodying the album’s themes of drifting, endurance, and transformation.

Born Adrift was produced, engineered, and mixed by guitarist Austin Minney at All Aces Studio, with mastering handled by Brad Smalling at Evergroove. The album artwork features an original 1876 engraving by Gustave Doré, reimagined with color and illustration work by Celeste Hayes (@chayesart).

VOÏVOD Launches New Single “The End Of Dormancy (Symphonique)” + Visualizer

After more than 40 eventful years of existence, Canada's progressive sci-fi metal innovators VOÏVOD return with ‘Symphonique,’ a special live release together with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra, set for release on June 5, 2026, worldwide via Century Media Records.

‘Symphonique,’ which functions like an epic piece of cinema, showcases VOÏVOD’s pioneering futuristic metal with the strains of a symphony orchestra, and features a carefully curated VOÏVOD best-of setlist composed of 12 songs across 73 minutes, recorded live on June 4th, 2025, at the Grand Théâtre in Québec City, Canada.

The next appetizer for ‘Symphonique’ can now be heard online via DSP’s with the launch of the second single “The End Of Dormancy (Symphonique),” alongside an official visualizer curated by Cloud Motion Design, available to view below.

Previously, the song “Forgotten In Space (Symphonique)” was launched HERE.

VOÏVOD’s drummer and founding member Michel “Away” Langevin comments on ‘Symphonique’:

“This live album with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra is a longtime dream turned reality. Thankfully, we will experience it again in 2027 with the Orchestre Symphonique du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, right in the region where VOÏVOD formed back in 1983. We wish to take this show across the globe with local orchestras one day, but in the meantime, I hope you will enjoy this epic release. It’s the closest we’ve ever come to sounding like a dystopian sci-fi movie soundtrack, another dream of ours!”

VOÏVOD’s guitarist Daniel “Chewy” Mongrain shares the following about the second single "The End Of Dormancy (Symphonique)”:

“This one is very special to me. I wrote the riffs imagining Roman naval battles with a full orchestra, like the movies from the 50’s and 60’s. It has a very dramatic vibe. Little did I know that what we synthesized for a four-piece band would eventually explode into its primary, original imagined form. It’s one of the most orchestral pieces on the album, and I remember vividly the crowd’s reaction after the grand finale, it was one of these rare life’s perfect moments. I’m very grateful for that incredible experience.

Symphonique' follows the release of VOÏVOD’s latest Juno Award-winning studio album,'Synchro Anarchy' (2022), which reached #7 on the official album sales charts in Germany, #64 in Switzerland, #67 in Austria, and #88 in the Netherlands upon release. It also arrives after the band’s special 40th anniversary release, 'Morgöth Tales' (2023), from which a selection of videos can be found below.

The Artery Foundation Welcomes Kage Archer to the Roster

The Artery Foundation continues to expand its roster with an exciting clutch of new talent. The label has also signed 13-year-old social media wunderkind KAGE ARCHER to the roster.

He shares the heavier-than-granite "Carry the Weight," featuring Taylor Barber of Left to Suffer. Listen here.

Watch the video below

Yes, he's really 13. And yes, his music is brutal AF and he represents the future of heavy music.

"'Carry the Weight' isn't just another heavy song; it's a look at envy," Archer says, showcasing an astuteness beyond his years. "People see the highlight reel, the good side of my life, and say, 'I want that.' Sometimes wanting to be in my shoes, but they have no idea the work that goes on when the camera isn't rolling. Or the work that had to happen as a 10-year-old to right now to get to this point."

Wichita, Kansas-based vocalist Kage Archer is redefining the future of heavy music at just 13 years old. A multi-instrumentalist who mastered drums at four and self-taught guitar and bass shortly after, Kage found his true calling behind the mic. His rise began when a TikTok video of him covering Motionless in White's "Slaughterhouse" went viral, landing him on stage with the band at age 10 in front of 6,000+ fans, a performance Chris Motionless (Motionless in White Vocalist) dubbed a "Top-10 career moment."

Known to collect high-profile performances like Infinity stones, Kage has demolished stages with Fit For A King, From Ashes to New, Alphawolf, and I Prevail. Now, with guidance from industry heavy-hitter Hiram Hernandez (Producer for Blessthefall, Saosin, Left To Suffer, etc.) and backing from The Artery Foundation, Kage Archer is stepping out of the cover scene to unleash his own original music and dominate the heavy music world.

The Artery Foundation Welcomes KVDE to the Roster

KVDE is a Dallas-based hard rock artist blending metalcore intensity, electronic atmosphere, and hook-driven songwriting into a sound distinctly his own. Independently, he has amassed 2.5M+ streams across seven releases since May 2025, bringing his total career streams to 3.6M+.

The Artery Foundation is thrilled to welcome KVDE to its expanding roster.

KVDE shares the earworm single "Damage." Listen Below:

"This song explores the idea of creating your own destruction while convincing yourself it's everyone else's fault," KVDE offers. "It came from watching people in my life repeat those patterns while I was trying to grow out of them myself. You reach a point where you want to help them do the same, but you realize they’re the only ones capable of changing themselves, and that frustration is what this song is built on."

He continues, "It draws from my earlier work in dark alt-pop and R&B, specifically my song 'Rain,' which influenced the pre-chorus through its synth chords, vocal cadence, and layered octaves. I carried over the same vocal stacking approach, using doubles and high-octave layers to build depth. The production was also inspired by modern alt-pop with subtle deep house elements. The song that comes to mind is 'Tinted Eyes' by DVBBS featuring blackbear and 24kGoldn, where the bass pluck sound helped shape the foundation of the verses, and then I built the rest of the song around that."

Raised in small-town Cumby, Texas, KVDE grew up around music, spending his childhood at band practices with his father before teaching himself to write, produce, and complete full projects as a teenager. After years of playing cover gigs, he made a defining decision: Talent alone doesn't build a career. Relentless work does. That mindset pushed him beyond being just a musician and into building something of his own.

Outside of his artist project, KVDE co-produced a triple platinum record for Pecos & The Rooftops and later toured nationally as the band's drummer, performing for crowds of over 10,000. But even at that level, he knew he wasn’t finished building something of his own.

After hitting a financial low, he refused to walk away. Instead, he built and sold his own company to fund a fresh start. In May 2025, he relaunched his solo project with "Image," the first release of a new era. Since then, he has independently written, performed, and produced every element of his music from his home in Texas.

Organically, he grew from 400 to over 90,000 Spotify monthly listeners in under eight months, establishing a distinct hard rock identity that defines KVDE.

He is not chasing a moment. He is building a foundation. And he's done it DIY every step of the way!

ELI YOUNG BAND HEADLINES SIRIUSXM AND PANDORA SALUTES THE UNIFORM STUDIO SESSION AIRING TODAY, MAY 15

Eli Young Band headlines SiriusXM and Pandora Salutes the Uniform Session, a special full-band performance and conversation with SiriusXM host Ashley Till. The special, recorded live at SiriusXM’s Nashville studios, is airing across SiriusXM’s Y2Kountry channel and Pandora’s Music City station starting today, May 15 at 11am ET with replays throughout the weekend. Presented by Navy Federal Credit Union and part of Military Appreciation Month, 30 active-duty servicemembers joined the special taping earlier this month at SiriusXM studios in Nashville.

Life At Best, the band’s third studio album, also celebrates its 15th anniversary today with a limited edition vinyl, available for purchase now, alongside a digital release on all streaming platforms. Life At Best (15 Years Deluxe) is available HERE.

Featuring No. 1 singles such as 5x Platinum and CMA Song of the Year “Crazy Girl” and 3x Platinum “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” Life At Best was a career-defining album that cemented the band’s longevity in country music. The new release expands on the original album, adding demos and alternate versions that have never before been released in physical format.

The Texas country-rockers also recently celebrated 25+ years of being a band, releasing a short-form documentary titled “This Is Eli Young Band.” Watch the 26-minute YouTube film Below.

Eli Young Band launched a new era with their latest album Strange Hours, available now. As the band’s first independently released album via UnLevel Records, Strange Hours comprises 13 songs, all co-written as a band or with long-trusted collaborators, and introduces a new chapter driven by experience and a million miles of wisdom, from a band of brothers who grew from hometown heroes into globe-trotting, chart-topping pioneers still very much in their prime. Eric Arjes and Jimmy Robbins produced 12 of the 13 tracks, while “Bad Luck” was produced by Julian Raymond and Scott Borchetta.

Seeking both a fresh start and a return to their roots with this project, the never-changing lineup of Mike Eli, James Young, Jon Jones and Chris Thompson sought out Panhandle House Studio in their hometown of Denton, Texas – the birthplace of the college friends-turned-bandmates’ 2005 debut album Level, which spawned fan-favorites such as “Small Town Kid” and set the stage for the numerous hits that have followed in the 20 years since.

With their Strange Hours Tour underway, the band has tour dates through the fall on sale now. For tickets and additional information, visit EliYoungBand.com.

Jenna Paulette Releases “High Noon” Following ACM Whiskey Jam Performance

After releasing her 20-track Horseback (Deluxe) album earlier this year,  Leo33 rising singer/songwriter Jenna Paulette continues to tee up new music with the release of “High Noon,” available now. Paulette debuted the song at “The Academy of Country Music Presents: Whiskey Jam Welcome Party” last night ahead of the 61st ACM Awards. Listen Below.

“‘High Noon’ is a two-stepper that I’ve had, tucked away,” Paulette recalls. “When it was played recently for a small circle of people I trust, it became clear how special it was by the way they rallied around it, which tells me it’s time to share it.”

Written by Paulette alongside Jordan Reynolds, Jordan Minton and Mark Trussell, and produced by Will Bundy, “High Noon” underscores the state of peace and contentment that comes with a stable relationship.

“High Noon” arrives on the heels of Paulette earning her first No. 1 at Texas radio with “Steady” – which she credits her husband, Ross, for inspiring. Together, when she’s not on tour, they ranch in south west Texas.

In 2025, Paulette launched her Sunrise and Sunset Boots collection with Justin Boots, and continued to expand her women’s rangewear line with Ely Cattleman, CowboyGirl. To learn more, visit JennaPaulette.com.

Miranda Lambert Slathers “Crisco” – ACM Awards Get Country & Disco’d

When it comes to music, Miranda Lambert isn’t playing. The fierce songwriter from Lindale, Texas has always leaned hard into Lone Star traditions, while moving what country music can be forward with a strong set of roots. Leave it to the woman who co-wrote and co-produced Ella Langley’s tsunami of a song “Choosin’ Texas” to return with music that takes a whole new spin on what dance hall cowboys can embrace with a strong sense of retro and a whole lot of fun.

Expanding on “A Song To Sing,” one of her two ACM Music Event of the Year nominations, Lambert takes the Chris Stapleton duet’s roller rink innocence – and deep dives into a pair of distinctive retro dancefloor sounds. Drawing on the good timing two steppery of “Urban Cowboy” and the sleek, disco urbanity of “Saturday Night Fever,” Lambert pioneers of a whole new sound with her first release with MCA, “Crisco.”

Literally, country and disco twisted together by luxurious strings and a melody that twirls around listeners. With lyrics that invoke in a real life way Starland Vocal Band’s “Afternoon Delight,” Glen Campbell’s “Southern Nights” and Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton’s “Islands in the Stream,” as well as outright name-checking Conway (Twitty), Loretta (Lynn) and the Seventies, one can’t help but feel brighter, lighter and ready to kick up their heels.

“We wanted something that feels familiar but also fresh, which is really hard to do,” Lambert enthuses. “We leaned into all the things I grew up loving about country music – Glen Campbell, Kenny and Dolly; very ’70s and ’80s. It’s a fun mix of all these sides of country music that I’ve never fully explored before, even down to using strings in a bigger way. I almost can’t believe I’ve made this many records without really going there, but it was magical to hear how much strings can transform a song.”

To really bring that recipe home, the song co-written with Aaron Raitiere, Jesse Frasure and Chill Fellacheck boasts a chorus that breaks it down:
Baby, we’ve been cooking with Crisco
Ain’t we mixin’ country and disco
Stir it around, give it a spin
        And it’s a rhinestone world we’re livin’ in…

Further paying homage to the era and the influences, Lambert will debut the ebullient confection at the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards this Sunday, May 17, streaming live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Prime Video at 8 p.m. ET.

Beyond her pair of Music Event nods – the second for “Trailblazer” with Lainey Wilson and Reba McEntire – plus both Song and Visual Media of the Year with Stapleton, Lambert is nominated for Female Artist of the Year and for Song and Single as co-writer and co-producer of Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.” As a strong advocate for females, new artists and Texas, the 2022 Entertainer of the Year rides into the 2026 ACM Awards strong.

“There’s nothing that makes me happy like music,” Lambert says. “Going to Vegas, nominated with old friends, new friends and on my own, as an artist, but also a producer and writer, that makes me feel like we’re just getting started. With ‘Crisco,’ it’s gonna be a great time seeing where it’s all gonna go.”

ENVYYOU Keep You Up At Night With New Single "bad dreams"

Moody, rock-driven, and impossible to look away from, the Swedish four-piece, ENVYYOU, are back with their newest single, "bad dreams", out now via Warner Records Sweden. Amassing over 9 million streams, over 6 million social media views, and 1.2 million TikTok likes, ENVYYOU are cinematic in the way that only dangerous things are. Fans can listen to "bad dreams" Below.

Shadowy and consuming, "bad dreams" circles the themes of betrayal and emotional exhaustion and finds ENVYYOU at their most vulnerable. Unfolding like a sleepless night spent replaying every moment you wish you could forget, ENVYYOU deliver their second single following "chrome butterflies", their debut release in their new lineup after signing to Warner Records Sweden.

Still fresh off signing to Warner Records Sweden and with "bad dreams" as their second offering, vocalist Oliver Narbe pulls the curtain back:

"’bad dreams’ just felt like a great gateway song for this new more metal leaning sound we are heading towards with the band. It embodies the essence of our earlier stuff while still being put in a this new packaging.

It is also really exciting to be able to put out this track that only came about a couple months ago, which is very rare for us. Usually our tracks sit on a harddrive for at least a year before they see the light of day. I think finally being signed and having a team helping to move things along has been a great help to us. We’re super happy about the signing this far and the collaboration has felt very natural, even though we have gotten so used to doing it all ourselves over the years.”

Be sure to stay tuned for more ENVYYOU news coming very soon.
